Conflicting nga yung scenario with mama squeak! and that of sayo coffee_art01. I want to know if ano ba talaga kasi I do know I have a bunch of tickets. About 3 na possible ko pa ipa process if ever na puede after missing the flight. My thinking is, pag before the flight ka magpa refund, you won't be charged the No Show fee? While if after the flight and nag No Show eh may fee din for No Show? I Hope ma clarify para di sayang my effort to call them

Oo nga eeh. Mamaya tactics lang pala nila yun. Please let me know sis. Medyo nag dodoubt din ako sa information binigay ng agent eh. Sayang yun sis. Refund tayo. Humingi din ako advice sa kanya if it's bettter to change flight nalang than refund. Ang dami din pala charges and consequence nung change flight. Kaya I opt to use the refund nalang.

^ Perhaps when I have some time to burn, I will try to give them a call just to inquire on the scenario. I will share what I find out. Also, I will go through the ticket details. Yung mga naka fine print na kasama ng itinerary that they send out every time may booking. Baka it's there lang and we never took notice kasi no one wants to 'tiyaga' read everything!

the CSR told me na forfeited na daw pati yung taxes and other charges for my "no show" flight kaya wala na rin daw akong mari-refund.

Promo Fares and Lite Fares with promo code discounts and the applicable fees, taxes and surcharges are non-transferable, non- reroutable, non-refundable and may not be stored in a Travel Fund but may be rebookable (except to another promo seat after the sale period). Where allowed, rebooking must be done within the Airline’s prescribed period and is subject to the applicable charges such as rebooking fees and fare difference. Taxes, fees and passenger facility charges associated with the non-refundable promo and lite fares cannot be refunded unless required under existing government regulations. *pending regulatory approval

Siguro it's better to call them prior to your flight if you want to cancel it. That way may makukuha ka pang refund para alam rin nila na may available pang seat due to cancellation pwede pa nilang ibigay sa iba unlike kapag no show they don't have any idea if you'lll take the flight or not.

was able to book RT to HK for January 2015. For the piso fare promo, the total amount reached almost 7.6k for 2 pax, excluding everything yan. Ang mahal na ng promo nila. My HK RT cost last year for piso fare costs only 2.5k excluding everything also.

^Same here sis. I was able to book RT to HK for January 2015 for 3 pax with total amount of 12.3k. Inclusions lang yung 15kg baggage allowance for 2 persons. Yung daughter ko no baggage. Since this is my first time to book out of the country, not bad na rin.

nagbook kasi ako ng RT tickets for 3 pax. Kaso mali yung date na nalagay ko. nabayaran ko na rin.

Oh my...if I only knew na gusto ng parents ko mag Hk-Macau on January next year, sana nahabol ko rin yung piso fare. Each pax nasa 8k+ na ngayon. Sana may sale ulit😔
