Finally, i had my first session of Brazilian laser.  I chose Skin House kasi they use Soprano XL machine, so painless.  They have a promo now, 13,500 for 6 sessions.

Still thinking about this din. I still need some enlightenment din. Kasi nabaso ko dati na may purpose din naman talaga yung hair down there. Especially during sex kasi to avoid too much friction.

Concern ko ngayon is paano kapag hairless na tapos gusto ko na ulit may hair. Saka di ba iba iba preference ng guys? My current bf ok lang sa kanya kahit ano kaya lang ako mismo I can't decide. Haha. I have 1 Year Unlimited laser hair removal sa Skin Central and kapag hindi ko magamit, benta ko na lang senyo. I have until February to think about it. Pati for a start, should I go for bikini LHR na lang? Hehe. Pero parang sayang at dapat sulitin na. :( What to do?

How many sessions have you undergone? Suggestion ko, if kaya mo yung parang per shot na style, go for that, just apply anesthesia siguro if manipis na hair mo.  I can't seem to find the time to schedule for my Brazilian again. I go to skin house din by the way.

More than 8 sessions in my case. The pubic area doesn't have hair anymore, just the one close to the bikini. It's a good investment I think, compared to Brazilian wax, dapat Lang consistent.

Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into. There's no scarcity of opportunity to make a living at what you love. There is only a scarcity of resolve to make it happen.

Ask ko lang mga sis i had my first brazilian session and ang kati sobra kasi nishave sya. Takot naman ako iscratch baka magsugat or something. Eventually ba pag matagal na ako naglalaser di na sya kakati since less hair naman na? Or after every session same kati?

Is it safe to put clindamycin solution to the part na nilaser? Kasi parang nagkaron ako ng pimple na may pus dun sa inner thigh ko and ang sakit. Tempted to put clinda solution para magdry.

Is there some kind of preparation, like shaving before going there?  Is it true that there is no more need to apply emla or anything to numb the pain?

@justperfect you may have some kind of pimple or folliculitis.  My derma suggests to avoid reusing shavers to avoid this.  Usually nakakahawa yan.  Clindamycin might not be advisable since you are having brazilian LHR.

Ako rin sis. I availed of the 50% promo. Ok naman 1st session ko. Saka mabagal na sya tumubo which is good. May konting discomfort parang rubber snap pero di masakit. Ang intervals ko every 6wks for the 1st 3 sessions then 8 wks hanggang 8 sessions. Tapos as in hair free na talaga parang baby haha.. Napagod na rin ako magpuntang The Strip every month. Good investment sya for me.

^^ I go to Skinhouse na naka shave na.  No more emla.  But they still put the cold gel.  Wala talagang pain.

^@catwoman, magkano sa FCC yung nakuha mo na package?

IPL ang nakalagay sa site ng Clarence. It's different from LHR.

Meron promo sa SkinStation, 9k unlimited 1 year, they use Diode.

I'm not sure if on-going pa ang promo sa Wink, 1,500 for first timers. Okay naman, mainit lang. ;D

^IPL machines are not lasers. :)

ito sis taken from a site:
If IPLs work by photothermolysis, laser hair removal works by selective photothermolysis … and that single word makes a world of difference! You don’t want to cause ‘light heat breakdown’ in the cells of your skin, you want to selectively target the hair cells and follicles. The use of a particular wavelength of light in laser hair removal is what allows that selectivity, creating a heat injury to the hair, but not the surrounding skin.

meron din thread here about LHR that further explains the difference between IPL and LHR:

Any clinic that uses yag? I had my very first laser here and ginamit sa akin is yag because of my skin color.
Pag yag daw kasi bloodstream ang target. I noticed when I had my laser, my private area has the same
Color sa rest ng katawan ko. D na may tendency na darker siya cos of the hair na natitira sa roots mismo.
I am happy. I am blessed. I feel loved. I am in love.
