Baby is having Earth's Best veggies this week. Ok naman sya sa Sweet Potatoes. Carrots naman sya tomorrow.. wala ako makitang Hipp sa grocery malapit sa sini-stayhan namin here in HK..

Me isang organic store din daw nearby, might check it out this weekend.

I can now see the benefits of following the Tamang Kain for little ones. Since she started solid at 6 mos, up until now that she's 2, she is not a picky eater. She loves veggies and fruits.
