Im thinking kasi if i will add them on the suppliers meal by my caterer or just give them allowance. Kasi medyo mahal din sa caterer. They wont allow outside food kasi sa venue namin.

Hi sis! anong ginawa mo for you and your supplier's lunch? kahit anong bilang ang gawin ko, aabot kami ng more or less 40 pax. At too much sakin ang 200php per head. Lolobo ang budget.

^ Were on the same page sis. I just talked to my coordinator and she told me to at least prepare Php 150 per head per meal. Since hapon wedding, might as well make it 2 meals na for each person. Eh around 35-40pax din overall crews ng different suppliers! Napaisip lang ako.. We already paid for their services so sana kasama na din dun budget ng meal allowance nila para hindi na natin iisipin saan pa kukunin yung budget for that. Just like in any regular work, not everyone naman have food stipend from their company.

Sis marchbridetobe, it should be written in the contract. Either you order supplier meals, or provide the amount which is yun nga, around P150/head per meal. I read somewhere where the bride prepared cooked meals so that's more tipid and some suppliers do appreciate lutong bahay more.

To answer your querie sis lots 0, it depends on the time of your event and restrictions of your venue. Like in our case, eastwood richmonde {preps venue} do not allow outside meals so my coordinator implemented a meal distribution scheme for evryone at the hotel {family, ento, suppliers} we booked meals at the nearest fastfood & assigned a coordinator in the area to facilitate stub and meal distribution. Luckily, the meals are around P100/head lang. We booked meals for breakfast and lunch depending on the arrival time of suppliers. I had food delivered for florists at the church and L&S suppliers setting up at the reception.   

For dinner, i don't want to stress about it so I just ordered plated meals from K by Cunanan amounting to P300ish per head.

sis juyjuy, same tayo! grabe binagyo kami ni onyok kaya tagal din bago ko nakabalik dito. Medyo nanghihinayang ako sa araw kung bakit di sya sumikat nung wedding namin. But like you, we trusted God and just let go. Tagal bago ko naka-move on! haha!

^^haha i feel you sis twinxz! Binagyo din kami nung wedding. As in walang kahit 1 pictorial sa Paco Park! Dasal ako ng dasal kahit 20mins lang huminto pero galit na galit ata si Mother nature nun haha! Literal na pagpasok ko sa church bumagyo ng sobrang lakas. Pinagmartsa lang ata ko haha.Pag binabalikan ko wedding pics medyo kalungkot din pero move on na lang. Successful at happy pa din naman kami sa naging outcome nung wedding:)

hi sis glamorosa, i think i had fewer heads than you did, just around 25-30. if i remember correctly, the budget was around 90-100 per person. the thing is we ended up just ordering full meals from jollibee because my husband had a lot of restrictions on the food for lunch, we wanted fish, veggies, and fruits and my coordinator's lunch supplier could not really provide that so they ordered different types of meals from jollibee to meet his restrictions and cover what people actually want to eat

Naku sis! As much as I want to start na on my supplier's review, we have to settle some issues muna with the caterer and coord. Eksena nung wedding namin!

Di na din ako nag-change ng HMUA since additional gastos sabi ni h2b. Thank God at ang ganda ng gawa nya! As expected, winner ang hairdo ko. Unexpected yung makeup ko. Yet to see the other photos from photog kasi I only got 1 sample pa lang.
