I am now using Tretinoin in gel form, ugh it is so hard to spread and use
Hello! Gusto ko sana gumamit ng AHA cream. Alternate ko sana with Tretinoin. San ba pwede magpuchase ng AHA cream? Meron ba sa watsons? How much? TIA
I only know two at Watsons:1. Olay Regenerist Resurfacing Essence. It's 1.7k. Glycolic acid (AHA) listed 3rd or 4th in the ingredients list.2. Maxi-Peel Exfoliationg Cream (not the solution). The main exfoliating/active ingredient in that cream is glycolic acid, way cheaper than Olay. Around 100 lang siguro. There are also a few glycolic acid creams at Healthy Options but I'm not familiar with them.
^Yes, tretinoin is prescribed for anti-aging and can also help with whiteheads. If you're just starting out, start with the lowest dose - 0.025%. You can use Retin A or any of the other brands mentioned in this thread. Start using every 2 days and eventually increase usage to nightly use, to prevent irritation, etc.
