Hi, mga sis.

I do hope you've continued doing the morning prayers at least every 1st and 15th lunar day of each lunar month :)

Sir ch, pashare po morning prayers. I'Ve tried Col kahapon, may konting liwanag kaso Hindi ko siya kayang palakihin. Tapos po ang dami kong dream last night, isa iyong nagmanifest ata kakulitan mag brush pamangkin ko, so i dreamt tiningnan ko daw teeth niya tapos ayun may bulok may tinanggal daw ako (btw my pamangkin has good sets of milk teeth). Right now im falling into depression mood, it was a good week nakahanap ako ng route na hindi ako mahihirapan sumakay. Ty and God bless.

Learning of the history of the place goes beyond by simply accepting that it is a new lot.  The area's history, etc.  Marami diyan so-called new lots but dating tapunan ng mga pinatay aka na-salvage o dating sementeryo.  Mayroon rin mga dating kinatatayuan ng haunted house na ngayon condo building na.

I can only answer in general terms as this is a pro level question na.  I too do need to pay our bills, etc.

Lot shape even if its a corner lot looks okay and can easily be remedied with proper professional advise.  Maganda rin yun surroundings so no issue.  I sure wish yun trees can be saved or at least properly moved to continue to grow elsewhere.  I don't feel any bad residual energy so I guess no major bad history nga ang place na ito.

my comment:

we need to exhale before we inhale and we need to inhale before we exhale. that is how nature works. give and take. if people keep on taking taking and taking, mauubos ang prosperity karma nila...if not now, somewhere down the line.

i've suggested this before and I will suggest again, if peeps wanna go really in depth, with a treasure that they can bring home....maybe the peeps here can organize a small seminar for the GT girls and give City Hunter his fair exchange of energy, im very sure more will be revealed.

im sure after the seminar, ma level up kayong lahat.

try to ponder on this

just my 2 cents. cuz some of us here are aware of karma na.

Hi I just wanna share my dream. My sister had a witch, a real live witch in the Mail, as in nasa loob sya ng box at tao sya at babae sya. Nakakatakot yung face nya pero maganda, parang naka goth make up ganun at tumingin saakin complete with dark eyeliner at laki ng mata. Ang weird talaga, we kept her sa loob ng cardboard box to keep her from getting out ( ang weird ng logic ko dun sa dream) basta nasa loob sya ng box and worried na worried ako iniisip ko mag padala ng healer para ma paalis sya, yung lang.

Hi, akthung and angelholics.

:)

Hi, patchuchai.

Normal lang iyon what you experienced.  Bakit naman kasi masyado kayong nagmamadali.  I shared that rin sa Thread 1 so dapat mga long-time readers should already be practicing it already.  Remember sabi ko ang approach ko is slow but steady.  Its just like sa exercise o sports.  You don't go full out kundi di ba warm ups then may cool downs pa after.  Ganun rin sa approach ko.  Why do you think that even after more than 12 years of being in this I still keep on learning.

Yun feeling mo na hindi masigla ang pagbati sa iyo upon your arrival is reflected doon sa dream mo.  You are radiating that aura that is also affecting those around you.  As your neighbor has less exposure to you syempre mas able to tolerate siya - for now - of that aura you emit.  This is why I always make kulit to the point of sounding makulit na folks give the CoL a try.  Its not just free - despite it being a secret technique! - but also effective for many needs.

By this time alam mo naman ang isasagot ko sa aquarium question mo - a very big no.  Not unless you want to see yourself suffer even more than ever before.

The problem sa situation mo is depression and other negative energies are causing you to barely see the positive things.  I know its hard.  Each of us have a different burden to carry.  Heck, hindi ba 3x na ako nag-request na in return for all the help I've given through the years ano ba naman yun manalo ako ng lotto.  Pinagbigyan naman ako but with that warning rin if I do choose to bet the winning numbers.  That's beside the other stuffs pa.

And hindi dahil your place seems empty ay maging sad ka na.  You can fill it up with hope and dreams provided you yourself first feel that within you.  Focus muna on doing the CoL regularly kasi you need to develop that skill before you move on to healing yourself.  I need to figure out rin how to share a very basic self-healing using energy healing for ordinary folks without giving away too much of my secrets.  Pray nga lang I don't forget o keep postponing that.  Right now kasi I want to start my book as well as come up with a mid-year feng shui report and guide.

The best I can give you as inspiration ay if you ever get to hurdle past that obstacle you now have ay you can inspire and help others.  Iba rin kasi na from personal experience alam mo you can make it work :)

Hi, patriciaheart.

Hmm.  I don't think this is an ordinary dream.  For starters cleanse and apply defenses to your place.  Kahit sa bedroom mo lang muna.  Deception ang basic meaning ng dream mo but how big of a level it is ay yun hindi ako sure as its really a weird one.  Best to err on the side of caution on this.

One thing for sure ay pay attention to your gut feel sa coming weeks.  For you to seek a healer to get rid of it sa dream mo means up pa rin ang defenses mo.

Hi, mga sis.

This coming June 2 for those who forgot to activate their altar back then or want to activate a new one ay its another opportunity to do so.  Do it early in the day as much as possible.

I-address ko rin yun isang madalas na itanong sa akin: moving in and house blessing.  Both do have auspicious and inauspicious dates - na obviously pro level na.  If you do not want to subscribe to that that is your freedom of choice.  Ang critical naman talaga is yun connection mo to God.  Its not enough na prayerful ka at laging nasa mass.  It takes more than that.

Moving in means the first day you will actually stay there na.  So dapat before sunset nandoon ka na o kayo.  Overnight dapat so pwede lang kayo umalis when the sun has risen the next day.  If for some reason hindi pwede buong family on moving in day then at least the head of the family does so.  Its okay to simply order a home delivery meal more so may certain dates na malas and swerte to activate the stove.

Blessing day is different sa moving in day though minsan pwede pagsabayin both.  Blessing means simply it - blessings from God.

On both moving in and blessing day (applies to residences and workplace) ay I always emphasize its what is the strongest link to God ang unang dadalhin.  That would be the holy book.  It can be the Bible, Koran, Sutras, etc.  Dapat lang tugma sa religion mo ha.

I do not go for that stuff na religious images, salt, sugar, etc.  If you want to bring those in too ay that's your choice.

If you do not have a fixed altar yet then simply read from it then keep the holy book sa special place na hindi paghahaluan ng ibang stuff.  Sa moving in day if you need to move out again kasi hindi pa finished yun place ay simply bring with you the holy book when you leave.  Pwede mo rin iwan naman kung may special place na for it though baka naman matakpan lang ng alikabok, etc. which is kabastusan na.

FYI.  Sa Buddhism alam ko special ang altar so this may apply differently to them.

The head of the family is encouraged to bring the holy book with him or her before anything else.  In fact kahit yun lang ay its very okay.  Then turn around to face the rest of the group now coming inside the place and read from the holy book.  All in attendance simply need to respond.  It can be as simple as "amen."

Then begin na the usual activities or even move in the rest of the stuff you need to bring inside your place.

On another question raised ay malas ba talaga to get wed on the same year when a sibling got wed.  Ang sagot ko is yes.  I have no idea how to make a cheat on this but technically the chi is still unstable to the point mas malaki ang possibility na malas is what is produced.  This is why mapapansin ninyo makulit ako masyado na i-invite lang ninyo sa special events ninyo lalo na sa rituals only those fully supportive.  Yun mga trip lang ng free meal o tignan ano ang suot mo, etc. have them come sa reception na lang.

Now, if there is a cheat to make one free from the effects of getting married on the same year after a sibling got wed ay do share.  When you have your personal karma plus the karma of your ancestors to worry about kung anong level of influence nun sa future ninyo ay adding another possible problem is simply ewan na for me.

Same applies if someone in the family recently passed away.

Hi Sir CH,

Thank you so much for your response, naiiyak nako, it's hard but I'm fighting it. Your response radiates positivity. I'll start na rin making a journal of things I'm thankful for. Ano pong maganda sa ilalim ng stairs? Thank you and More Blessings.

Hi muli, patchuchai.

From how I imagine it ay its a big space considering you were thinking of placing an aquarium doon.  Filling it up is actually the wrong move as it would become a reservoir ng mga kamalasan.  You can opt to use it for storage but make sure to clean it regularly.

If it were up to me I'd rather opt for lighting and/or an indoor plant na may long thin leaves.  If that area is hit by natural lighting during the day especially early in the day ay mas practical yun plant.  You can also opt to make it something like a mini zen garden with the lighting to emphasize yun feeling such creates.  Remember na smooth stones and clean sand ang gamit sa ganun not gravel or some ordinary rocks lang!

But hinde ko naman pala iyon, just what I observed. I will do cleansing and put up defenses lalo na po prayers.

A blessed Thursday everyone! It's been a long while since I last posted but the recent posts have been very informative. Thanks for sharing! :)

Hi Sir CH! I've been using your advice re: on effective studying for an exam. Based on my observation, it's easier for me to understand things and I also have better retention of this knowledge :) Unfortunately, being a stubborn crammer that I am, well, I'm now trying to cram. I've been here in this kind of situation for many times before (lahat ata ng exams that I have to take since college ay puro cram lahat, except for the PRC board exam since I've bunked in with friends) and I know the undue stress and pressure associated with cramming but here I am again. I have this underlying problem of self-discipline talaga :(

Anyway, this exam po primarily is about properly communicating the knowledge to a second person. Obviously, dapat tama din yung advice so I think being calm and self-confident during the exam is also important. I just want to confirm po if wearing pastel-colored clothes during this kind of exam would help? You mentioned before po kasi to observe ex-PGMA's clothes when she had her televised conferences before. I don't remember the particular color but I'm sure it was a light-colored one. Hehe. Thank you po!

Share ko rin lang po that I've started to use incense na after cleaning our home. If you remember po, I wasn't open to this idea when you first advised it to cleanse our carpeted BR since I have allergic rhinitis. However, I came across this blog article which detailed how to use incense for house cleansing. It's not that I believed this person more than you Sir CH ha but there were things he wrote that echoed your advice here. If I didn't find his advice similar to yours, I most probably would have dismissed his article.

He highlighted the fact that incense was used by the ancient church to cleanse a place where a new church will be built. Also until now, it's being used during church ceremonies. He also mentioned that the magi gifted Baby Jesus with frankincense and myrrh because they know He'll be always fighting evil (sinabi na ito before ni Sir CH). Hence, his recommended incense scent is a frankincense-myrrh blend.

All windows, cupboards and even appliances should be opened prior to incense cleansing. From the main door facing inside, move to your right (COUNTERCLOCKWISE) keeping close to the walls as much as possible. This is the direction of cleansing (?) daw kasi. Make sure that the smoke reaches the ceiling and the inside of the drawers. This is where the low frequency vibrations are trapped (anger, sadness, etc.). While doing this, say a prayer of protection. His recommended prayer is Prayer to St. Michael. This should be said at least 3x in each room.

After the counterclockwise round (which should end also at the main door), still holding the incense, perform the same procedure but the direction should be to your left (CLOCKWISE). This is the direction of receiving daw (and I realized, oo nga 'no, we receive the communion using our left hand). This is the time where you pray for blessings naman.

I was supposed to do this last month (once a month kasi kami mag-general cleaning which will include salt mop and then confession, penance, mass and communion in the afternoon) but I had a terrible headache after the salt mop and then hubby and I had a big fight pa! I simply didn't have the energy to do the recommended process. So what I just did was to open all windows in the house, put an incense stick in each wooden ash catcher and positioned them at the center of each room (bathroom, bedroom and living room/kitchen/dining area). I just offered a simple prayer asking for cleansing the negative energy and protection prior to lighting the incense stick.

Since I was asleep while the incense stick is burning (in fairness, I was able to tolerate the smoke and didn't have a rhinitis attack), it was hubby who first felt na parang gumaan daw yung feel ng room and his anger/irritation ebbed daw. In fact, he was the first to approach me and said sorry for how he behaved that day. Since then, I'm lighting incense sticks every Saturday using my way pa din. Hehe. Magaan pa din naman yung feel ng home and di na kami masyadong irritable ni hubby. I might try the one in the article but I'm still saving for this incense kit which would be more suitable for this process. This kit includes incense resin, charcoal burner, tong and charcoal tablet.

Sorry, last na lang before I hit my study books. Hehe.

Akhtung, thank you so much for the links. I didn't finish the first one though (the lecture) but I do plan to finish watching that. The second one, whoa! What an experience! I like the master in the video, he exudes this positive aura. Can I do that every day or just during the full moon?

Sorry if it's a bit OT but I just want to share. When I was searching kasi on ways how can I improve on my meditation, I learned that there's a School of Yoga and Meditation near our place and they offer a relaxation class (free and by donation only). It's a group meditation class with kirtan (the class chants with a guitar playing in the background). It's a different but definitely a mind-opening experience. Unfortunately, I haven't attended this class for the past 3 months na ata since I need to extend my stay at the gym. I hope I can attend uli soon.

It's this group meditation class and incorporating COL in my yoga class that allowed me to improve on how I do the COL. So for those who are just starting and attempting to practice COL, don't be frustrated when you didn't get it the first time. Or the second time. Or the nth time. I've started lurking in this thread in 2012, started to practice COL in 2013 but only this year did I feel that I'm doing something right when I practice COL. Please note that I haven't perfected it yet but that's fine by me. Try and try and try lang talaga :)

Thank you, Sir CH and akthung for the wonderful insights. There are several apps available in iOS and Playstore na good for meditation and prayer. I downloaded Prayer to Saints because it has prayers to St. Michaelangelo, St. Pio, St. Jude, etc.

Sis Aquiline, where is this school of yoga and meditation? Is this somewhere in the South?

Btw, sir CH, I forgot to post here last time about my recurring dream. Siguro for the past months, thrice ko na sya napanaginipan. As in same location, same sequence sa dream ko. I just don't remember it vividly, except dun sa parang alleyway or corridor. Then I always wake up immediately after nun last sequence sa dream ko. Medyo pagod ako after waking up pero hindi naman bad dream yun as what I recall. I guess this dream of mine is sending me a message, probably of what's about to happen soon. Or maybe you have other interpretation for this?

Hi, patriciaheart.

The past few days it was quite hard to do meditations but for some reason I got this urge to open a book that I bought long ago but have barely read yet.  Pagbukas ko ng random page ay bumulaga sa akin yun words - roughly - don't expect life to be fair.  That answered one part of my question though the other part is still up for meditation.  As in how far should we tolerate such or is there an approach to "edify" those without suffering serious karmic consequences.

Hi, meledeey.

Oh, iyan ignorant ako on as the lousy Android phone I got nagtoyo and the other obsolete na yun battery :P  Nice to hear though na maraming options na to help people.

Long corridor means challenges mo has yet to be finished.  It can simply be rin to highlight na i-tune mo better ang meditation mo towards addressing the problems truly needed focusing on.

Pwede rin kasi nauulit kasi its like you are being messaged pero hindi mo ma-gets o maintindihan.  Cleanse before you meditate is the best I can advise for you right now.

Hi, Aquiline.

Try mo yun using scent.  As in yun hindi naman sobrang tapang ha.  Have such while studying BUT not kapag relaxing ka na.  Then kapag exam mo na ay use it to help you recall better.  It helps :)

True colors play a role - and not just sa feng shui!  Dapat pleasant o pleasing ang dating pero hindi lang sa clothing but overall porma!  That means proper grooming, smile and even sa way you dictate o share the question.  Hindi ba I often tell you folks lalo na sa applying for jobs na smile kahit while typing your resume.  I'm sure its not just me who could do so na mabasa mga residual energies as kahit sino could do that.  I just get to interpret it or use it kasi sa odd work ko.

So very okay ang pastel colors.  FYI.  PGMA was using blue to calm the anger towards her and red to increase her power - depende sa events she has to go to then.  But, ang end factor pa rin ay how much you've depleted and/or replaced karma points ninyo.  Now you know bakit I am not selling you stuff and for your thank you I tell you to do good deeds instead.

Ha ha.  Nothing to be sorry about dahil when I first got into this mas familiar ako sa new age approach than the old ways.  Exposed naman ako but alam mo naman old folks don't tell you why but just do it daw.  Its why I ask that folks share mismo mga experiences nila using the methods shared here or what they know para others may also learn :)

Yup.  I forgot the exact words na sinabi ng teacher ko back then bakit yun ang dala ng magi for Jesus but it was indeed not just for special people but also for very special purposes!

He he.  Yun opening of all drawers, cabinets, etc. natutunan ko na lang iyon from hard-earned experience.  Its not as if may easily available references o sources rin kasi but its good that nowadays people share that stuff :)

Hmm.  Me I just do it clockwise though.  But a thousand thanks for sharing yun sa counterclockwise.  Ma-study nga yun deeply.

In feng shui - as far as I know - ay kapag Sorrowful Mystery days which are Tuesdays and Fridays - dapat even yun number of joss sticks.  And may it be a candle, joss sticks o whatever incense dapat match ang gamit.  Hindi talaga pwede ang lighter.

He he.  Have to watch it again pero parang mas "buhay" for me yun lecture version.  Tyempuhan ko lang na in a better setting para maka-focus ako on.

Interesting iyang meditation na iyan.  Do share to us ano experience mo when you do get back to it :)

Ha ha.  True ka sa CoL.  Its actually a learning experience and if you have read those who shared their experiences with it ay different o unique bawat isa :)

Hi sis, if you're referring to the second video in the first link, the wesak meditation, its a very powerful meditation and is usually done during the wesak full moon. you can try again, but if you feel na hindi mo kaya, just stop. do exercises to release excess energy, you can release by blessing people and your projects. its available online so maybe its for those who can do more. do some slight exercises (that involves the whole body) before meditating, so your channels can be cleansed and unblocked.

if you're referring to the second link that i posted, the prosperity meditation, you can do that everyday with your goals, but remember that the manifestation of goals involves many other things, including a highly positive balance in your good karma savings account.

yes he's a very good person. i was with him last December. he's not my main teacher nor is his teacher my main teacher, but i did spend time with him when he visited late last year and i did spend a good amount of my teenage years and my 20s under the late grand master.

==

edit

sir ch nag linis na po ako kaninang hapon ng altar para sa june 2 malinis na po sya :D
sir pwede ko naman kasama yung plant dalhin sa new office namin po? pwede po ba sa moving day if ever?

Hi Sir CH and akthung,

Thanks for all the help and info.  Yun pala yun!  About the universal law - give and receive.  Dati hindi ko kasi ma grasp yun meaning.  Kaya pala umiiwas yun iba sa mga freebies.  Malamang yan rin ang reason.

As for the link ng meditation, I tried it and in the middle of the video, parang me tingling sensation sa tip ng fingers.  Ganun ba talaga yun?  Marami pa palang available videos doon for meditation.  Hope to have time to check them out.

Hi Sir CH and akthung,

it depends. remember you have to honor both giving and receiving. kailangan ng discernment yan. kailangan imeditate ng husto kung kelan tama pag receive, but giving is a bit more on the safer side, specially most of us are in a state of needing to give (karmic wise).

dapat balanced ang giving and receiving but if you feel that you have trouble with getting money, inability to maintain assets, receiving opportunities (you lack opportunities), you have many unsolvable problems, etc etc, you need to give more.

you also need to budget your actions, avoid taking in more than you're giving out. also you need to respect professionals and their fees. notice ko sa older generation ng pinoys, tinatago sa "friendship" yung pangangailangan nila para iwas professional fee. kelangan iwas. you have to give what is commensurate. if the professional gives you a discount, then you can receive.

malaki marereceive ninyo when you give...specially sa teachings. you'll notice na madali kayo maka understand ng abstract concepts, also kasi when teachings are given, what others do not know it is also a form of shatkipat, a blessing. and it goes also to the neutralization of past karma.  it's alright to accept what the teacher is willing to give. but don't over do it. also mas maganda din if you stand and learn actively.  meaning you go and participate in other schools, books etc. because some teachers can explain things better or can show things under a different light.

the good thing with accumulating good karma is at the end of this life. the balance is transfered to the next life.

----------------

Re tingling

Flow of energy. Different manifestations for different people. Nababanat din meridians ninyo due to the increase flow of energy...tapos wesak pa. lol thats one helluva way to start the path (very good way)

Sis meleedey, the school I'm referring to isn't in the Philippines. I'm presently based overseas :)

Sir CH, thank you very much for the scent tip. I think my most recent perfume purchase would be perfect for this. I also have to plan my wardrobe for my exam na rin pala :)

Ok lang naman po that I only light 3 incense sticks on a Saturday? We did the general cleaning, salt mop and burning of the incense sticks last Saturday. When we came home from the vigil mass (after confession and mass), the house felt lighter and warmer and with the remaining hint of the incense scent, the house felt very welcoming.

We start po the group kirtan meditation by opening the brow, throat and heart chakras. This is done by "vocalizing" since each chakra has different frequencies daw. Then we are asked to lie down and then we relax with the teacher giving us guided meditation. After the guided meditation, we either chant "Om Hari Om" or "Gauranga". After that we have this wooden beads with a yellow tassel and we recite on our own "Gopala Govinda Rama Madana Mohana" for each bead (just like praying the Holy Rosary). And then the teacher will play the guitar and the group alternately sing the chant with her. Walang hiya-hiya kahit di kagandahan ang singing voice. Hehe. It is said to be that kirtan meditation is the easiest and most effective way to heighten spiritual power and enter into meditative state. My COL practice has greatly improved since I started joining this class. Hopefully, I could really attend soon.

Akhtung, thanks for the reply. Oh, so there are two videos pala on the first link. I only clicked the first one, hence, I referred to it as "the lecture". Hehe. Yup, I did the prosperity meditation and reading your advice to do some exercises prior to meditation, I think blessing in disguise that I didn't do muna the wesak meditation. Kasi naman, yung prosperity meditation pa nga lang, na-drain ako after, how much more pa kaya sa wesak?

It's been a while na rin kasi since my last meditation and I just clicked on the link without any expectation. I didn't even read the "fine print" that you should write your projects on a paper beforehand. I just plugged in my earphones and played the video. It was a "whoa" experience for me kasi I was experiencing dysmenorrhea then but during the cleansing part, nag-disappear yung pain. And then during the blessing part, I felt heat from my palms and this surge of positive feelings. Unfortunately, after 5 minutes or so, bumalik ang dysmenorrhea and sinamahan pa ng headache. I was down for half of the day :( So thank you for the advice. I'll be more prepared na the next time :)

And thanks for the another link. I'll try my best to join even if the adjusted time in my zone is 2:30 am pa. I also woke up early today for my early morning prayers (it's the 15th day of the lunar month).

Sir CH, may instruction po kasi that a salt bowl should be nearby during this meditation. Can I use the same bowl that I used before for the Level 3 cleansing or a different bowl na dapat? Thank you po!
