I like Liz's style.

Saw her before in a private hospital bringing food for someone, obviously for her then-BF (JLC) who was confined that time at the top floor ("executive suites").

I did!  OMG super payat na nya!  Alam ko she goes swimming sa Oakwood in Ortigas.  Yun lang kaya workout nya?  Kasi grabe ang skinny na talga nya.  Thinspiration.

bukod sa swimming alam ko vegetarian din sya eh.at saka nag ke cleansing din sya like ann curtis kita ko dati ig nya at sa ig ni kris mga dinner nila kasama si liz uy kaya nasabi ko vegetarian sya.

I super love her book "STYLIZED"... grabeh dami ko natutunan sa book na yun abt styling and how to dress well.

^^Ah so she went vegetarian na pala?  Napanood ko kasi sha dati sa mga food tripping episodes ng Kris TV and she was eating everything sa restos they visited.  And Kris said that the reason for her body (Liz's) being so fit was because of swimming.  Di ko yata kayang maging vegetarian    Workout na lang hehe.

^ sa instagram ko nakita sis mga picture nya na maladas sa picture nya salad at yung interview nya dun sa wasak episode about styling ang food nya is salad din..yup sa food tripping with Kris kumakain sya ng ibang food din. pero mostly cleansing juice at salad nakikita ko madalas sa mga IG nya matagal na kc ako following sya . Yup Kris reveal that Liz Uy lose more weight sa swimming, pero di naman talaga sya mataba nun pa eh bali naging mas sexier lang sya dahil sa swimming.
