GrabTaxi, GrabCar, Easy Taxi, Uber, Tripda, etc. reviews?

Hi mga sis! I'm a regular Uber rider. Meron ba ditong Uber partner? Kumikita ba kahit konti? I will be soon getting a car (bank loan). Naisip ko lang baka pwede ko pala siyang ipasok sa Uber at Grabcar. Para habang nasa office ako, kumikita siya kahit papa'no. I will just get a driver. Problem lang is if kayang icover ng kita sa uber yung "typical" na kita ng driver and syempre, gas na rin. Best case scenario would be kayang icover ang amortization.

I am not an Uber partner but I am also a regular Uber rider and madalas nassmall talk ko mga drivers. According to them, it's ok if you're the owner AND the driver. But if mag hire ka pa ng driver, maliit nalang ang kita since 3 na kayo maghahati sa profits - Uber, the owner of the car and the driver. Uber daw keeps changing the rules and the porsyento kaya madami na raw nagpupull out. They have days na malakas and kumikita talaga esp from surge pricing, but weekends and holidays medyo mahina daw. That's just what I heard. Best to check with Uber and ask them what the current rules are. Would be great for the car to pay for itself and make a margin. Win win situation yan HTH

Have tried riding a GrabTaxi from within Pasay lang din to T4 at 3AM, 170+ ang total bill ko and gave the driver 200, sabi ko keep the change na pero NR lang si manong, haha. Hindi kasi ako naglalagay ng tip pre-booking talaga.

I had a good experience with GrabCar naman. Rode the airport taxi to Victory Liner Terminal in Pasay but wala na the bus that I needed to ride, so I booked a GrabCar to transfer terminals buti na lang meron malapit. Pasay to Cubao the estimated fare is around 240+ e nagkasunog sa EDSA that time, not moving talaga the vehicles, sabi ni driver sa Grace Park terminal na lang niya ako ihatid para mas malapit and not traffic, tapos 'pag wala pa rin daw bus dun sa Grace Park saka niya ako ihatid sa Cubao same price. From Pasay to Caloocan we rode around 50 mins tapos 350 lang binayaran ko, hehe. When we got to the terminal si driver pa 'yung bumaba to ask the bus personnel kung meron pa 'yung byahe na kailangan ko.

Thank you so much for the reply, Sis krabby_patty. Naisip ko nga na ako na lang magdadrive talaga kahit after office lang. Mas mataas rin kasi yung risk kung papahawak ko sa driver yung auto.  Pangdagdag kita lang talaga. Kailangan ko na lang matuto magdrive. Malakas naman loob ko. Ayoko lang matuto noon kasi wala naman akong idadrive.

I've tried GrabCar na din a few times and so far, so good. The last time I used the service, may promo pa kaya cheaper yung binayaran ko. At that time nga mas mura pa yung GrabCar compared to GrabTaxi (Pasig to Makati).

Curious din ako with Uber, I tried to download the app kaso I didn't have a code to input to finalize the registration.

I just love Uber, anytime i feel like going out nagagawa ko na, i just feel so safe when I use Uber.. my second choice would be GrabTaxi kasi bihira ang GrabCar sa area namin.

Uber is not a transportation company. App lang talaga sya.  Ride sharing ganun. The driver is the owner nung car. Ang maganda pa you can choose from simple to luxury cars pero syempre may added charge.  Feeling sosyal lang ang peg kasi private car ang mag hahatid sayo.

I've tried GrabTaxi, GrabCar & Uber. Pansin ko magkalevel ang GrabCar & Uber. Nakakatuwa itong huling 2 kasi you won't feel na nakasakay ka pala cab, it's like having your personal chauffeur. Bago & malilinis units. Anyone tried yung for corporate ng GrabTaxi?

I tried this once nung may party kami. If I remember it right Montero Sport yata yung kinuha namin. Yung driver siya din daw may ari. Ang bait niya and kahit medyo natagalan ako bago lumabas, naghintay parin siya at no additional cost. Mas mahal siya kesa taxi of course pero with the service mas ok siya.

Tried easy taxi, sobrang tagal wala pa ding available. Ended up with grabtaxi, ayun 5minutes or less meron ng dumating.

Ang hirap sumakay sa makati ha. Naglalampasan mga taxi. Pag naman huminto at nakausap mo driver may hinihintay nga daw pickup na pasahero. :p

^ never pa ako nakapagbook sa Easy Taxi na yan.. their app is not exactly "easy" to use. Haha. Super-tagal, di ko alam how long before magfefeedback na wala kasi di rin nagsastop ng pag-search. Nakatengga lang.

Grab and Uber apps are easier to use..

grabtaxi, less 60 pesos dito sa Davao, kahit less than 1km lang yung pupuntahan, grabtaxi pa rin..laking natitipid rin talaga kung malayo-layo ang hehe

ako love ko ang uber compared sa grab taxi.. feeling ko lang mas safe ako and yung mga nasasakyan ko sa uber mga halos bago at magaganda talaga. tapos its up to you din kung gusto mo mag tip pero usually di sila tumatanggap ng tip kasali bawal daw. super happy lang with their service especially now na parang nakakatakot na sumakay ng mga taxis especially sa gabi. sa uber parang keribels makaidlip kasi u feel safe unlike sa taxis na u have to be alert. i have yet to try grab car. also,  i have a promo code to share.. pm me lang if u want sisses  =)

Mas gusto ko ang easy taxi compared sa grab, although there are areas na ang hirap madetect ng easy taxi ang location.

^sis yan din matagal ko ng iniisip na gawin but I'm worried lang na walang available kung kailangan na namin especially kung alanganin na oras yung pick up for departure kaya I just use a transfer service na reliable. For arrival alam ko mga accredited taxis lang pwedeng pumasok sa arrival area ng airport.

If you do get a chance to use Uber for your airport transfer, update us how it went.

^ medyo risky pag Uber going to airport kasi it depends on availability sa area. Although we tried na din. Medyo inagahan lang namin ng book para me allowance for waiting time in case walang Uber sa area namin.

From airport we tried Uber na din. We booked nung patapos na kami kuha ng luggage sa carousel. Private car naman ang Uber so no problem sa pagpasok nila sa airport. Sa twice na try namin upon arrival, puro naman nataon na medyo madami Black Car units sa may airport..
