Just got back from the province pero super updated ako sa wedding nila. I am very happy for the couple and I guess no amount of negativity or bashing can affect what Dongyan are feeling right now. Everything about the wedding and the reception were spectacular! Napanood ko din yung wedding video and super nakaka touch! Can't wait for the GMA special. Pagpupuyatan ko to

hindi ko napapanood sina Marian at DingDong sa GMA, pero inaabangan ko yung kasal nila.
nung napanood ko yung proposal video, pre-nup video, official video ng wedding..grabe!!!! naluha ako sa kilig

Just finished watching DongYan's wedding video and I can't help my tears from falling. So touching and you can really feel their love for each other.

^sis same tayo. Maganda yung gown yes. Pero i'm expecting more kasi nga michael cinco eh. Pero ang ganda ng reception nila ah. Nung una ko nalaman na sa arena ang reception, naisip ko bakit doon, parang mas ok kung sa hotel nalang sana. Pero ang galing ng stylist nila ah, ang ganda ng reception nila..super elegant...kudos to gideon

Ako naman I liked her gown because tama lang and design for her. She has a petite frame, kapag gawin mong long sleeves, high collar, empress or something, it won't do her figure justice. Kelangan it complements her body shape - small waist - at the same time hindi sya magmukhang bata or ma overwhelm sa design ng gown.

I wish the couple all the best. Sana forever talaga sila.

Na gulat ngako sa disparity ng rings nila. Ang laki pala ng kamay talaga ni dong which is evident sa past pics nga nila parang kamay ni dong puede na I wrap sa waist ni Marian, hehe

correct. maski ako naman kahit ibash ako hanggang langit pero ganun kaganda at kabongga wedding ko (at kasing fez ko si marian!), ded madela sila lahat sa akin. hahahaa!

I just read na meron palang nagcriticize na masyadong lavish ang wedding nila.

Isip ko naman engrande talaga sya pero knowing how the couple helps people around, and using their own money for the wedding, ok lang naman siguro.  Mas ok nga sila kesa sa ibang couple na magpumilit mag engrande ang kasal, only to find themselves in debt after the wedding.

Pero curious parin ako magkano lahat ang gastos.

^tantya ko mababa ang 20M sa nagastos nila, from wedding preparation to the wedding itself.

Ang dami ngang negative review na masyadong lavish ang wedding tapos ang daming naghihirap na Pinoy. My take? Let them be, they chose to give each other the best days of their lives and that includes their wedding, no matter how lavish that was. It's from their hard-earned money and itong dalawa naman na'to active sa charity at hindi madamot. Alangan namang ibigay na lang nila lahat ng meron sila sa charity. And from the news they asked for presents not for themselves, but for their foundation/charity. Tigilan na ang ka-negahan sa wedding nila. Maganda yung wedding at maganda yung couple, period.

Truth is, only the elitists believe that their wedding is too lavish. In short, they're trying too hard to fit in the poor and marginalized sector pero sila rin pala ang gustong mag-dominate sa society.

Regarding the DongYan wedding, it's obviously from their own money and not from corruption. Ano tingin ng mga elitista sa DongYan, pulitiko?

Pasensya na ah. These "show-off" eklaboo is simply annoying. That's why I cringe at GetRealPhilippines(dot)com for making their wedding an issue.
