Not really into juicing, but I do this ocassionally. Apple and carrots usually combo namin ng mom ko. I'm still too scared to try kale. =D

@sis minatay91, you may want to check Omega or Hurom slow juicer. I've heard positive things about it. Mooshi actually uses the Omega brand.

@artificialstar

So I went with Kuvings..Wasnt sure with Hurom too.. Sayang..20k naman yun. I chose Kuvings din kase may service center din siya dito so may peace of mind ako

p.s

had the worst diarrhea ever with juicing malunggay. Worst headache and diarrhea na woke me up in my sleep. First time that ever happened in my life o.o

Ang alam ko, thesuperfoodgrocer used to sell Omega juicers. Baka ni-phase out nila, haven't seen it sa site nila lately. But they carry Hurom, and they have a branch sa Cebu located at BTC so di ka mahihirapan in terms of repairs/service... :) Inggit nga ako, meron silang Vitamix, pero damn, twice the price din yung Vitamix nila.

Gamitin mo nalang muna yan sis, hanggang magsawa ka hehe. Maganda din naman yung Kuvings.  ;D

I don't eat malunggay and I tried blending it sa smoothie for nutrition, I almost puked haha. Can't imagine juicing it.   :o

^ oo sis nagdiarrhea ako mga 2 days ata yun.. :(
because of that traumatic experience (lol)
I'll just comply sa juicing mga 1 week as supplement sa food ko every month. Traumatizing eh hahaha

Hello... it's good to know na may nagjuice din pala dito. I just started 2 weeks ago. I forgot how long she was juicing when she had it checked again, pero lumiit daw yung mga bukol niya. Ako naman, last time i had ultrasound, may nakitang mga bukol sa uterus ko. So i decided to try juicing para naman lumiit sila sana. hehe!

oh dear.. Im sure I saw a post here that disappeared for some reason :(
@zee
yes sis I juice and try to drink right away..pero sometimes i do get lazy and I just have big batches juiced and i just store them sa fridge. I prefer my drinks cold din kase.. I know its not the best method, but I'm time constrained talaga.

I dont havr anyone to juice for me every day kase.. its tiring to wash the juicer every day lol

Haha. Yung post ko yung nawala about storing your juices.. saan mo siya nilalagay sis minatay yung extracted juice? Kasi di ba when you buy din sa mga juicing bar na good for 3 days nakastore din naman yun.. so parang naisip ko the same applies din if home made yung juice mo, may technique or equipment ba sila ginagawa/ginagamit for storing the juice? Thanks po.

it's better if like you have many airtight glasses..para isang drink lang each :)
