winter outfits tips where to buy

For places with snow - what type of boots would be best to wear/bring? And where can I get them in Manila that's not too expensive? Thank you!

San ba ang pinaka OK na ukay ukay mga sisterets? Plan ko din mag HK ngayong December and sabi nila malamig daw talaga. Mga anong usual weather ba sa HK pag around Dec. 27-January 2? How about if sa HK ako bibili, san ba may murang winter outfits dun? Plan ko sana bumili sa ukay ukay ng isang outfit (jacket/sweater) then thermal undie sa mall then chukka boots meron na ko, pwede na siguro yung existing one?

pero kung -15 and more, you really need to invest for a good boots. nag frostbite kami ng friend ko (temp is -19). so winter trip after that, nag columbia winter boots na kami. buhay ang paa namin all the time kahit -25.

Sis definitely not below 0 We're planning a trip this April to Europe, althoug it'll be spring soon, we plan to stay in a swiss chalet and up the mountains for a few days and may snow pa kasi. I won't be skiing though kaya I don't really need ski boots but I need boots that will be able to hold up sa snow and won't have me slipping sana. Do you have any recommendations?

Uniqlo - OK yung ultra light down series nila for layering pati na rin yung heatech line
Kung kapos sa budget, sa mga second hand stores (ukay-ukay)

^ for me, mas effective sa akin ang Heattech ng Uniqlo kesa sa M&S thermals. + manipis pa. Manipis sya pero the type of tela (or perhaps the weave) kasi yung tipong hindi agad-agad lulusot ang lamig.

Ako nagtitights ako (the m&S na smart ones para kung sakali uminit hinde naman ako mamatay), heat tech, jeans.

But if its really winter with snow - bumibili ako sa gmarket.com ng tights or leggings with fleece on the inside. mura lang and sooooooo very warm. actually i bought kids boots din there and ok naman rubber the soles and fleece lined din. so nakasurvive ng winter sa Tokyo.
