Hi ladies... nakaschedule na ang baptism ni baby namin on Feb paguwi sa Pinas... 60-70 guests lang naman aim namin

so far, nabook ko na
Veejay Floresca - baptismal gown designer... gusto ko pina fabric para hindi typical white baptismal gown... tapos gusto ko rin sya gawing heirloom so ipapamana ko sa daughter ko para pasuot nya sa future apo ko
Pink and Peach - event styling... request ko swags, balloons and lanterns lang... kasi binyag lang naman. Gusto ko lang may arte yun place
Metromix - lighting and sounds... the baptism kasi is 3:45pm so malamang dinner na after... ayoko naman na fluorescent lang yun ilaw ng place so kumuha na ako nito para may konting mood lighting saka may background music na rin
Joy San Gabriel - cakes... we ordered 4, 8 inch cakes tapos gagawin syang tower... 1 tower will be 2 cakes... flavours na pinili ko are oreo and kilauea...

di ko pa nabook are the following
Verleo Catering... nadiscuss na namin ni Ckryz (AE) yun type ng centrepiece ang gusto ko pati menu... pero saka na kami magbayad ng DP since hindi naman sila nabook out on a specific day
The Residences at Greenbelt... eto rin nakausap na namin yun admin and sabi nakareserve na kami but they don't naman require a DP until 3 months before the event... so ok lang
Santuario de San Antonio... can't book yet kasi kelangan ng birth certificate ni baby...

^yes kelangan ng sponsorship sa TRAG... I think yun gusto namin na function room is 10k? Basta sakto lang sa dami ng guests namin

hindi kami kukuha ng host kasi puro adults invited namin and wala kaming program. Wala rin naman akong maisip na program na babagay sa binyag?

Planning to have our little Sandro's baptismal on October but nag-start na kaming mag-prepare. So far, ang meron pa lang kami yung church, San Agustin Church sa Intramuros. Our theme will be nautical so the reception will be in Realship function room at CCP Bay Complex and we rented a yacht as well.

The invitation and tarp layouts are still being finalized, tapos yung dessert bar, yung SIL ko bahala dun. Sa table centerpieces, yung daughter ko naman. It's just a paper fan with Sandro's baby facts. We will include in "Sandro's hall of firsts" yung mga first and favorite things ni Sandro, I will be in charge of it. We're still looking for the best supplier for the cake and cupcakes (token for godparents). Still in search for the best photographer too, but we're eyeing on Bobby delos Santos, Lito Sy or Nice Print. And wala pa kaming caterer. We need to finalize everything by September. Happy preps mommies!

done with our baby girl's baptism yesterday..it was an intimate event attended by immediate family and close friends only..initially, we wanted to have a joint celeb on october, sabay sa 3rd birthday ng panganay, but the inlaws did not approve of the idea, they wanted the baptism asap..mabilisan lang so we just reserved a function room in a chinese resto, got their package (we spent around 29k+ for 36 persons)..we also ordered a 2-tiered cake, cupcakes as giveaway for the guests and 6 minicakes with the letters of my baby's name on top, the minicakes served as giveaway for the godparents (spent 10,900 for these)..as usual, super happy ako sa cake from my suking supplier, daming nagandahan and taste-wise, panalo :)sa baptismal dress ako nahirapan, since baby is just a month old, anlalaki ng mga gowns na nakita ko, mostly 6-12 months na ang size, so we just bought a very simple off-white dress then ordered hair trinkets from dainty ashley..btw, share ko lang pics ng cake, cupcakes and minicakes

Re: queensland, yup, kasama chairs, tables and centerpiece.  But they also charge transpo/delivery depending on the area.  I had an event last july at marikina and they charged 3k for the delivery.  Clarify this with them.  They're from las pinas so baka kung south ka, baka free na.

^SIs sa Avida Settings sa Cavite. Ang mahal naman ng delivery charge, nakalagay sa inquiry form is 250p lang, laki ng difference sa 3K maraming package na ang pwede ma-add sa 3K..

Baka kasi malayo marikina sa las pinas kaya 3k.  Ask them lang, sis para sure . Kaso kasi, even with the delivery charge, mas mura pa rin sila lalabas than the others kaya ok lang din.

30 pax sa Max's na reception and 1500 donation sa EDSA Shrine. Onti lang invited. Buti na lang wala akong kapatid kaya onti lang bisita. Ayoko na mag invite ng barkada--di ko nafeel ang presence nila sa life ng panganay ko as sponsors so I don't think kelangan ulit kumuha sa mga so-called friends ko.

Ang tedious magpabinyag sa EDSA Shrine, daming rules to follow and may seminar pa na 4 hours kaming inattendan. Pero dahil limited ako sa venue for reception and proximity sa house dun ang ending namin.

Next month na binyag ng baby girl namin hindi pa din tapos sa preparation. Hirap kasi kapag nasa labas so ako naghahanap ng mga suppliers then sis ko sa pinas ang meet ups.
