question lang po, is nbi clearance really needed for tourist visa application?
kapag naglodge ka na ng documents mo dapat kasama si nbi clearance? or it's not really needed?

@psyche18R -- sis pwede kaya itanong dito mga kano prepare ko to get the 457 visa same with my hubby.
pwede naman na kami nalang mgayos di ba? ayoko sana kumuha ng migration agent, asar iyong agent employer nila eh palibahasa we're new at biglaan iyong job offer nila hindi nila sinabi pwede na isabay ang dependent for same visa para 1 fee lang... para dna ko magulat pag nakakuha na siya COE.

yes, pwedeng kayo na lang mag-ayos. just follow the instructions and all documents listed sa website, same thing as the list I gave you. Yun lang yun and then just wait for it to be approved.

hi, nakapglodge na ko ng tourist visa yesterday.. ask ko lang magttext ba embassy na nareceive na nila? or mageemail ba sila? gano katagal bago maapprove? thanks!

^ they will message you that they have documents. sometimes, hindi. ako i never got a text from them so i called them up.
norma processing is one month.

the case officer called me last monday saying that she can only consider my application for a 3 month stay instead of 12 month visitor visa.
then she said she will make a decision that day and the courier will deliver it the following day. it's now wednesday and wala pa rin.
i called the embassy and nasa kanila pa raw. i'm so nervous na tuloy.

^1 month sis, bakit ang tagal? usually 10 days to 2 weeks lang nababasa ko. so kung october pala plan ko, by august dapat makapag-lodge na ako. goodluck sa visa mo sis, think positive approve yan

Sis nagbago na Ang visa processing times Nung march. Young tourist visa, visitor visa na Ang Tawag
And 1 month na Ang processing neto. Young fiancé visa before Ma 2 months Lang, ngayon 6 months na.

^yong friend ko kasi kapupunta lang ng kapatid nya last week kaya sa kanya ako nagtanong ng ibang details. 10 days lang daw processing nong sa sister nya. baka nga before march yon nag-lodge

^ yup. During my first application, 4 days Lang nakuha Ko na visa ko.

^sis dumating na visa mo? nagtext naman sila sakin na nareceive nila the following day maglodge ako, pero ayun di pa ako tinatawagan pa ng case officer.. anyway 1 week pa lang naman, excited lang ako haha

^ i'm here na in sydney sis.when the case officer called me, that same day she made a decision na. approved na ako. but ang hindi ko lang alam is bakit d kaagad pinadala ang visa
grant ko. so i emailed the embassy and ayun, same day, they replied to my email attached my visa grant notice.
the following day, i booked my flight and kahapon lang ako dumating ng sydney. super lamig ang sarap!

@freeswan -  wow congrats! ako din naapprove na visa ko nalodge ko ng may 28, nakuha ng embassy ng may 29, june 5 approved na nila dumating june 7 hehe

mga sis, ano2x ang mga ok na pasyalan sa canberra? don kasi nakatira si fiance. usually kasi sydney, victoria & queensland yong mga na-backread ko. TIA
