Epidural vs Twilight Anaesthesia

I had the chills too after my epidural was administered. It was so bad my legs were shaking. The residents/nurses put two comforters on top of me so I would be warm. After that I was fine na.

CS ako mga sis pero sa totoo lang hindi ko alam if anong klase ba tinurok sa akin pero gising ako that time, pero hilong hilo na ako and may time na nakakatulog narin ako nagigising lang ako kasi may mga kumakausap sa akin like noong lumabas na si baby. Tapos tinurukan ako sa may balikat ko after sabi matulog na daw ako.

Nag pa sedate ako at 3cm kasi sumisigaw na ako mg epidural pero they cant give it to me till i reach 5cm. My labor was induced by the way since i was 40w3d and 2cm dilated so si ob sabi niya induce na daw ako. Naloka ako sa sakit and i was at 3cm for 3 hours, i was desperate to reach 5cm para makapag epid na. I was calling for a c section na. As in inuutusan ko na mga doctor ko. Nahirapan din yung anesthesiologist ko na i epidural ako kasi sedated ako hindi ako maka follow ng instructions since i would fall asleep. Pero i wouldn't have it any other way. Sa second child ko i'd ask to be sedated ulit while waiting for 5cm then epid na. Ang panget lang dun medyo sedated din baby ko when he came out. Well at least di siya masyadong na stress kasi i was able to deliver normally kahit induced ako.

^sis me too. natakot ako sa labor pains and turok. will be on my 15th week this sat. basa na ako para alam ko na ang options ko pag nag usap na kami ng OB.
