Overrated yung waffles and pancakes. Sakto lang.

Infairness, I commend their service. One time we ate there, they gave us strips of bacon na literal 95% fat. Took a photo then posted it on my Twitter. Someone from Ihop PH probably saw it, kasi they messaged me na gusto daw nila akong makausap.

They asked what branch, etc etc. Then the manager (ata??) invited us back. We had dinner tapos when we asked for the bill, we were told our dinner was free.

i wish magka-dennys din here, mas bet ko denny's over ihop. masarap naman ihop, pero not to the extent na sasadyain and pipilahan

Same here, I loooove Denny's. I just fear that the quality would detriorate should they choose to open a branch here.

May IHOP na pala sa Cubao, katabi ng SB Araneta. Nung nakita namin parang nilalangaw yung place: walang tao. I find them overpriced at so-so lang yung food

Natry ko na siya, and while the food is decent naman, I find nothing special about it.  It's not something na hahanap-hanapin ko or pipilahan talaga.  Hindi siya worth it sa price, mas nagustuhan ko pa yung experience ko eating at Heaven & Eggs a few years ago.

Because i prefer Denny's over Ihop pag nasa US, hindi ako nakipila nung newly-opened pero
dahil nag open nasa sila sa may Gateway at di madami ang tao, natry din namin for the first time
ang Ihop Philippines.

Sadly, hindi masarap ang food at mahal pa. Yung steak, may after taste. Even the pancake, ang
panget ng quality. mas gusto ko pa ang sa mcdo,  maple at pancake house. Even the coffee, napaka-lamya ng taste.  kalungkot ang quality.

Walang outstanding. Wala akong babalikan.  hay sana, Denny's na lang.

^hay,agree sis! sana man lang kahit yung pancake, outstanding. eh sobrang thick sya na crumbly pa. We feel na sayang yung ginastos namin dito. Yung fries lang ang ok.

Not a fan of IHOP talaga. We just ate here twice, first kasi we're curious about this place, 2nd wala na makainan na open. Pancake house is way better and undeniably cheaper.

iba iba tayo ng panglasa, kami kasi okay samin ihop compared to pancake house. my daughter lalo, lagi nyang request ihop. yung son ko naman favorite nya yung burger steak. juicy siya and masarap. fried chicken nila okay din. so far wala pa kaming na oorder na hindi masarap. tsaka ang gusto din namin dito is yung unlimited drink. splashberry.

How's their chicken and waffle? I remember getting disappointed when I first ate there. Exag kasi yung hype.lol Kinda disappointed with their hashbrown ( super oily ). Try nalang namin uli to see if okay na hehe

IDK why there is a comparison with Denny's? Kasi unang una, di sila magka level. lol. IHOP is a bit above Denny's naman. In fact, sa US, my white friend would always say, eww, Denny's gave me dhiarrhea. And he wouldn't want to be caught dead being seen in Denny's lol. While, one time nag IHOP ako mag isa, nung bayaran na, naiwanan ko pala ang wallet ko!!!my friend came to the rescue and didn't mind being in IHOP, umorder pa sya uli.

^um. Cause maybe... Just maybe, they both serve breakfast items. Well since I'm not the pa-sosyal type kaya I don't mind being seen in Denny's. But i do agree that IHOP's bibingka is way above it's competitors. Ay pancake pala yun.

^I don't think "he" is pasosyal. If ever, he is really sosyal being a 50-year-old white American accountant and lawyer. Still, if we go by your reasoning, di lahat dapat ng may breakfast item i-compare din. Anyway, I was merely sharing an anecdote that IHOP in the US is definitely not in the same league as Denny's. It's not even me. Personally, mas bet ko ang Bob Evans for breakfast.

^Hahaha I know some people in the US who say the same about IHOP. Kaya I couldn't get why people would line up for hours to try it. That's just me though. Only tried it once and never went back.

Kawawa yung IHOP Fairview Terraces, wala pang 1 year ata nagsara na. Nilangaw talaga sila dun.

We frequent IHOP BGC because my kids love it there.  For me the food ok lang, pero I commend their service especially sa kids. 

I just love how their faces light up whenever we enter the doors of IHOP BGC.
