We went also in Tagaytay last Dec 26 for an overnight. We stayed in Villa Adelle which is so good. Spacious and tahimik. Recommended for 20-30 pax.

sobrang traffic sa tagaytay kahapon. we went to silang para bumili ng buko and fruits, balak sana namin mag-mahogany market pero di na gumagalaw yung mga sasakyan dahil sa traffic, papasok pa lang sa tagaytay. sa gourmet na lang ang bagsak namin.

jan 1, balik ulit kami ng tagaytay para mag-picnic. then skyranch siguro para sa mga chikiting.

went here last night and sad to say sarado na ang Tides so sa Gerry's Grill nalang kame and then stayed in Alfonso Hotel (super layo! haha!)

tapos kanina pagbaba namen ng 12 super traffic inabot kame ng 2hrs before reaching expressway!

We went to Summit Ridge yesterday via Amadeo. Walang traffic pabalik ng Dasma at night. We want to go back tonight pero baka traffic.

We stayed over in Tagaytay for New Year's at the Taal Vista. For the amount that was paid per night, I didn't think it was worth it. We stayed at the Lakeview wing and our room had a grand view of a corridor/courtyard. My ILs who stayed across the hall from us had a view of the parking lot next to Sky Ranch. There was virtually no sound proofing of the rooms, we could hear everyone walking and talking down the hall. Not good considering that my daughter is a very light sleeper. The bathroom was an open-style type of bathroom, the only doors were to the toilet and the shower stall. The door to the toilet wasn't even a full door - there was a foot and a half of open area at the bottom of the toilet door. My daughter would stoop down and tap hubby's feet while he was inside. Even worse, we couldn't flush the toilet in the night because there was no door to block out the sound from the rest of the room. The floor of the room was not carpeted, it was just tile. It looked cheap, was slippery for our toddler and it was COLD!

Traffic was horrible in Tagaytay while we were there. On the way up on Dec 30, it took 1 hour to get from Nuvali to Taal Vista. The days we spent there, we would leave 1 hour before our reservation just to ensure we get to the venue on time. My [textspeak!] had us check out by 10AM on Jan 2 so we could avoid all the traffic of people travelling back to Manila.

What saddens me is that the Sky Ranch kinda cheapens the area not to mention that it was what was causing most of the traffic! When we passed by, there was trash all over the road and people were making tambay next to the Sky Ranch sign.

Saan kaya pwede mag abang ng sunrise sa tagaytay? We won't be staying in a hotel so yung open sa public sana. TIA!

^ I suggest you go to People's Park / Palace in the Sky if you want to catch early morning sunrise. Be there early and ang ganda ng view.

Share ko lang last weekend we stayed at Thouse Tagaytay. Nakuha ko lang sya thru Deal Grocer and super nag enjoy naman kami ng husband and in-laws ko. Meron silang pool at jacuzzi na medyo warm so nag enjoy mag swimming baby ko. For their staff ok naman kasi lahat sila accomodating. For the price, I was able to avail their Serenity Balcony na original price is around 7k pero nakuha lang namin sa DG for 4k good for 4pax with breakfast included. Super sulit at nag enjoy kami sa stay namin.

We weren't able to go na sa Sky Ranch kasi super traffic nung hapon. Grabe super nanibago ako sa Tagaytay, I used to remember years ago early weeks of January sobrang lamig pa until Feb pa nga... pero ngayon sobrang init sa tanghali at hindi na ganun kalamig. Super traffic pa. Unlike before sobrang luwang ng kalsada lalo na if you're travelling late at night. Ngayon kahit past 8pm na traffic pa rin.

so now im planning to bring my mom with me nalang pang treat ko na din sakanya. Hence, siguro di na ako magtitipid for her. hindi naman yung sobrang mahal, basta worth it yung ibabayad ko. hihi.

Anong hotel ba ang maisusuggest nyo, sisters? good for 2 lang. yung may spa services sana and at the same time near sa mga tourist spots! THANKS!

try T house tagaytay may spa sila at near lang sa picnic grove pwede din Taal vista at Summit ridge pero one ride sa jeep.

Sa Keni Po, sis. Google mo na lang for their website and contact numbers. You have to call them kasi walang online booking. Family villa nila is nasa 3,500 lang may pool pa. Katabi ng T House ito and a catholic church which the name escaped me, at the moment.

i would suggest magallanes square hotel. this is located right in front of starbucks, dencio's grill by antonio's, chicboy and others. room interior are somewhat almost like a 3 - 4 star hotel. we stayed there this last weekend and i liked to place. very near pa sa gimik and restaurant areas. published room rate is like 2,999/night but we got the room for P2,500 for a promo rate.

the spa services is located on the 2nd floor of the building.

last week was at tagaytay. again super enjoy namin ang lamig at ang lakas pa ng hangin. we stay at nurture spa, accomodation is good mahal nga lang. sa mga naghahanap na more affordable hotel try DAj SUite along aguinaldo hi way bago mag hotel dominique. they have a website search nyo nalang or p.m me

Wee! I miss Tagaytay. Will go here baka next week. Post Valentine celeb namin ni hubby. Syemlre with the kids and yayas hehe.
