^waley pa sis, this december, hopefully, makapag FT sa kanila, pero dad ko nagustuhan ang chicken empanaditas, while h2b naman cold cuts ata iyun.

Sis twinxz, meron nakalaan na iba para sayo kase. Mas meant to be na. sama ka samen this december sis? Hehe..

We had our FT with Ma Del's today.
Sa appetizers, parehong masarap yung chicken empanadas at fried siomai kaya lang medyo malamig na. I prefer kasi na mainit yung empanada.
Nagustuhan ni hubby yung roast beef with gravy dahil sobrang lambot.
Luckily, open yung date na preferred namin.
Will be having our reservation this week.

Matagal ko ring niligawan si h2b bago kami magpa-appointment sa MaDels. Super tight budget kasi kami at super no no sa kanya magFT sa mas mahal na caterer.

Medyo matagal lang talaga magconfirm sila Ms Anj. I'm eyeing them to do OTD coor as well kaya lang for now di pa makita ni partner yung worth ng wedding coor. Hopefully maconvince ko sya. Haha!

^good luck sis! sana maconvince mo sya, lalo na if may DIYs ka. And of course, you want your guests to feel like guests on your day rather than assigning tasks to them. Di nila ma-enjoy yung day nyo. I've attended several weddings kasi na nasa amin delegated yung tasks, nakakainit ng ulo lalo na if you don't have a team. Kumbaga for the love of friend who's getting married na lang.

December 2017 budget bride here. Nabalitaan ko last night na may price increase ang Ma Del's starting March 20. I called and si Anj ang nakasagot (yay!) and sabi niya, medyo malaking increase daw, especially on the styling aspect. Natakot naman ako! So pinamove ko ang FT namin to this weekend.

It will be our first food tasting EVER and I'm scared na ma-pressure kami to book agad agad sa FT this Sunday.

Masarap ba talaga food nila sissies? Any recent Ma Del brides here?

hi sis! madel's bride here. January 2016 wedding. masarap ang food sis! bet ko yung chicken flambé, one of our ninongs loved the Spanish beef caldereta, niece ko naman nag hoard ng buko pandan jello.

mabait si Ms. Anj and Naomi. medyo hindi ko lang nagustuhan yung styling. iba kase sa napag usapan, during our final detailing, pinakita ko sa kanya pegs ko, na sa kanila din naman galling. I informed them about the candle votives and center pieces bawat table, pinapili pa nya ko ng designs, from their works na din ako pumili.  I even asked kung may additional payment sa styling at willing kame mag add, masunod lang gusto ko, pero wala eh' come wedding day, iba siya. buti nalang nag DIYs kame ng konte sa votives kaya mejo naachieve yung gusto kong set up. pero it could have been better I know.

Buti naman masarap ang food! Yun naman ang pinaka important. Excited na tuloy ako mag FT ☺ Pwede ba magrequest ng dishes or sila bahala sa is-serve nila?

Pero oh nooo, yun pa naman gusto ko sana, na maganda din ang styling.. If you don't mind me asking sis, which package/menu did you get?

How was their service naman sis? And food portions, malalaki ba?

we got the tiffany menu 1 sis. food portions, hindi ko na napansin cyempre. hehe.. pero sabi ng ninong, basta hingi lang daw cya ng hingi sa waiter, bigay naman daw sila ng bigay. 

sa food tasting, sabihin mo na which food you want para maprepare na nila. Mabait sila at sasabihin nila kung available ba o hindi yung food na gusto mo. if not, sasabihin nila when yun available tapos pwede for take out nalang.  sarap din nung red iced tea. food tasting namin ni hubby, naubos ko pati buko pandan jello nya! hahaha!

We had our FT last March 19, not sure though kung kayo yung kasunod namin.. 9am kasi yung sched namin, pero late kami kaya we go beyond 10am and my dumating ng couple while we're having the FT with my h2b and in laws..

so how's your feed back?

Ms. Anj is very accomodating naman kaya lang medyo off lang saken na residential yung place, we didnt have to experience atleast the set-up, pangat yung food (since iniinit lang thru microwave), hindi ganun ka appetizing tingnan. and for the taste, so-so lang: mushroom soup, chicken empanaditas is okay but medyo oily; chicken flambe is like chicken cordon bleu plus sauce but kulang sa cheese; Pasta is just fine; Beef is malambot, ok sya sakin. Korean Pork, ok din. We're very disappointed lang dun sa veggie na sinerved. sobrang alat, huhu.. sorry guys.. 

i've expected too much for Ma Del's siguro. or maybe dahil sa nacompare ko agad sa sa Queensland.. since same day yung FT namin with them.

^ Hi sis!

Actually hindi natuloy ang FT namin on March 20. Nagtext bigla si Anj saying na hindi niya kami maaaccommodate kasi may super important siyang gagawin that afternoon. Super disappointed with that kasi once lang siya nagtext and hindi na nagreply after. Pero decided to let it go. Apparently, pupunta siyang US the next day.

Anyway bukas na ang FT namin. Will update you on how it will turn out.

^ sis update sa FT mo sa Ma Del's ha and meron ka na din bang updated rates nila? since naka-lagay sa FB inla and dito na mag-increase sila ng rates. Thanks!

Hello! We had our food tasting with Ma Del's yesterday lang. First food tasting namin ni H2B. Bago kami pumunta kila Ms. Anj sinabi ko na sa kanya(h2b) na i wanted to try K by Cunanan as well dahil sa styling nila. Pero nung natikman na nami yung food, at pinakita na din ni Ms. Anj yung pictures ng events na ginawa nila, na convince na kami. All I can say is masarap yung food nila. Ayun nga lang iniinit na lang nila sa microwave kaya medyo iba yung texture ng tempura(not as crispy as it should be) pero flavor-wise, two thumbs up! She also informed us that they'll be having a price increase maybe two weeks from now pero as long as hindi pa naman posted sa FB yung new rates, they will still apply the old rates even if our wedding is on July 2017 pa. Right after ng food tasting, h2b and I decided to deposit Php5000 na para mas murang rates yung makuha namin.
