^On-the-spot cooking is good, pero not all venues allow that kasi.  (e.g., we're looking to book PSE Auditorium.  Medyo strict sila sa anything smoky.)

True! thats the reason why it is really advisable to book first the venue before the caterer (if you have read my blog, you would know what happened) 

uy youre getting pala PSE! jan dapat ako nung una kung di lumobo yung guestlist namin.  try mo din Eloquente. They have an inhouse stylist Amaranthus Florist. Mejo gamay na nila din yan. Dati sila dapat magpapadrapes ng venue if I nag stick ako with PSE

jazzlawyerMr.Punch , PSE bride din ako. you might want to try Quidos Catering. Sila nagcater nung wedding ko. check nyo pics ko. ganda ng pagkakastyle nila napakaelegant. nagandahan lahat ng guests ko un ang comment.

Any reviews for Verleo Catering?  Sobrang sarap na sarap kami nung food tasting nila, but I want to have an idea as to how they actually perform during a wedding.

Anyone heard of The Posh Caterer? Any feedbacks re: taste and styling? TIA!

^The Posh Caterer is owned by NE Catering.  Supposedly sila yung more expensive option of the same company.

I've been doing computations of NE's and Posh's packages and parang sobrang mahal ng packages nila.  Per head hindi ganun kamahal, but their flat rate for the first 100 is too high.

^Yup, NE is also The Posh. Has anyone tried their food and OK ba styling nila? Kapantay ba ni KbyC? Hehe. Nakita ko kasi styling nila sa net and mukhang ok din naman.

May FT kami ni fiance with KbyC and The Posh soon. I'll give my own reviews and post them here after.

Try Town's Delight The Caterer sabi ng sis ko, actually silang dalawa ni Juan Carlo pinagpipiplian ko. ok ang setup nila, no need for wedding planner kasi tinutulungan ka nila taos ang cute non crystal tiffany chairs bagay na bagay sa motif ko

Purpledish booked!  I now believe all those who said they forfeited their reservation fees with other caterers upon having attending Purpledish's FT.  Ganun kasarap food nila.

Had FT with KbyC, and hindi namin masyado nagustuhan food, weird nga eh, kasi based sa reviews super sarap and all pero kami talaga parang.. hmmm... not sure, baka yung menu lang nila that day yung hindi naayon sa taste namin.

We went to CVJ's FT yesterday. We didn't like the food. Yung better theme set ups pa may additional 20k per 100 guests. WTH. Di maganda yung standard set ups nila or ang panget lang ng photos. Ni hindi man lang hi-res photos yung nasa set up book nila..

Next week Hizon's FT naman.

Had FT with KbyC, and hindi namin masyado nagustuhan food, weird nga eh, kasi based sa reviews super sarap and all pero kami talaga parang.. hmmm... not sure, baka yung menu lang nila that day yung hindi naayon sa taste namin.

So now I'm going to email all AE's we've dealt with from the other caterers to send our regrets that we have already chosen someone else.

Prior to Purpledish, we've been to Julio's and the Royal Catering earlier that same day.  So disadvantage na sila kasiu busog na busog na kami.  Pero nung dumating na yung food ng Purpledish, ang sarap talaga.  We could not find anything negative about the food, the service, the package, etc.

nag-attend parents ko ng FT ng Josiah's sa Fernbrook nung Saturday and nagustuhan nila. mag-uupgrade kami ng ibang dish dahil gustong gusto nila pero hindi included sa package namin with Oasis.

finally nakapili na kami ng caterer.

nag-attend kami ng bridal fair, may special  package ang Josiah's na 165k all in for 150 pax.

^thanks sis hindi ko alam nag ft pala sila sa fernbrook. Kung alam ko lang hinintay ko muna sila bago ako nagbook ng iba hehe

hi mga sis!  ako naman nakapili na ng caterer and nakapag downpayment na din around 2 months ago yata  overseas bride ako pero si H2B ang pinag ft ko sa mga caterers sa pinas.. di ko na lang banggitin yung lahat kasi hahaba hehe we have chosen BISTRO 109 Catering for our 12-13-14 wedding 

lahat ng sinerve sa kanya nagustuhan nya.. may kasama din siya na nag FT and lahat sila nagustuhan nila and possibly ibook din nila for their future events..

wala kaming AE or any mediator on our transactions with Bistro 109, ang pinaka nagustuhan ni H2B eh yung chef sila mismo din owner so very hands on sila.. if i remember it correctly yung wife ang nag aanswer ng emails and naghahandle ng sales & marketing.. ineexplain nya per dish and since familiar din si H2B sa food industry, nasagot and clearly explained naman ni chef yung per dish na sineserve and why ayun ang menu, balanced lahat..

sobrang sulit na for a wedding package.. ours is P550 per head + 10% service fee pero bongga na ang menu
