I think one of the reasons that celebs come back to ABS CBN is because the station tries its best to rotate projects among their (bankable) stars. Sa GMA kase pag may favorite, yun at yon na lang kesehoda na back to back ang shows at maumay ang mga tao sa kanila. Kris A mentioned this before too, I forget lang to whom (it was an interview in her show). She said na ina-alternate nga daw the projects for their stars.

Yes ABD does that, also because they want to sustain the interest on their stars over a longer a period of time. So nae-excite yung mga tao na makita ulit when they come back to primetime. Also, it allows the stars to slowly "grow up", meaning teenybopper role ka, pahinga, then pagbalik medyo slightly older na, ganyan type.

I think also, healthy din yun so that their entire pool of talents all have a good season na sila yung highlight. nakakapahinga din sila. i remember when angel locsin left GMA, one of the reasons she cited was the lack of downtime sa GMA. Talagang tuloy tuloy daw kasi. Nakakapagod daw.

Sa girls yata mejo nagkakaroon ng downtime pero sa boys like Coco Martin, Enrique Gil, Paulo Avelino, Jake Cuenca, Jericho Rosales at JC de Vera (na nagkasabay pa 2 shows, 1 in the evening tapos meron din sa hapon), hindI uso ang downtime. Sunod sunod ang raket ng mga boys.

Speaking of vice, ang ganda ng kinanta nila sa Showtime kanina. Ang bigat and inspiring ng message. After watching the show & hearing the song, I feel refreshed and appreciate more all the blessing God gave me.

BTW, did he mentioned the title of the song?

^Me too sis, ang bigat lang hagulhol haha I'm not really a fan of Vice pero tama nga si Ms. Cherie Gil, nakita mo yung loob ng puso ni Vice through that song. Mugtong mugto mata ko buti nalang mag isa lang ako sa bahay haha

Hi Einjhel, i like naman Jolens before when she is still under abs pero, when she transferred NO na.. If i can remember it right, she left the station not because of anything, she left because there was a rumor that "allegedly" though it is not concrete, she was seen in bed with her "leading man" again, this is just one of the "rumor" spread out when she move to GMA.

IMO, Nakakaumay din kase artists sa GMA to be honest, although yes they can also produce good movies, tearjerker teleseryes pero same faces every now & then and that's kinda boring.. Wala ng ibang kilala kundi si Marian & Dingdong  Yung talent ni Marian, wala sa talent ng nasa dos!

^ haha kahit pare-pareho lang mga bida sa shows ng GMA, hindi ko pa rin talaga matandaan yung names nila. ang kilala ko lang sa GMA yung mga nanggaling sa ABS, may naging bf/gf sa ABS, nasa news kasi may scandal (inaway, sex video etc.).

Super agree, sis.  Walang-wala ang talent ng pinakasikat sa GMA sa talent ng ABS artistas.  Ang tingin ko nga mostly sa artistas ng GMA eh mukang lumang tao LOL.  Lalo na yung naging bida ng sirena series nila recently, ano ba yun parang walang bahid ng star factor.  Parang ordinaryong tao lang na makakasalubong mo sa daan.  Ang Dos stars may impact talga. 

Re Jolina and Marvin, ok na bumalik sila as long as hindi na loveteam angle like before.  Naalala ko tuloy yung Bujoy and Ned movie haha!  90s kid ako kaya relate na relate ako sa era nila dati
