Perfect Eyebrows (Thread 4)

My mantra in makeup is that you don't have to spend a ridiculous amount to achieve (albeit falsified) perfection. This is I pretty much achieve 'good' brows for myself and my clients.

For brows, I start off with a spoolie brush and a pencil (NYX Eyebrow pencil in 902 Brown or a cheap UK brand called Constance Carroll, Eyebrow pencil in Dark Brown, or Blonde (a light ashy brown) if I want a more natural finish).
I follow this with NYX Eyebrow kit (Brunette), I use the lightest brown shade on the inner part of the brows and the next darker brown shade on the arches all the way to the end.
Lastly, I finish off by setting with a brow gel (Maybelline Coloring Mascara in Dark Brown or the Clear one by Constance Carroll).

SO far this technique never failed me or faded off my face even when I'm submerged in swimming pools.

Medyo nasasawa na ako sa in2it and mac brow set combo ko.

i lost my tarte brow pencil   so i had to buy a new one.  browse browse sa sephora then napunta sa benefit counter.  tried the benefit gimme brow.  not that perfect pero ok na din. binili ko na din. try try lang...  sa una mahirap gamitin. pero after a few days, ok naman sya. natural looking. sabog sa unang application so kailangan talaga ayusin with concealer.  takes time din ma-perfect yung pag-tint nya sa sparse areas.

MAganda yung anastasia brow pomade, super pigmented. Better sya than the mac brow gel creme.
Pero limited ang shades. Wala ako actuallyng exact shades.

My favourites are benefit bro agogo, smashbox and shiseido eyebrow compact.

Lately na addict din ako mga pang eyebrows.
I have etude, mac beguille and girl boy din.
Then i use sigma or mufe eyebrow brushes.
Yesterday, kakabili ko lang nung Tarte browmousse in taupe, ang nice din and may free pa na double ended brush. (Comparable sa anastasia, i must say)
sometimes, mac browset alone lang gamit ko.
Pag sinisipag, outline ko muna ng pencil, then fillout ko ng espresso mac e/s then mac browset na boy girl.

May nakaka alam ba sainyo girl saan alo makakabili ng Anastasia dipbrow pomade? Kahit online OOS.

^ I have tried it once by accident. I forgot I had it on my brows when I went to do laps at our local pool. It stayed on my eyebrows. I would say I was in the water for an hour or so. Medyo konti fading pero hinding hindi mo mapapansin and hindi siya magkakalat.

Sissies, anong maganda brow gel na tinted and clear? Yung affordable sana. Maganda ba yung sa etude?

^ ang favorite ko sis sa lahat ng pencils ko yung Holika holika wonder drawing, most used ko sya even than my shiseido and shu. Sobrang natural nya.
Di ko pa nattry yung sa majolica, pero ang ganda rin nung kulay nya.

So happy! i found a seller of anastasia dipbrow pomade. I bought blonde and auburn good thing asa pinas yung seller though medyo mahal pero ok na din:)

Gah. Hawak ko na yung james cooper eyebrow gel kanina. Nasa counter ako tapos bigla ko nalang naisipang ibalik. Ngayon naiisip ko sana kinuha ko nalang sya. Too bad sarado malls bukas. :/

Di ko gusto yung jazzy eyebrow gel. Ang hirap tanggalin hehe. tapos pag wash ko after ang gaspang nung part ng skin ko sa kilay..ganun din ba yung anastasia dipbrow pomade?

I use MAC eyebrow pencil in brunette. Sobrang pino ng application. Hindi harsh tingnan kahit mabigat ang kamay sa pag-apply.
