Mga sis,

May pedestrian walkway ba from Myeongdong to Pacific Hotel/ Namsan Cable car? Or we can cross from the other side of the road (getting in from Exit 8 of Myeongdong Station) via the subway, by getting out of Exit 2/3/4 of Myeongdong Station. I look at google map kase, I did not see any pedestrian crosswalk from the Myeongdong side to the Pacific hotel / Namsan side.

^meron. lakad ka lang ng onti lagpas sa exit 8. halos katapat ng money exchanger or the building with something "9" on it. i forgot. haha.

^thanks sis pretty_B and sis esor. Is it an underground walkway? Parang sa google maps kase walang tawiran sa area na yun na ka-level ng road, parang may railings sa gitna... Hehe...

Sis travelling_daisy here's the direction from Pacific hotel to N-seoul tower

Exit at 4 from Myeongdong Station>Walk toward Shinsagae Mall (it should be visible upon exit from the subway)>Upon reaching the intersection (fronting Shinsagae Mall and Woori Bank) Walk to your left (from here you can already see the N Seoul Tower). Walk straight (you should see a tunnel)>Keep to your left and you will see a station with an elevator going to the Namsan Mountain (this will lead you to the cable car going to N-Seoul Tower

^thanks for the directions sis. We'll be coming from the side across Pacific Hotel ( from Nine Tree Hotel to be exact) though kaya I'm looking for the passage way from Myeongdong Exit 8 to Exit 4. Di ko kasi makita sa google maps yung tawiran papunta sa kabilang side, parang may metal barriers sa gitna yung highway and no pedestrian walkway/crossing.

Thanks, sis esor.  Baka hindi updated yung sa google maps street view. Yung kasing katabi ng Myeongdong Exit 8 is Family Mart then katapat nya is Crown Bakery. Maybe that's the one you are referring to as TLJ na. Siguro napalitan na ng TLJ yung Crown Bakery and the Family Mart is Olive Young store na rin. Wala kasi din pedestrian lane doon sa Google streetview na tawiran going to the Y intersection papuntang Pacific Hotel where Hollys Coffee is. So, we'll see na lang when we get there. Thanks a lot for patiently answering my queries.

sis esor, nung nadaanan namin ang Namsan Guesthouse (1, 2, 3 ata yun?) from Pacific Hotel. mukhang dun nalang kami magstay next visit namin. thanks pala sa mga turo mo. hihi. btw, we found the m plaza on our 3rd night kaso late na kasi un kaya naghesitate kami pumasok. then nung last day, we went there around 2pm, 4:30pm daw ang next available slots kaso we can't make it na since by 4:30 we need to go to the airport na. sayang.

From Myeongdong though, we'll be taking the Namsan Oreumi to the Namsan Cable Car platform. Then we'll take the bus on the way back.

Second time na namin sa N Seoul Tower actually but it was night time when we went there the first time. We took the bus both ways from Chungmuro Exit 2 then.

Hi girls! I'll travel to korea on november 23-27. Autumn pa din kayo yun? And ano kayang temperature? Parang winter na ba? hehe. And san kaya mas maganda mag stay? Sa myeongdong or hongdae? TIA

^sis pinkat, winter na yung punta mo, super lamig na nun. IMO sa Myeongdong, dun kami lagi nagsstay

^sis sa jongno area din ok magstay mas toned down lang than myeongdong area....surrounded ng palaces,bukchon, samcheongdong, insadong, dongdaemun...dami din local restos na mas mura pero masarap....and lapit din lang sa myeongdong...super picturesque pa naman sa samcheongdong pag autumn sabi nila 🍂🍃

^yes sis, happy kami sa area na yan, try mo banana backpackers....walking distance to samcheongdong din lang....yes sis super accessible sa anguk and jongno3 saka airport bus madali lang ^^

^sis pinkat October ang Autumn, winter na talaga yung travel mo. Snow na meron nun ^_^

How about latter part of October, still autumn pa naman, right? We'll be travelling from Oct. 26-29 kasi eh.
