^^natawa naman ako sa "real" orthodontist... marami ba na fake ortho sa Pinas?

anyway, since my dream is the perfect teeth as in mala artista sa straight at puti (basta perfect teeth), magpapa invisalign na ako. Ayoko at ifrst kasi takot sa way they take teeth impressions (I have severe gagging reflex). Eh finally nandito na yung computerized way of taking impressions, so go na ako! And the clinic offers free teeth whitening after ng ortho treatment so finally makakamit ko na rin ang dream ko of artista teeth

Nagpa consult ako sa clinica dentista , damon brace nila nasa 100K  . mahal sis ang 100K tapos regular brace lang.

meron ba kayong ma rerecommend na dentist na magaling naman na hindi masyado mahal??? preferably nag take up talaga ng full course ng ortho.

max of 70k would be okay. not more than 25k downpayment and not more than 1500 monthly.

Planning to change my Ortho na, hindi ko din kasi gusto na nag hihintay ako sa dentist ko kahit na naka appointment.
ang tagal din umurong ng teeth ko and hindi ineexplain ang procedure not unless itanong.

San po ba location mo sis? Yung ortho ko from qc along commonwealth ave lang kaya accessible clinic niya. 50k yung package niya sa akin 8k dp then yung balance 1500 monthly na, pero every 2weeks niya ako pinababalik lagi s clinic kaya 750 every visit ko sa kanya. Dra. Anna Montilla-Quisumbing ang ortho ko.

@akosibilunggay - im located sa cubao po. parang masyadong malayo na yung commonwealth sa akin. pero okay na ba ngipin mo now? gaano katagal ka na nag bbraces?

^ sis 1 year 7 mos nako, sabi ni doc medyo matagal patong sa akin, feeling ko kase pinaka worst na ang case ng teeth ko kaya di ako naiinip na matatagalan  pero sobrang satisfied ako sa galaw at ayos ng teeth ko ngayon..

ilang taon ka na po? binunutan ka ba? medyo takot din kasi ako mag pa bunot dahil sa side effects.
tsaka may nabasa ako nakakatanda daw itsura pag binunutan.

pwede ka ba mag post ng before and after pics mo? kahit yung sa ngipin na part lang.

I was pregnant when i had my braces.Nagpacleaning ako on 2nd trimester and after a month nung nag-give  birth ako. Pag-specialist (orthondontist) ang gumawa ng braces 100k talaga ang starting price for a regular metal braces. Ang focus lang nila ay gumawa ng impression, mag photograph, magxray at magrecommned if need mo extract ng teeth or not, may iba pa nga na ortho nag recommend maglagay ng dental screw if needed ( pero ibang specialist gagawa nun. teeth surgeon yata)  , at siempre maglagay ng braces, adjustments and retainers. Additional study talaga un pagiging orthodontist kaya mas expensive. Sa pag-extract ng teeth, depende kase yan sa analysis ng doctor mo based sa xray. Sa xray nakikita if may impacted tooth ka or un wisdom tooth lalabas or what. Usually nagba-braces dahil crowded ang teeth at due to hygiene dahil sa sobrang dikit-dikit ng teeth may tendency na mabulok kahit pa nagbasic cleaning.Kaya importante na makahanap ng doctor na you can trust at dependable at willing sumagot sa mga questions mo.
Mayroon kase mga ortho-denstist na tinatawag sila rin iyon nagbubunot ng ipin at naglalagay ng braces, nag teeth cleaning etc at seminars lang yata iyon mga ina-attend nila. Hanap lang talaga ng mahusay na ortho-dentist if mas gusto ng lower price range.

Korek sis gerlie, ganyan din sabi ng ortho ko. Yung friend ko kase nagtransfer din sa ortho ko, inalis yung braces niya then kinabitan ng bago, back to zero talaga. Pero di na siya hinanapan ng clearance form previous ortho nya.

Hi mga sis.. may marecommend ba kayo na tumatanggap ng transferee? Nadedepress na kasi ako sa dentist ko.. parang bara bara lang ang pag aadjust. This is my second time na mag braces pero imbes na maging ok ang ngipin ko lalo pa pumapanget. I asked other dentist sabi niya back to zero ang treatment so mababalewala ang downpayment ko and almost 2 years ko na bayad monthly. Nkakaiyak.. help naman please.

Sis saan banda dentist mo? Naghahanap din kasi ako ng dentist na tatanggap sa akin kahit walang certificate, hindi na ata interesado sa akin [textspeak!] dating dentist ko. Dedma siya sa mga emails ko sa kanya hahaha, matagal na kasi akong hindi nakapunta sa kanya. How much pala ang DP sa ortho mo?
