I have observed this as well, and it's hard not to cry pag nakita mong parang gusto na sundoin loved one mo.  Ang nakakaiyak pa talaga is he can't talk at that time, my tube in his nose and throat, so there was no way for him to talk.  All the necessary assets, bank accounts and titles were transferred to the corporation pero kung may bilin man siya, hindi na nagawa kasi he can't talk anymore.
