oo nga sis.. kasi naman parang kabadtrip kaya may middleman kaya nga parang tinamad din ako e although paid test sya kaso naman! ewan ko ba..

"Payroll" pa rin ba ang tagging nila? kasi kung ganun ibalik ko sa BPI.

^ nagwork kasi ako sa mga projects na may middleman. example ko itong isa kano na client ko. mahirap sa kanila, kasi mas maaga ang deadline tapos mas mataas ang standards. tapos dahil sa middleman sila, sanay sila makipagnegotiate kaya mas favorable ang lower rate sa kanila - syempre para mas malaki ang magiging cut nila.

ok naman paying hourly itong si kano. pero yun lang ang hirap mag-estimate kung minsan, lalo na kung troubleshooting/repair jobs na di naman talaga pwedeng bigyan ng estimate.

Not sure though. Mahirap lang pag binusisi ng BIR yung bank statements tapos "payroll" ang nakalagay.

^same here. masyado naman sila nagtitipid. ang laki laki ng kaltok nila e. tapos may kaltok pa sila sa withdrawal. ano pa ang ginagastusan nila maliban sa website at marketing? oh well....

share lang ng rant ko...

nagkaron ako ng fixed projects na turn around time is 24hour..adding products in Magento site..okay naman ang starts then nagkaproblem sa resolution ng pics so he requested to do something para mas malinaw at maging high resolution yun pics so end up being me wanting to give extra service I researched all pics of those products then yun usapan na number of products end up mas marami pero dahil nag start na ako sige okay na what is additonal 10 products sa projects basta matapos na lang kasi hindi ko na macontact si client dahil sa time difference so ayun last part ng project naku po nagkaproblem yun setting ng site nya at magento so hindi nagappear ang mga products in a way na gusto nya at he's asking me why..me mga tabs sya na hinahanap sa site na dapat daw mag appear when projects add. andun lahat ng products pero not by categories at wala yun tab for categories. aba malay ko eh adding products lang alam ko since I'm not admin naman noh...natapos ko yun projects in agreed time pero not good end of projects and client still not ending the project and not paying like we agreed. it's so frustrating.

minsan talaga katamad na maghanap ng extra work..mabuti pa na dun naman sa regular clients atleast walang surprises and stress!!

^sis, client is not paying and ending the project coz di mo macontact? I hope he will pa na on the agreed amount considering you gave extra effort pa.

sis nagkausap na kami last night and he told me na he'll send payment na agad and we wrap up the project na since okay na naman yun lahat na iniadd na products. im not sure why hindi pa nya iniend yun contract and send payment. kainis!!!

sana talaga magbayad sya kasi pinaghirapan ko sobra yun project from getting all high res photos to adding more products para lang hanging yun project...hay..stressful talaga.

^kainis talaga ibang clients sis. Just follow up with him next week if wala parin bayad. Let's hope busy lang talaga cya, causing the delay.

^yes sis, but you have to post relevant answers to the questions para di ma mark na spam/reported ang post mo, it's tricky coz others can tell talaga na you're simply advertising.
