i noticed i never got any cystic acne since i gave birth. my face is clear to think that i don't use any acne meds aside from kojic soap. maybe because i refrain from eating chicken, egg, fish and anything na malansa. i still get some small pimps when my period is about to come. yung marks na lang nun problem ko. kaya lang i can't try whitening creams yet kasi baka magfreak out na naman muka ko. any recommendations?

meron ako clinique yun anti blemish nakaka tuyo ng pimples at acne. anlaki laki nun
5 percent lang nagamit ko waley na agad. Pinost ko na lang sa beauty bazaar at sayang
effective yun in fairness. At hindi naman ako masyado tinutubuan acne OA lang at napabili ako nun.

have some pimples in my jaw and forehead .. i'm using dove gentle exfoliating para sa face and after erase .. any feedback sa brand na erase? thanks!

@allysa i used erase for 4days ata ,no peeling noted kasi nag shift me sa skinmate shark oil na,,,pero tinuly ko erase sa elbow ko,,ok naman ,nagligthen skin ko sa elbow,,,

Hi sis. After 3 days of using erase nagpeel na yung mga nilagyan kong part. Kaso di natutuyo yung mga pimples tapos dumadami yung sa noo. Saan nakakabili ng shark oil?

I stopped using using carrot + tawas combi.
I think MEDYO nag lighten yung scars ko pero di masiyado.
Yung tawas soap akala ko yun ang mapapalighten talaga eh, kaso parang masiyado niya yata nada dry yung skin ko. Kaya carrot na lang tinira ko nun.

user din ako dati ng hydroquinone plus tretinoin. that combo was prescribed to me by my derma. actually ok talaga sya. nakakawala ng pimple pero i suggest not to use products na may ganon ingredient. what happened to me before was naign super kinis ko nga, pero once tinigil ko sya, nagkakaron ng rebound effect. kung dati some part lang sa noo ko ang meron, pagtinigil sya nagiging buong noo ko na ang meron. so wag na magrisk kung ganito naman ang effect.

@allysa14 sa sm north dept store watson ko nabili skinmate shark oil,,only p55 ang 7ml bottle and p110 ang 14ml....but 7ml is enough for me na to stop and lighten my pimples,,,try mo na rin ang skinmate toner and skinmate placenta cream ,good combination ,makes my skin smooth,pimple free and lightes dark spots,,just use ice cube in morning,,no hydroquinone ang skinmate,,,squalene or shark oil and main ingredients,,sa pagkakaalam all sm dept watson,mercury drugstore meron skinmate products,

^sis what's the purpose of ice cue every morning? since no hq naman to pwede kaya to sa breastfeeding mom? ang dull kasi ng skin ko kasi im not using anything sa face.

Hi mga sis!

Try niyo yung VMV Id Monolaurin Gel, very effective siya sakin. Kasi ang previous regimen ko is galing sa derma, napansin ko parang na-immune yung mukha ko sa routine na yun and super nagooily. Nawawala nga yung pimples, pero sobrang oily naman. Siguro sa AM and PM, 3-4 na gamot pinapahid ko. Parang over medicated.  (Clarifying Toner + Ultra Drying Soln + Metrodinazole Gel + Sun Block(AM) Well oo, nawala yung pimples ko sa face. Pero may mga tiny bumps parin na hindi mawala-wala. Nakakabwisit. At ang oily! 

So parang nag experiment ako. Nag switch ako ng regimen from my derma's prescription to VMV. Ayun. Nakapag consult ako sa owner ng VMV. Tas nirecommend niya sakin yung Id Monolaurin Gel. Yung small bumps, ngayon nawala na. Super happy lang! Kasi, sobrang mapimples talaga ako. Eh, sweat acne lang pala yung kadalasan pag sa forehead, side ng face... Kaya the best (FOR ME) yung Id Monolaurin Gel.

thank you .. i'll try shark oil .. ang hapdi lagn kasi ng mukha ko sa erase kasi sobrang nagpeel .. wala na ding pimples .. yung mga marks na lang natira na kulay red ..

@kxthy.... Hi... VMV Monolaurin gel ang gamit ko... But ako apply ko sya whole face.  Sweat acne ever since.   But sometimes, pag acne or cycstic.... nag darken naman... Did she recommended you used VMV cleanser and toner?  thanks.

Hi sis! Sorry to hear that Pero baka hindi talag pwede ang id gel pag cystic talaga. Sabi sakin ni Dr. Verallo, sa lesions lang talaga sya i-aapply. Ganun kasi ginagawa ko. Kunware may small acne, nilalagyan ko sya, tapos now clear na yung face ko. Re: sa cleanser and toner, yung routine na sinabi niya sakin is mag Know-It-Oil. Gamitin ko daw as cleanser, apply ka sa face, then wash mo lang, then sponge (pero dapat may parang natitira pa ding oil, pero not much kasi mag-ooily ka)
So far ang routine ko now is Know-It-Oil as cleanser (AM/PM), Id Gel for acne (AM/PM)and Sun Block(for AM).  -- Super effective sakin.

Regarding dun sa toner. Nag try din ako sis ng SuperSkin Toner 3. Yung complete Spring line (Cleanse - Tone - Moisturize) Kala ko oily skin ako. Sobrang nag dry yung skin ko to the point na ang hapdi hapdi na. Kaya nagpa consult na ako, kung ano ba dapat yung product na suitable sa face ko. You may want to use SuperSkin Toner 2 nalang if sa T Zone ka lang nag ooily. Pero... much better kung mag tanong ka sa VMV Research Clinic mismo. Kasi minsan mali2 sinasabi ng mga sales lady. :| :| :|

@viellecemecy sis i use ice cube just to close my pores and gusto ko malamig feeling,,mas madali din mahinog o mag dry ang pimples,,,as of now no pimples na me,,less darkspots na,,mahilig kasi me magkutkot ng pjmples kaya ayun pag gumaling super dark ng spots,,,pag nilaglagyan ko ng etude house sun bb cream flawless na agad...

^pwede bang cold water na lang panghilamos? hindi ka naman nagpurge sa shark oil sis? wala na kong cystic acne. yung maliliit na lang due to whiteheads/blackheads yata. maputi na face ko because of kojic pero may mga dark spots pa rin though maliliit lang naman and not that dark. i'm using james cooper cream foundie to conceal them.

sis hindi naman me nag purge sa skinmate shark oil,kahit pa almost 12days ko ginabi gabi,hindi rin kasi nagpeel,after ghat every other night na gamit ko,doon palang nag micro peel,maybe because very oily or moisturized skin ko,,,pwede na yang cold water sis,me lang naman gusto ice cube kasi mabilis talaga gumaling pimples lalo na pimplets if using ice cube,,if pregnant ka mas ok pang ice cube nalang gamitin mo day and night to dry pimples,,shark oil i think rich in natural vit a,,so wala pa studies if safe sa buntis,,better safe tayo sis,,,

^breastfeeding na lang ako sis. so para rin pala syang tretinoin sis kasi vit.a but safer i guess. very oily rin skin ko kaya hindi masyado magpeel at matagal.

yes sis parang tretinoin din yun nga lang natural kasi galing sa fish or squalene oil,,,no hydroquinone so mas safe sa atin,,,
