mga sis, help naman, i'm considering vivere for my preps kasi. when i inquired last week, ang sabi sa akin nung sumagot don eh kelangan daw recommendation letter from fernbrook? di ko magets, anong konek? dahil ba fernbrook ang venue ko, does that mean may discount yung rates makukuha ko sa nearby hotels o baka dahil fernbrook eh tataasan pa nila rates nung accommodation? now lang kasi ako nakarinig ng ganto na kelangan recommendation pa ng venue mo para lang ibook yung hotel preps. tsk.

Ay na-curious naman ako! May ganun talaga? Baka naman discount yan sis.. Kasi medyo hindi naman ata sila authorized magtaas kung ang rason ay yung reception venue mo. Balitaan mo kami once you know kung bakit ah? Try acacia! Mabait sila dun hehe. (Biased lang.. Acacia bride kasi ako hehe)

Sureness sis... hindi kita tatanggihan.. nag ocular kami sa acacia, and booked na nga...  5pm ikaw yun diba sis?? ...

Mga sis share ko lang yung venue hunting namin ni h2b ... and some insights from us..

Alabang country club - within the vicinity ng st. James,  ok din package nila and in house catering na sila, acacia is their tie up hotel ...peso power is 120,000 consumable.. buffet per pax min  is 795. Cons: nakakaloka entrance gate nila, one gate for entrance and exit, so medyo hassle... tapos,nakakalito kung saan ang right way, ilang beses kami umikot. Madami golf players.so medyo hassle papasok and the EM told us, its usually busy esp weekends... venue place is so so, maybe because matagal na din sya.decor set up is simple pero pede naman yata upgrade yun.

Acacia hotel- nice interior design, near st.james, ballroom hall is spacious, and with lobby area for cocktails.. room i forgot to ask.. cons: super mahal, i think sya yata mahal sa lahat ng hotels sa alabanh.. for 200 pax is 495000.

Vivere- grandious entrance lobby amongst the other hotels... super bet ko yung mga twigs and lights.. very accomodating yung AE namin giving us tips how to save and suggesting many ideas, waving corkages, and she even mention pwede outside food for the crew.. peso power is 295000 yata for 200 pax. I also love the interior decor of their ballroom, .. super nice yung chandelier na parang twigs ... cons:MASIKIP, definitely for 150 pax only, 200 is super siksikan na, buffets will be outside the hall.. may mga blind spots din, as in both sides with pillars na natatakpan yung whole tables na nakapwesto doon.. though, they have led wall tv for live feeds. This one i super love and super tempting to book , kaya lang 200 to 250 guest ko.

Sis charmedter when kayo next punta sa St James? Kami ni h2b next week daan kami dun consult namin about the schedules then makipag appointment ako sa Mother Butler para malaman ko packages saka tanong ko na din if we could share. Hehe. Kasi ang alam ko di naman malalanta yun kasi they even use it daw sa offertory the next day

Yup! Ako nga yung 5pm ata or 6pm yung nakalagay sa contract sa acacia. What's good din sa acacia eh hanggang 11pm yung allowed. Medyo mahaba kasi sa iba 4hrs lang ata? Not sure... Have you tried going to crimson and bellevue? Actually yung sa acacia pagkakita mo agad ng presyo mukang mahal nga.. Pero yung sa rates ng crimson and bellevue, hindi pa kasama 12% tax saka 10% service charge.. so whatever is published dun sa sales kit, dagdagan mo pa yun ng 22% malaki din yun.. yung nakaprint sa acacia is inclusive na of the tax and service charge. mas pricey talaga pag hotels sis... fernbrook nga dapat ako kaso hinarang ng mom ko, hotel daw dapat. ayun.

Yes sis, nacheck ko nadin bellevue and crimson.. mas mahal padin acacia.. nagulat nga ako ang bilis nagincrease price nila.. bellevue is 410000 for 200 pax with photobooth, lights and sounds set up, bridal car, and room accomodation... mahal pa din..hahaha.. nad iisip pa kami ni h2b kung the palms, bellevue, or crimson.. ill post later yung insights ko sa 3 hotels, and versailles, cfg ata, azumi hotel, parque espana.. filinvest tent lang di ko napuntahan..

Abangan ko din insights niyo ni h2b mo about sa ibang venue ^_^ Napuntahan ko yung Tent, kasi halos tabi lang ng acacia. Actually acacia din yung caterer ng tent. Pero tingin ko kapag dun gagawin ang wedding, magagastusan sa event styling kasi bare talaga! Saka anlakiiiii nung venue, pero pwede mahati sa dalawa. Ang alam ko kelangan pa ng written request kapag magiinquire and all.. Saka medyo natakot na ako magtanong about sa rates kasi sa feels nung lugar, mukang mahal. hehe. Si manong guards lang nakausap namin dun. If ever matry mo mag inquire sa kanila, share mo na din dito!

Sis shygirlme nakita ko online.. ang ganda! Yung villa rooms nila kung yun ang magiging bridal suite mo, ang ganda nun sa photoshoot! Yung function room nila pahaba siya, ilan kaya kasya dun? Maganda yan kasi kakabukas lang pala nung January.. So next year fresh na fresh pa din yung hotel! Ok yung hotel lalo kung modern ang theme ng wedding.. Nakakatuwa talaga pag bago ang hotel, ang kinis kinis at ang linis linis hehe
