^What airline did you get?  And what do you mean by bassinet seat?    The first time baby went on a trip, he just sat on his yaya's lap.  We reserved seats for the family and yaya this time pero it is not in front.

we usually fly with Singapore Airlines. You can request a bassinet if you're traveling with an infant (below 2 yrs old).

forgot to mention, we traveled 3x with our daughter before she reached 2 yrs old. All of those times we requested a bassinet for her, and we were always given one. I ring Singapore Airlines right after I book our flights online.

^^All airlines have the bassinet option at the bulkhead, but you will not be automatically assigned there. People with disabilities also have priority.

You can try asking your agent if they can reserve/allocate those seats to you already, if not, check in at the airport early and request for those seats.

^ Thanks guys!  I have been to two international flights with my baby but were not given bassinets.  I will try to request the next time around.

PWD includes pregnant women right?  I was not given priority din, siguro because my second flight was with cebu pacific.  The first one was with Cathay Pacific though so I would expect better service.

Are feeding bottles inside the plane allowed?  Medyo luma na ang last post so  baka may update recently sa rules and regulations.

Yes, they allowed feeding bottle tsaka  water na sarili nyo dala for baby allowed din.

hi mommies. sa mga nag SG na with their babies, anong brand ng distilled water ang ok bilhin dun? para kasing hassle kung magdala pa kami ng wilkins ni baby and icheck in namin. tia!

our 1 year old had her 1st flight last week. it wasn't as hard as i thought it would be. well 1.5 hours lang naman yung flight and my husband carried her most of the time but it was really fun. i dont think she understands na we were traveling on a plane. walang effect sa kanya yung take off and landing. we brought an ipad pero hindi niya pinansin. mas gusto niya magbasa ng in-flight magazines lol. swerte rin kami sa katabi naming mga lola, they played with her nung good mood pa siya and they also didn't mind when she was screaming na. though we'll make sure to get an aisle seat next time para madali ilabas si baby kapag cranky na. she fell asleep nung dinala ni hubby sa likod ng plane kasi walang distractions.

Subscribing! I'm currently 23 weeks and my EED is Aug 8, Godwilling.
May nabook kaming Flight paTaiwan on the last week of October. So by then, more than 3 mos pa lang si Baby. We're planning na isama siya sa travel namin so I appreciate this thread for things to bring when travelling with an infant.

Smooth din SG trip namin last month with our 1-year old. Plan namin to buy GB pockit stroller, buti may nakita akong parang imitation ng babyzen yoyo sa shopee. Sayang din kasi 4 days lang namin magagamit, bulky lang kasi yung isa nyang stroller. Nakalusot naman yung baby bag kahit nasa 6 bottles ata yung dala ko na may 6oz water each. Basta sinabi ko lang na may water dun sa bag for baby.

first flight namin ni baby 8 months siya nun  kami lang 2 nag travel.. 8 hours din yun.. nahirapan ako sa mismo airport natin kasi nag iiyak siya EBF siya nun di marunong mag bote...  buti na lang mabait yun ground steward iniupo ako sa di makikita kasi iyak talaga ng iyak anak ko nun tipo 30 minutes na umiiyak..
nung pauwi naman kami malapit na kami mag landing nag poops kaya hilong hilo  ako sa CR ang liit pa naman ng CR sa airplane.. lesson learned wag pakinin ng madami si baby ng mismo flight baka abutan sa plane mag poops ang hassle mag linis.

May nakasakay ako sa plane in my recent travel. Flight was YYZ-TPE-MNL. The baby was crying most of the time. Naaawa ako both sa baby and sa mom. And you can tell base sa sound of the cry that baby is less than 6months old. You know yung matinis na tunog ng iyak. Baka may colic or just uncomfortable. I feel for the mom because naiintindihan ko sya. Hayyy
Anyway, don?t worry mga sis just enjoy these moments they grow up so fast.
