^nung nag-apply ako dito sa amin, Hindi naman kailangan ng personal appearance. Pwede iuwi yung form then ibabalik na lang para maprocess na yung application.

^ parañaque city hall sis, kasi both pque residents kami. dun lang kayo pwede mag-apply sa kung san resident ang isa senyo.

same problem sis... 13 days before the wedding ang kasal namin ni h2b... so naghahanap talaga ako ng option na maexpedite ang ML na yan 

Sa manila city hall madali lang. Yung cousin ko hindi na sila pinaattend ng seminar he is a dentist tapus fiancee nya os nurse. Hopefully sakin ganun din gawin kaya lang h2b is architect and we are both 24years old.

Papiseed Mabilis nga lang. Payment and pila lang magpapatagal.
Kami inabot ng half day before kase nag seminar pa kami.

hi mga sis! anyone here na nakapagapply ng marriage license sa Muntinlupa? ano mga requirements? mabilis ba magprocess?

ako sis. kaso nasa bahay yun mga requirements list. mabilis lang naman ang processing kasi organized naman. dun sa may alabang market ang kuhanan. pero attend ka muna ng seminar dun sa may health center malapit sa munisipyo. every Wed lang yun if i remember it correctly. 8am yata ang start. after nyo umattend dun bibigyan kayo ng certificate tapos isa yun sa requirement for marriage license application.

^thanks sis. hmmm so dapat mauna ang family planning seminar bago kami magapply ng license? o pede mauna muna yung pagkuha ng license then pag kukuhain na yung license kaliwaan nung sa seminar? para isang lakaran nalang sana.. hehe! big deal kasi kapag nagleleave sa office nila fiance e 
pwede sis pa-pm ako nung mga requirements pag nagkatime ka later paguwi mo?

half day lang naman yun seminar sis so gawin mo umattend na kayo sa umaga nun tapos saka kayo dumiretso sa alabang market to apply for the license. ibibigay din naman agad yun certificate pagkatapos ng seminar kaya di sayang yun 1 day leave. tapos babalikan nyo na lang yun license after 1 week yata yun. ganyan ginawa namin dati

^ahh okay sis. ayyy ayos half day lang pala yun. kala ko kasi whole day yung seminar. hehe! until what time yung kuhaan ng license? di naman siya bonggang pila like sa pagkuha ng NBI sis?

ay hindi naman sis. mabilis lang naman yun experience namin. matagal lang mag fill up nun form kasi 5 pages hehe. kaya magdala kayo ng ballpen. eto yun requirements galing dun sa flyer na napicture-an ko:

1. personal appearance of applicants
2. birth or baptismal certificate (original and photocopy)
3. 2x2 ID picture, 1 copy each
4. cenomar, nso
5. parent's advice if the applicant is 21 y/o and below 25 y/o
6. father's consent if applicant is 18 y/o and below 21 y/o
7. certificate of attendance from family planning seminar and marriage counseling (eto yun every Wed 8am)
8. death certificate of deceased spouse  if applicant's status is widow or widower
9. payment of applicable fees:
   marriage application - P100.00
   marriage license - P200.00
   marriage certificate form - P25.00
Total: P325.00
   Solemnizing Fee (Civil Wedding in Muntinlupa City Hall) - P500.00

Note: Marriage license will be issued after 10days posting
Apply at the Local Civil Registry 2nd flr Alabang Public Market

^sobrang thanks sis. i-note na namin etong mga requirements balak namin magapply by Sept 20 sis. sakto naman siya for our Dec 20 wedding diba? asikasuhin muna namin yung cenomar and yung iba pang church requirements. hehe! salamat ulit sis
