Budget allotment for your child's 1st birthday

Hi sis. This year. Eto ang estimated budget ko.

1. caterer- 200per head (60-70 adults) = 14k plus 10% SC
    kids meal if kayang 100 per head lang
2. venue- 2k clubhouse samin
3. photo service only since i will be buying a photobook nalang and have it printed there= 2900
4. host/magician/ventri= 9k with sound system na at oot fee in cavite
5. ice cream nestle = 2000
6. loot bags and prizes = 5k for 25 kids. pero baka lumagpas ako
7. balloons: 1k ako na magdecor

39400 na ito haha.. me DIYs pako...

a. divisoria was a big big help in saving money!
b. catering was at 200/head, and since i've reached 20k, they gave me freebies (e.g. bottomless drinks and "candy buffet")
c. entertainment costs 6k. haggled it to 5k. rhenzo was my host and magician.

Im planning my son's first birthday party... next year pa pero di ba nga daig ng maagap ang taong masipag.. hahaha! para makapag budget na din. kung kakayanin kasi sana 40K budget ko, the most is 50. Mostly ang gusto ko is DIY. kaya di ko din type ang resto or fastfood kasi di mo ma-perpersonlized... my guest will be around 90-100 + 20 kids siguro

Candy Buffet: (DIY - for candies sa chocolate lovers and friend nang husband kong may choco factory.. for jars, yung nasa bahay at yung iba hiram na lang sa friends...)
Invitations: (DIY na lang since mahilig naman ako sa craft)
for food carts: ( im eyeing for cotton candy and ice cream lang -- pero kung may sobra lang money)

Hello sisses, same here 50k budget. Grabe ang hirap i-budget sa totoo lang mas makakamura kung DIY nalang yung mga pwede I-diy like yung candy buffet, mga party loot bags etc.

Sa akin ngayon heto na ang at talagang pinipilit kong ipagkasya LOL. Ang pinaka affordable na na-discover ko eh sa sm fairview storyland party area. Tingin ko mag eenjoy talaga mga kids dito kasi right after party yung mga guests may ride all you can ticket sila. Check nyo nalang po website nila if interested kayo. Bigay ako feedback after ng party ni baby.

first baby ko kasi... at 6 years before sya dumating... masakit nga nung binyag sa sobrang laki ng ginastos sa panganganak ko eh talagang di na kinaya ang handa.. eh sobrang nagmamadali si hubby na mabinyagan na sya so ayun binyag lang talaga tapos picture taking then uwian na.. wala kain kain .. Kaya sobrang sad ako.  ayun after ng binyag hay! mega canvass na ko para talagang makapag handa sa 1st bday...

may ibang options din naman ako pag talagang super kakapusin

-venue (free dito sa mandaluyong - di nga lang aircon pero maganda)
-food-- toka toka! hahaha all out support naman ang ibang kamag anak nung nag confide ako sa kanila. willing and able namang mag sponsor from food to cake to venue decorations
- tanggalin na ang food cart at candy buffet...
-pictures - pwedeng lahat ng may camera magkuhaan-- hahaha!
-invitations--- text text na lang --- makapag unlitxt para mura 

alam mo naman tayong mga mommies, we want the best for our kids lalo na pag first time mommy.. pero syempre dito na din lalabas ang pagiging super mom natin!  kakayanin ang lahat, may pera man o wala.. basta puno ng pagmamamahal!    siguradong ma eenjoy pa din..

oo sis, it depends naman sayo if how are you going to celebrate it. May mga fastfood parties, meron din namang sa mga clubhouses and they spent as much as 200k for the parties.
it also depend on your budget.

kami ni hubby we decided to have a double celebration, binyag ni bunso ( lalabas pa lang si baby sa october) and 5th birthday ng panganay ko. Balak namin magpabinyag at party on January

I had this unfortunate experience yesterday with them. 1st birthday ng anak ko. event was 3pm. they arrived at 2:30pm. andon na ang mga bisita. tables and chairs and the food hindi pa ready! imagine ang kahihiyan na inabot ko & to think gumastos ako ng 30K for the food alone...
anyway, here's the breakdown ng mga nagastos ko:

Catering: Queensland 32K for 75 adults (premium menu) and 30 kids
Candy buffet: Kids party hub at 6K plus 500 delivery charge
Venue: Santuario de san Antonio function hall 15K Bay3&Bay4
Host/clown/magician: Boogie and Friends 7.5K extravaganza package

Photo coverage: Think Art Design 1.8K availed through ensogo

(still looking for catering na ok kausap. We had Queensland nong binyag ni baby and we spent almost 45k din but hindi bottomless ang drinks, wala ni ano mang balloon decor na free and hindi free ang water! though masarap talaga ang food nila)

Party host / magician / ventri / bubble show / sound system : 9-11k (may out of town charges kasi cavite area kaya napapamahal kami, pencil-booked three entertainers, we have to choose na lang)

Venue Decor - 25k (haist, dahil ulit sa out of town charges kaya mahal)

Photo / Video - 10k (with pre-event p/v)

Candy Buffet - 5k (we are planning to get kubierto's deal sa ensogo)

Food Carts / Game Booths - 8k (we are planning to get rsrfoodexpress sa metrodeal)

Pop-up invitation - gusto ko lang maging special since first birthday naman to. Budget is 2k.(Sa Divi kami papagawa)

sa june pa bday ng baby girl ko, but i've already started planning/scouting for suppliers since gusto namin unti-unti makapagbook na and mag-bayad ng downpayment para di kami mabigla sa gastos ...so far, eto na estimated gastos namin:

decor: not yet final, mag-ocular visit pa daw sila sa venue on the 2nd week of december before giving their final quote, but im hoping na below 50k to
