^konti lang sis, super ingat ako sa paglagay. siguro sensitive din skin ko. ayun, lalong lumala skin ko because nagdarken nga. still thankful hindi nagscar ang blister.

^baka naman sis day and night mo sya nilalagay and medyo nakapalan or more than once mo inaapply? Sensitive skin din ako and the time I used shark oil parang red lagi face ko so it means na manipis na skin ko but di naman ako nagkablisters. Must be the cold weather kasi i used it once and medyo mahapdi na sya nung nagpeel.

Anyways nagmix ako ng eskinol+shark oil+ erase+ a bit of turmeric. Refreshing sya ipahid and once a week or once in two weeks ko lang ginagamit sa face just to help in exfoliation since gumagamit na ko ng hiruscar and naghheal na scars ko. I'm using it on my ua and knees once a day or mas madalang. Di naman kaitiman ua ko but may spot lang na medyo darker and mukang nageeven na sya. Sa knees ko naman ang soft and smooth!

 BTW di narin ako nagkapimples ever since I used clinda+eskinol and safeguard pink with aloe. Kahit kumain pa ko ng dairy products and any food really, di na ko tinubuan ng pimples so blemishes nalang talaga.

I'll also try yung uguisu no poo soon.

at last I saw the improvement sa skin ko by using the Clinique 3 step. I started last Nov. Ngayon, thank God wala na pimple free na! but yun moisturizer lang, iniba ko. Kasi parang hindi nakakatanggal ng dark blemishes yun Dramatically Different Gel kaya I use it sa morning na lang before my sunblock. What I use at night is my trusty GNC vit c moisturizer. Really gives me that glow.

^^i followed lahat ng instructionw sis, once a day lang at night ko sya nilalagay. sobrang naging depressed ako sa itsura ng skin ko dahil sa shark oil, even my son asked me. my 3 year old son "what happened to your face mommy?" . Anyway, at least blisters nagsubside na.. it just left me with darkened skin dun sa areas why i applied it.

Nag experiment ako kanina' sa sobrang inis ko na nakikita ko ang mga pimple marks ko.

So eto ang routine ko muna.

Morning
Rub ng ice sa face, hilamos ng diamond orang peel soap then mag toner ako ng maxipeel eskinol and dalacin c at beauche age eraser cream.

Sa tanghali ako naliligo so wash lang ako ng tls sa face and babad for 10mins. Then nagpahid ako ng salicyclic acid s mga pimple marks.

Ngayong evening
Wash ng diamond orange peel soap, pahid ng beauche clarifying lotion, salicylic acid at wait ko 15mins pahid ng rejuvinating cream.
*crossfinger sana mag work. May mga bump ako sa cheeks now dating mga pimple na naging scar nalang pero mukang magiging pimple ulit, yung iba may white sa loob mukang white heads. Hay!

@danhika,hindi kaya harsh na sa skin routine mo,2x ka nag aaply ng salicylic acid to think nag beauche kapa,,,as of now wala me pimples ,wait magka menstruation nanaman at may susulpot ulit...thats the time na nag skinmate shark oil me,then after that stop na

@marie yes sis harsh nga sya. Pero after 3 days stop ko din yung salicylic acid' as spot treatment lang naman para mabilis mag peel yung pimple mark. Ganun kasi ang ginawa ko last breakout ko. Effective naman. Now ingat nalang ako. Salamat.

Ngayon [textspeak!] ako naka experience ng mga 3-4 na pimple sa cheek... :-( try ko nga yung clinique oil control toner tapos lagyan ko clindamycin 300mg/capsule.

i am planning to buy rosy peel but im hesitating .
i dont know if it will work for me ,
im having an acne problems now and i wanted to get rid of it in a short time.

 I tried using lemons sa UA ko sabi kasi to lighten but I stopped na kasi I got rashes and nag-worry ako na baka di hiyang sa akin at umitim pa UA ko imbes na mag-lighten. I'm using L'occitane's citrus verbena deo tsaka Sebamed's fresh  and yes,okay sila- paraben and alcohol free pa!

 Regarding sa pimple/acne marks naman, heto ang on and off problem ko din..Kapag naiba ang panahon, nag-iiba din ako ng routine at products. Currently, gamit ko ang Sebium Facial Wash at L'oreal Double Essence pang-moisturised. I don't apply toner. After cleansing and moisturising twice a day, I apply Benzac AC water based sa mga spots. As much as possible, iniipitan ko ang hair ko para di nakasabog ang hair sa face as I was advised by my derma na cause din yung hair ng pimples. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies to fiber up because ang root cause daw usually ng acne/pimples ay poor/weak digestion.

Aww, that's really terrible sis. I hope matanggal agad yung discoloration. Is your skin dry ba sis? Or sadyang very sensitive sya? Sakin din kasi parang iba effect nung cold na yung weather so buti isang beses nalang ako maglagay in a week or more.

Sis, better use a mild soap nalang kasi mamumula at baka mainflame lang lalo yung pimples mo. Try safeguard pink with aloe and eskinol with clindamycin. Parang sakin may purification stage where may mga lumabas na cystic pimples but now as in wala, if ever meron maliit lang and eventually nagiging white heads nalang.

@mspringles thanks sa payo. Sige bukas bibili ako ng safeguard. Dewy na yung mga nilagyan ko ng salicylic acid. So stop ko na maglagay. Hehe.

^^yes sis super sensitive skin ko, bawal ako sa scented lotion, hiyang ako sa baby soap at olay age defying o yung ultra moisture, bawal din clothes ko sa ibang detergent/softener nirarashes ako hehe.

anyway. pinipimple parin ako. may bakatry na dito benzac facial wash?

so sad. deleted na daw sa market yung panoxyl 4% cream. effective pa naman to pangpa dry ng pimples. kung alam ko lang sana nag hoard ako. Meron ba kayo alam sissies alternative sa panoxyl?

nag try ako new supplement para sa acne ko. and happy ako sa result. hindi na katulad dati na after 2 weeks after facial nagkaka pimple ulit ako. sa healthy options ko siya nabila. natural coq10 300 mg try it mga sis

Sa mga users ng clinda+eskinol do you still use toner after? Or before? What about moisturizer? Nagtry ako ng ponds pearl white pero naglabasan lalo small bumps

^ Yung clinda + eskinol na yung toner sis. Just wash with mild soap/cleanser before and moisturize naman after the toner.

Has anyone tried the KISS Collagen Cream Mask? Ang daming nagkalat sa IG. Effective daw. Pero sana may magkwento if they've experienced its "wonderful" effects.

I got lots of stuffs na nilalagay sa mukha ko before, but when i stopped being very kikay, mas nagclear agad face ko sa mga blemishes and pimples. Good thing I did.

tried this apple cidar vinegar toner...1:3 ratio,,,25ml acv and 75ml distilled water....so far ok sa face ko,,,buong face nilalagyan ko,binababad ko sa sa may pimple and it dries up in am,,good as alternative for exfoliation...
