I bought a box of SnowCaps try ko lang muna since this is my first time ever na uminom ng glutathione, may konting kaba factor . Anyways, what's the best time po ba to drink gluta? Morning or bedtime? And pano ang paginom ? Thanks po and Godbless.

morena sis.. hehe. minsan mapusyaw minsan ang dilim ko tignan hahaha. kaya di pwede yung ph338 saken kasi rosy white ata yun baka magmukha na kong may sunburn.

gusto ko lang mag gluta kasi feel ko sobrang haggard ko talaga na di na kinakaya ng Vit. E at Vit. C lang hehe.

9th day of taking snow caps with 500mg generic vit c. I ate one slice of bread to stop the heart burn Pero mejo ramdam ko pa din sya. Parang umakyat.
I'm not seeing any lightening effect yet but I can see that I'm beginning to bloom. Haha.. Parang flower lang. Before kasi haggard tapos parang ashen yung face ko. Now nag cclear yung face ko, pero not yet blooming. Para bang malapit ng mag blooming, if that makes sense.
I think the effect is fast considering more than a year yung last take ko ng gluta. (met, tat307,ph338,kb,cosmo) before a month ko pa napansin yung blooming effect, 1 1/2 yung lightening effect. This was with met, the only gluta that had a lightening  effect on me. Ph338, I was blooming and soo pinkish. Not quite but morenang pink

^Nung nagtetake ako ng snowcaps 2x/day ko siya am and pm, naka 2 months ako walang effect sakin.

@kukii, yung Snow Caps and Avon White Tea with Gluta muna sis try ko. Sakit sa bulsa pag mahal yung gluta tapos hindi hiyang.

@missreese, yup sis 15/cap. Not same ata sa ph and Tat kasi food supplement lang ito pero reduced gluta din sya and meron 25mg ALA. try mo rin sis ang Tat. Recommended daw yun for morenas. Medyo pricey nga lang hehe

@so_bloo, sis AM or PM ka mag-take ng Snow Caps?

Mga sis sa experience nyo with gluta, mas OK ba pag morning ang take pag once a day lang?

I ordered Dr. James glutathione from Lazada. I just received it today and checked it's authenticity. I never tried Dr. James before so I hope you girls could help me out. I've back read that white powder is fake, some said brown powder is fake.

I know for sure the gluta has a sour taste and smells like rotten eggs just like my NAC. So the Dr. James from Lazada that I've ordered has this seal that is US authentic. When I opened the bottle it seems that it's not really sealed. Parang loose yung pagkakaseal pero indi talaga sealed. So I smelled it, amoy herbal, then I opened 1 capsule, color green para herbal talaga.

So what I usually did if I buy NAC or any antioxidants, I use betadine testing.. so if authentic yun, magclear dapat ang water with betadine. Pagtry ko, no changes.... buti pa yung NAC ko kahit 600 pesos lang yun at least ma clear niya yung betadine.

Fake po ba ang nabili ko? obviously yes pero I don't know if I will still give it a try. Anyone please advice me kung sino yung naka try na nang Dr. James capsules.

First day of drinking SnowCaps.  Goodluck to me, mejo maputi na naman ako pero more on yellow side kaya gusto ko yung clear white skin. Anyways, sa mga nag ask po kung san makabili, i bought mine at their company po vidanutriscience 1495 po isang box. Afraid kase ako na baka fake so rumekta buy ako sa company na lang nila. Free delivery naman po and mabilis delivery. Mode of payment is either COD or Paypal.

^^ sis chuy yung snowcaps may leaflet sa loob tapos nakalagay dun mas ok sa morning kasi mas low the ang gluta levels ng body.

actually dati nagtry ako na 2tat sa morning tapos after a week 2tat sa evening. wala akong nakitang difference haha. o baka dahil one week lang. kaya nga lagi din ako nagtatanong anong best time yung mas mataas ang dosage para mas effective. kaso iba iba din yata talaga no? kaya ayun stick nalang ako sa 2tat evening. pero dahil combo ko na sya sa snowcaps, 2tat na ko sa morning kasi si snowcaps na gagawin kong pang gabi. (sa totoo lang torn pa din ako kasi iniisip ko na ilagay sa umaga si snowcaps haha ang gulo ng utak ko)

^ sis, any significant change na dinagdag mo si snow caps sa tat mo? kasi di ba 3x a day na yong tat?

checking out some alternative kasi sa current na combi ko ng tat at PW, mahal kasi. nong unang mga weeks, blooming nga, pero nong tumagal, ewan ko, parang nawawala naman yong effect.

Hi sis ang naeencounter ko palang is brown and white yung powder na Dr. James so yang green na galing sa Lazada baka fake? Or new formulation siya ng Dr. James? Naalala ko may nabasa na din pala ko about sa bumili ng Dr. James sa Lazada na nagkadiarrhea while taking it. Try mo magbackread sis.

^^^ sis phurple di pa ko nagstart sa combo ng tat at snowcaps. pero magstart na ko ng weekend. pure tat pa lang ako. bale gagawin ko na lang 2tat tapos snowcaps sa gabi. ill check lang kung magkakaron ng effect tulad ng kay sis chinita.

well actually wala pa din ako nakikitang whitening kay tat until now except that mas maaliwalas yung face ko (and di ko alam if dahil kay tat or sa soap at cream na gamit ko) saka mas nagyellow yung skintone ko.

Thanks sis....uu nabasa ko rin dito yung sort of sinabing parang herbal medicine ang laman. Sayang naman, I emailed lazada na gusto kong ibalik yung item nila kasi hindi ko nalang iinomin baka madedots pa ako nito.

Sana nag ishi nalang ako or yung ph338 i will give it a try. Maganda yung mga review ninyo about snowcaps pero ang mahal mabigat sa bulsa coz I also on IVG.
