^ sis, check their websites, meron naman rates/packages dun. Pwede ka din mag-check actual rates for your preferred dates (mock online booking). Minsan kasi the rates will vary din depende sa date.

If i may suggest also another resort in Mactan - Abaca Boutique Resort. Really nice. Kakagaling ko dun last weekend. If you want a quiet, relaxing stay with more privacy, try Abaca. Sa rooms, hamak na mas maganda and mas malaki rooms nila kesa sa Shangri-la. Service is really good din, asikaso ka talaga.

^I was also looking for an alternative to Shangri-La and saw Abaca. Meron ba silang beach? The pictures I saw kasi did not show one.

ganda pala ng abaca! kaso ang mahal. hahaha. twice ng rates ng crimson. inaantay ko reply sakin ng shang. ang tagal

Sis, meron syang beachfront, though di ko na-try magswim. Madalas kasi low tide nung andun kami. Kami, sa infinity pool lang nagswim, tapos relax-relax sa poolside cabana, sa room, etc.. Me mga kayaks din sila na pwede gamitin.

^ usually me packages ang Shang for 3nights stay, etc... Before, nakapag-book kami ng 3N package na around php60k yata. For two pax. With buffet breakfasts and dinners + 30mins spa treatment for two pax. Pero medyo matagal na yun, hehe.. Lately kasi usually overnight lang kami sa Mactan then lumilipat kami sa hotel sa city.

^^sis, nagkaroon ng pre-holiday sale last Nov2012 ang Shangri-La (Mactan and Bora). Malaki din yung discounts sa rooms, 3-4K less. Meron buy 1 take 1 sa lunch and dinner buffets. Big savings for me since dun kami mag family reunion in August.

^no sis. They announced it thru their FB page tapos I went to GB5 kung saan sila nagbenta ng vouchers. What you can do is email them and ask if they have any promos kung wala ask for their local residents rate. Mataas masyado yung sa website nila, pang walk-in usually yung mga rates dun.

san kaya kami ok magstay? gusto ko sana near ayala mall kaso wala atang mura don. as in yung walking distance lang or yung pwede kaming lumabas sa gabi para makapag lakad lakad o foodtrip

^ sis, check out Quest Hotel, nasa 3500 ang rate with bfast for two. Maganda kasi bago pa ang hotel. Tawid ka lang pa-Ayala Mall. We stayed there last weekend.

Napansin ko din me Tunes Hotel sa malapit lang din, walking distance - ok din yata ang rates dun tho di ko pa na-try.

yes sis, pero di ganon karami yong choices. maganda yong rooms nila & mababait yong staff. maganda location tawid ka lang ayala mall na, daming kainan na mura don kaya sarap mag-foodtrip.

^sis my Hotel Elizabeth din which is near in Ayala Mall. I dunno the rates plus inclusions.  The hotel is
new rin maganda interiors and ambiance.

^ sis, di ko na-try ang Tune/Tunes.. nakita ko lang yung building pag nakadungaw sa bintana ng room namin sa Quest. check t.advisor for the reviews na lang... hehe..
