Sis yijiheon pm sent. Maputi ka na sis kung nc42 skintone mo. Saken kasi ok sya though maputi na rin ako medyo madilaw lang. Pero ngayon mamulamula na. I dont know it's just me pero tumakaw ako. Super. Kaya sinasabayan ko rin talaga ng workout.

3x a day mo ba yung ph338? may nabasa kasi ko dun sa isang thread na mas may effect sa kanya pag 2x a day lang. pano ba malalaman na may effect. ako kasi gray-yellow ang tone tapos acidic so ang hirap makita kung nag glow ba. basta parang laging dull at kulay abo yung balat ko huhuhu

Sis ynazki, how much ang Cosmo skin? I want to change brands na. I've been into met for a month, no noticeable changes kasi. Nagka pimples pa ako. I'm choosing among Cosmo, Relumins or ph338.

2x a day ko tinatake sis. Potent naman daw yung effect. Saka kinda scared na tumaba ako hehe ako rin sis acidic kaya yung fern c tinetake kong vitamin c.

Hello mga sis!!! May latest updates ba sa Royale Gluta 462mg users? Sinasabayan ko ng vit c 500mg x 2 saka gluta x 2. Once before bfast and bedtime tapos kojic soap.

I started mine last week. Bale ika 2nd week ko na. So far yung underarms namuti agad saka yung face parang palaging "fresh" daw sabi ng officemates. Pansin ko din parang slight mamula mula un cheeks.

Used it before din sis bago ko mag ph338. Sabi kasi nun friend ko na gay ok sya pampaputi lalo na pag after mo magswim. Im talking about royale lgluta. Ok sya bilis makawhiten. Twice a day ko din tinitake kasabay ng 500mg fern c once a day.

Pansin ko lang din nun nagtatake ako nyan baho ng pawis ko haha as in parang mapanghe na ewan. Kala ko yun damit ko lang pero nun nagstop ako nyan nawala naman. Saktong 1 month ako nagtake nyan. After that pumusyaw kulay ko.

Medyo pricey lang din kasi 1400+ ata sya good for 15 days lang. Eh sa iba good for 1 month na yun.

Hi mga sis, ive used snowcaps for 2 months ng once a day ang dosage, i didnt like its effect on me because i think it made my skin a bit yellow. So i switched to watson's gluta with milk thistle etc also at once a day dosage, i think this one is better than snow caps kasi it produced a pinkish white tone sa skin ko they said its a repacked NOW glutathione, which is cheaper daw...do u guys know where i can find that brand? Thanks

2months  met user.. mejo disappointed ako dahil no whitening effect saken pero ang plus points niya saken di ako nagka pimples and sobra lambot ng skin ko.. gusto ko na mag switch.. dami ko choices pero . Relumins, ph338, combo ko kay hakubi white c.

Pero parang til now no effect? 2 weeks na.  I took it 3x a day with 500mg vit C gen cee ata yun. 30min before or after meal.. This last August 20, I bought KB (trial pack) for  400phph+ (forgot exact price) at Mercury Drug. (I saw my friend kasi sa Ads sa youtube ng KB HAHAHA  ) Yun pala ang secret ng glowing white skin niya.. So I tried it also. Yun naman once a day together with Vit C rosehip which is 500mg also. (Kasabay din ang meiji collagen every night for younger looking skin)  My verdict for these gluta is no effect sa akin.. Might as well mag try ng iba. 


Sino nagtry dito ng snowcaps and ishigaki? Share kayo exp as well as the prices and how do you take it? (Like 3x a day or once a day lang, after/before meal)    Light naman na ang skin ko, kaso nga lang kaka swimming ko, uneven ang color sa arms, legs and feet ko kaya ang pangit.

AWW sis Peachalivio nakakasad naman yung sa PH mo. Pero baka kasi ilang araw mo palang nagamit so medyo hindi pa kita result. Pero may iba sa mga sis natin 2 weeks lang may nakikita sila agad. Kabibili ko pa naman ng PH ngayon, sana sa akin makita agad! 

Na try ko yung TAT before eh, dun talaga ang bilis parang 2 weeks lang ang puti na ng muka ko. kaso hindi ko antuloy ang mahal kasi.

Sis peachalivio 600 pesos lang bili mo for ph338? Sobrang mura naman po.. ako kasi pinakamababa ko nakita 1400 good for 1 month. Ok naman effect sa akin, nawala pimples ko tapos rosy cheek. Ask ko lang saan mo po nabili ph338 mo? Thanks
