Reposting my dream team suppliers

Caleruega - Unang Makita ko pa lang tong church na’to, sinabi ko sa sarili ko na dito ako ikakasal, and after 7 years natupad talaga ang wishes ko. My husband (wow husband na, di ako sanay) and I waited for our wedding day and lahat ng papers namin maayos naming naasikaso, wala nakong hahanapin pa sa church , si Father Allen sobrang favorite ko rin. He really gave advises about life and other LQ problems na dapat naming gawan ng solutions agad-agad. Ok din daw ang sound system sa church so hindi na naming kailangan ng tulong from our L/S provider.

Reception venue:Balai Taal – Same with Caleruega, Ive always want to get married on this beautiful garden set-up venue, wala ng backout backout kahit very dreamy ang price ng Balai Taal. Nung una, hesitant kami to get the 2 houses, but ng makita namin yung loob, kinuha na talaga namin even though plano naming sa 1 place tagaytay talaga. Maayos din ang parking for the guests and my immediate family were treated as VIPs.
Rating: 15/10

Caterer: K by Cunanan – We got them during Getting married bridal fair and smooth sailing lahat ng transactions namin. Very elegant and very alluring ng venue because of them. They are one of my favorite suppliers. Sobrang sarap ng lahat ng food, natuwa talaga lahat ng guests namin, at talagang binibida nila samin even the desserts. Sabi pa ng friend ko, sila rin kukunin nila sa wedding nila next year, at gagayahin nila lahat ng suppliers ko. Honey nut praws were superb for my guests, too bad di ko natikman ng maayos kasi wala akong gana kumain gusto ko lang magcelebrate talaga.
Rating: 15/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

P/V: Studio101 and Jake Olaso – one word, SUPERLOVETHEM! Favorite ko lahat ng pics at SDE namin, dramatic effect. Napamodel ako ng di oras kahit hate na hate ko magpopose sa camera, nakakatuwa kasi nageemote rin husband ko kahit hate na hate din nya magpopose. Di talaga kami photogenic pero napapogi at napaganda nila kami. Sobrang satisfied kami. Hindi nakakasawang panoorin ang SDE naming, upto now naiiyak pa rin kami kapag pinapanood namin, kinikilig din mom and dad ko.
Rating:20/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Gown:Francis Libiran- one WORD, AMAZING!!! Pinakafavorite ko to! Worth the budget, pinag-ipunan ko talaga to ng Makita ko mga gawa nya na sinusuot ni Anne Curtis (im really a fan of Anne Curtis) so binook ko talaga sya after ko makaipon for my gown. Everybody loved my gown, mukha daw akong dyosa ng mga dyosa. Dinaig ko pa si Anne , feeling ko sobrang sexy ko ng araw ng kasal ko.
Rating:20/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Ceremony and Reception Music: Infinite Soul Acoustic- They don’t deserve their rate, because we got more than what we paid for! They were highly recommended by our OTD and Lights and sounds. They were on time and one of my favorite supplier ko sila sa lahat ng suppliers ko(music lover kami pareho ni husband), you’ll never go wrong with them, I swear!
A year ago, Nakakahilo maghanap ng maayos na banda kasi gusto ng husband ko marami talagang alam na songs na pang-oldies at marami ding alam na modern songs para sa mga kids daw. Naku we haggled a lot and nahiya naman kami sa kanila kasi marami kaming requests na wala sa list nila. We were able to watched a lot of bands at the weddings and beyond and getting married bridal fair, I even pencil booked another band but when I saw them live, Infinite soul agad binook namin! Sobrang natuwa ako at guests ko dahil  sa mga songs na nirequest ko, ganda ng renditions nila, oldies man or modern songs ang galing ng renditions. Eventhough we were very late to send our requested songs, they still delivered those songs and assisted my niece during her song of “Love on Top” and “So Young”. They truly set the right mood and great crowd for the afterparty, super party party talaga. Dati inaraw-araw ko talaga pagvisit sa facebook page nila kasi ang gaganda ng wedding pics na ginagawa ni Monica for their marketing. Naging friend ko na rin sila sa facebook until now and very thankful din sila kasi mabait at warm treatment daw lahat ng friends and family namin during our wedding. They even said goodbye to us and had some super kwelang group pictures kahit nasa taas na kami at nagkakatuwaan with my friends and family.
Rating: 20/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
 
Lights and Sounds :JS Mina – We didn’t experience any problems with them. Ang cute ng mood lights nila may designs pa. Madaling kausap mga staffs nila lalo na si Sir Joneal, very prompt kausap and walang hassle. Sound system and lights were great, mabilis daw kumilos mga technicians nila sabi ng band and OTD coordinator ko, nasa timing lahat ng music lalo na mga execution ng grand entrance naming, sakto lahat. Wala rin kaming bad feedback sa kanila from my band. Binigyan din nila kami ng free upgrade .
Ratings: 15/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

OTD Coordinator:  Apple Events – Ours was closest to perfect wedding because of them, dream team talaga. Hassle free kami dahil sa kanila. Malaki talaga utang na loob naming sa kanila and they executed well, and very friendly ng staff nila sa family and friends ko. Wala naman silang nakaligtaan sa lahat ng dapat nilang gawin and I trusted them a lot during my wedding. They 100% did a job well done! Super inalagaan nila ako at ang family ko kahit napapraning nako kakahanap sa iba kong kamag-anak, sila na nagtetext for me and even called them isa-isa kapag nawawala na lang sila at lumalabas yung iba para magyosi. May nalasing akong friends pero pinayuhan pa nila na hinay-hinay lang , concern talaga sila sa mga guests. I love them!

MY BELOVED HMUA:  Sarah Pascual – One of my closest friends but unexpectly made me a radiant and glowing on my wedding. Hindi ako naging mature sa makeup ko kahit sa mga pictures and videos. Sabi kasi ng OTD ko, usually nalalaman daw na magaling ang HMUA kung nagagawa nyang mukhang bata ang bride, and wow ang pretty pretty ko talaga nun, halos ayaw ko ng hilamusan mukha ko. Wala rin akong masasabi sa mga entourage ko, lahat sila fresh na fresh ang peg. Mahilig ako sa makeup at ayaw ko talaga magpamakeup sa iba kasi natatakot akong magmukhang matanda, pero sobrang natuwa ako sa ginawa nya gandara ang peg naming lahat. Maasikaso din sya sa pagtouch-up sakin at sa ibang entourage.

Entourage Florist- Ill Fiore – Wala namang bad feedbacks about them, I had fresh flowers, wala namang mga lanta-lanta effect. Kahit sabi ng husband ko, hindi raw bagay sa dress ng entourage yung ginawa nilang bouquet pero ok naman for me. Super ganda ng arrangement sa church, as in I was so impressed.
Ratings: 9.5/10

Emcee- Via Reynoso – Lively and craziest host indeed! Medyo may problema sa diction pero kwela sya. Masyado lang akong OC sa mga diction diction pero natuwa ako dahil nagstay lahat ng guests ko hanggang after party, sanay na sanay syang magjoke na classy pa rin naman ang dating . Siguro dahil na rin sa music ng acoustic band ko kasi maraming gustong makijam .
Rating: 9/10

Cake by Vienna cakes – Simple yet elegant nga ang peg ng cake ko, hindi ko na masyadong naappreciate ang sarap kasi wala nako sa sarili pero masarap naman daw sabi ng husband ko. Sobrang sarap daw sabi ng mga pamangkin ko, inubos nga nila agad.

Candy Buffet: ℅ Ms. Ernie Macupol (my bestfriend) – Medyo hindi nasunod yung gusto ko, pero ok rin naman ka Casi mas marami pa sa expected kong candies ang binigay nila samin. Worth it!

Photobooth: Baicapture – Sila talaga ang una kong nabook sa lahat ng suppliers kasi natuwa talaga ako sa pictures at booth nila sa bridal fair. Ang ganda-ganda at infairness kahit mahilig sa pictures mga kids, di pa rin sila nawawalan ng patience to accommodate the makukulit kids. Bilis ng printing at malinaw mga pics nila compared sa ibang natry namin sa bridal fair.
Rating: 20/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Caterer: L&J Catering
Rating: 5+
Ang bait at ang generous ni Sir Willie, wala kong maisip na negative. He also helped us book other suppliers and he gave suggestions to ensure na magiging maganda ang wedding program. Styling was also more than we expected. Mukhang autumn talaga yung place namin. Sarap din ng food and very generous ang portions.

Venue: Taalena
Rating: 4
Dapat sa garden overlooking Taal ang ceremony namin kaya lang umulan.  Buti na lang rented namin yung lower dining hall nila so dun na lang yung both ceremony and reception. Okay naman ang Taalena, spacious enough but Why 4? If you can rent a place with a lovelier garden, then do so. Parang grass lang kase yung garden nila. The road leading to the resto is also not paved and yung parking nila, hindi rin paved.

OTD: ZRM Events
Rating: 4.5
Thanks to Ms. Irene and her team, everything went smoothly on my wedding. Wala akong stress. And she even helped me during the planning kahit on-the-day lang ang coordination na kinuha ko. Nalate lang sila for call time kaya hindi perfect. Hehe!

P/V: 24 Frames Manila

For our budget, they delivered what we wanted. Super like namin ang SDE namin, very candid lang. We also like how Rodje edited our prenup pictures. Parang nasa ibang lugar kami e sa La Mesa EcoPark lang talaga yun. The team was friendly and nice. Hindi mahirap magshoot with them. Pero, I think kulang pa sila sa artistry.

Florist: Cuatro Hermanos
Rating 5+
Ms. Sheila is so nice and kind. I love how she arranged the roses on my bouquet. Hindi rin pricey ang services nya.

Band: Madz and Dzhei
Rating 5+
Galing nila! Yun na. Duo lang sila, pero ang powerful ng voice. And yung mga songs namin hindi mainstream and hindi sila familiar pero they delivered really well. Even our guests enjoyed their music.

Cake: Tourist Cakeshop
Rating: 5
We just ordered a 2-layered cake pero we didn't expect na malaki pala each layer. Kaya kahit 2-layers lang yung cake namin, ang laki niya tignan. Nakuha din nila yung autumn cake peg namin and the taste was good. Hindi super sweet.

HMUA: Val Villarin
Rating:  3
He has the technique and he's friendly enough. Pero parang ang generic niya mag make-up. Parang di niya kinoconsider yung facial structure and overall look ng bride. I had to ask him to redo my face and hair cause I wasn't satisfied with his work. He also didn't give me a retouch before the reception program.

Lights, Sounds, Projector: Intensity 8 c/o Sir Willie
Rating 3.5
Okay lang sila. Ayoko lang ng angle ng projector namin. Hindi pantay. Sana man lang inayos nila. Yung lights, okay lang din. Walang mood lights.

Gown: Bejem at Divisoria
Rating 5+
RTW ang gown ko na worth 4,000 Pesos! And super like ko kase simple lang siya. Hindi mabigat dalhin. The staff at that stall was patient enough to adjust my gown. Sobrang petite ko daw they had to adjust twice.

Favors: Soaps from Leiania House of Beauty
Rating 5
This is my sister's business pero kahit hindi ko siya kapatid, happy ako sa give-aways namin. We gave oatmeal soaps packed in elegant-looking mesh bags.

Wedding Rings: BHF Gemline
Rating: 5

Preps Venue: View Park Hotel
Rating: 5+
Best in Customer Service ang hotel na to. We had a lot of requests which they generously granted. Food in their resto is also good but affordable. Accommodation rates nila is not as high as other hotels in the area.

Crew Meal: Packed Gourmet
Rating: 4
Generous portions, kakabusog talaga. Affordable prices pa. Ang di ko lang nagustuhan is yung early delivery nila even though we specified the time of delivery. Too early for lunch so ang lamig na ng food nung kinain namin.

Invitations: Sweetscapes Design
Rating: 5

Hi ladies! Got married last September 8. One month already time flies talaga. Here is my suppliers rating as a way of giving back to this forum because I got all my suppliers here except the P/V. Mind you gals, I've never been to any bridal fairs kasi mag isa ko lang talaga nag ayos because hubby was overseas.
1 is the lowest 5 being the highest.

Bridal, entourage and MOB's gown- Adora's Creations 5/5
I loved my gown overall. I did not splurge really because of tight budget. As for me what's important was the fact that I was able to wear a bridal gown that I want.

Caterer: Hizon's 4/5
Foods were great. After the event I asked my friend how was the taste, and according to her masarap siya. My brother in law had the same comment as well. One thing really that made me burst was that a day before our big day, our AE texted/ emailed me that we need to pay additional something as she "forgot" to include in the computation because we paid for excess guests. That week of our wedding i keep on CALLING her asking/validating if we're okay with the payments. And it was afternoon  when she informed me, banks were closed already. Sino ba naman ang hindi iinit ang ulo di ba? Pumayag naman sila na sa event na lang magbayad. Otherwise service was great.

Reception: Gazebo Royale Champagne Hall: 5/5
Ms. Arlene was easy to talk to. Medyo matataga ka lang sa mga corkage fee..

Invitations: Sweetscapes 5/5
Patient sila sa mga revision at pag aantay ng ibang data. hehe.

HMUA: Val Villarin: 4/5
Okay naman yung make up niya sa akin in fact even my mom nagustuhan din yung gawa sa kanya. I just noticed, he will not suggest what's good/best for you to compliment your facial features when it comes to hairstyling. Actually my peg hair was like that of Kylie Padilla in Myra-E commercial on the last part na braided [textspeak!] hair ni.ya, so fresh the looks kasi. He agreed during our trial make up na ganun yung hair ko, come my wedding day he told me that style will be time consuming and I will not have second look anymore in the reception! Tama ba yun?

Florist: Ysabela Florist: 10/5
Super love the floral arrangement at church. They exceeded my expectations. Hindi sila tipid sa flowers. Promiseee!!

OTD: Bouquets and Tiaras:5/5
The sisters made me brideChilla on that day. Hindi ako nangarag kahit si groom. Mostly of our sponsors were proxy and yet some still did not make it but they were able to find replacements on the spot! When I asked if complete na ba sponsors they were honest na hindi pa pero "kami ang bahala". Yan ang word nila. My aunt from Australia was so impressed with them.

Band: Manila Wedding Singers 5/5
So amazing.. Magagaling sila. Hubby was so proud that he got them.

Projector: Metrotech: 5/5
During the event na lang kami nagbayad kasi a day before lang kami nag reserved, we forgot actually. But they were so kind.

P/V: Dan Ronald Digitals 5/5
We have no pre-nup and they gave us aerial drone as a replacement. They are cavite based supplier. Though official photos are not yet out, I believed they will deliver great ones.

Bridal Car: Bridal Cars Manila 5/5
The driver arrived on time. We got their Chrysler for 8500 php for 5 hours, they have discount when we availed it. So lucky.!
