Hello po... We'll be in malaysia on nov 15-17, 2013. Medyo marami din po ako gusto itanong first time po namin in malaysia... 

 Hotel: 2 na po yung pinagpipilian namin Skyhotel or rainforestbnb... Big group po kami 8 adults and 2 kids.. ano po ba ang mas ok sa amin? 

Eto po sana ang plan namin:

Day 1» Uunahin namin ang HK land/legoland (malamang hati ang grupo namin dito). 12:30am ng friday dating namin sa LCCT, tapos nakakuha kami ng flight via airasia to johor ng 7:45am. Ano po ang pwede namin gawin sa LCCT for 7 hours? Parang gusto kasi ng sister ko mag-hotel (3star) pa yung malapit lang sa lcct dahil galing pa sila ng work ng thursday night.. ayaw naman kasi nila mag-bus papunta johor.. mag-stay kami ng overnight sa johor.. saturday morning mag-bus  na kami papunta na ng KL dahil nakapag-rest naman daw khit paano nung gabi.. 

Day 2»  Genting Highlands sana tapos yung lunch buffet @ coffee terrace ang pipiliin.. masarap ba food dun? Sulit po ba? Pero nagdadalawang isip na kmi mag genting dahil sabi nga ng iba hindi na ganun kaganda.. so isa pang option yung sunway lagoon.. malapit lang po ba ito sa kl sentral? Tapos sa hapon/gabi sa petronas po sana.. may mga malapit naman po na pwede pasyalan sa petronas?

Day 3» Suyurinang malls para sa pasalubong at shopping na rin dahil year end sale yata ng nov.

^ sis, regarding Hotel, since big group kayo, I would suggest Sky Hotel.  More on BB type kasi ang rainforest.

For your other questions:

Day 1» If 745 am ang alis niyo, then mga 6 am or before 6 nasa LCCT na kayo to check in.  There is a Tune Hotel which is a walking distance from LCCT so pwedeng don kayo magpahinga.  The time na dumating kayo sis, wala rin kayong mapupuntahan, considering LCCT is 1-1.5 hrs away from the city.  Then that time pa from 12am to 6am, there is an additional 50% surcharge pa sa taxi.  I suggest, rest na lang kayo sa hotel.

Day 2» sabi nila masarap ang food sa buffet and sulit naman.  mageenjoy lang kasi talaga sa Sunway yong mga mahilig sa rides, e considering na medyo Monsoon pa kayo andito, baka me mga closed na rides sa Outdoor Theme Park.  Ok na ang Sunway Lagoon, its not near KL sentral. It's about 20 mins. taxi ride siguro from KL sentral.  matagal kasi yong mga feeder bus going there so i suggest you go by Cab.  Sunway lagoon is besides Sunway Pyramid Mall.  So pwedeng 1 day na kayo sa Sunway lang.  pwede naman kayo dumaan na ng Petronas at night after you came from Sunway.  from petronas pwede niyo na nga lakarin via walkway to Bukit Bintang hanggang sa Sky Hotel.  Aircon naman ang walkway and mas ok since madami kayo madadaanan and karamihan mall pa like Pavilion, Sephora, Lot 10, H&M, etc.



Day 3» Maraming malls around Bukit Bintang so ok ang shopping spree mo na balak

Walking distance lang pla tune hotel sa lcct.. baka nga mag-check in na lang kami.. sa johor baka sa tune hotel din kami mag-check in.  sis, totoo po ba yung balita na baka by june ilipat sa KLIA yung mga flight sa LCCT?

Sis, san ba mura mamili ng damit, shoes and toys for toddler? Yun kasi ang plano ko bilhin para baby ko at pangregalo for xmas na din..

^ nope.  ang sinasabi nila is they might be opening a new KLIA 2 terminal (in between LCCT and KLIA) and it's purely for Air Asia flights daw.  wala pa naman news, dati nga sabi by April or May.  Will let you know if tuloy na yon.

toddlers, depende sis, madaming mga shops for kids naman around, lalo na pag sale, sale naman kasi talaga.

anong murang bilhin sa malaysia? like clothes ba mas mura, cosmetics or food? and anong masarap na food to bring home as pasalubong sana yung nakikita sa grocery. thanks!

I don't recommend going to Sunway Lagoon, spend your time in Genting or KLCC instead. Sunway Lagoon is so run down, the rides aren't nice at all. The water park looks nice BUTT I dunno, when I saw the people swimming, I didn't want to swim na.

As for the mall - parang tiangge kind of mall, not really worth looking at. I'd rather shop at the dept stores.

^^ coffee sis, like Old TOwn, cookies like Famous Amos, then mga chocolates din na local, meron sa grocery.

^ Have you tried their 5d ride? Maganda daw.  I'm not into amusement parks kasi kaya lagi lang kami sa Sunway ni hubby pero sa Sunway Pyramid pag manonood ng IMAX.  Malaki ang Sunway Pyramid mall sis, ang tyangge don sa Asian Avenue sa may 4th flr at the Ice Rink side then lahat na puro shops na makikita sa mall (Vincci, Nike, etc.)

We went to Genting 2 weeks ago para ipasyal in laws ko pero la na rin kasi masyado e lalo na sa indoor theme park.  Masarap lang kasi malamig.  Or of talagang rides ang habol, ok din sa Genting.

hello up ko lang po uli:

what's the safest taxi to ride in malaysia, yung friend ko kasi mag taxi na lang going to lcct airport, sabi ko magbus na lang from kl sentral via sky bus or aero bus, sabi ko costly pag taxi. she'll ride taxi going to lcct airport mga 10pm.

and by the way how to go to KWC mall from IMBI station? anong train station po malapit dito? manonood kasi kami concert ni lee min ho sa malaysia...hehe!

saka po, from KL sentral san dun bilihan ng ticket papunta sa Genting Highlands, not the Go Genting ha, yung ang baba po eh sa may first world hotel, not the lower station, kasi po balak ko pumunta ng chinswee, nung nagpunta ako dati Genting Highlands galing po ako SG eh, this time galing na ako ng KL, eh nung time na yung from skyway via cable car, pabalik sana sa taas super sa dami ng tao, kaya hindi na kami natuloy sa Chinswee temple ng diretos na kami Batu Caves nun papaunta KL Sentral sakay ng Bus.

^^ bak kwa (beef jerky) if you like coffee, old town white coffee is a popular pasalubong... (Though personally di ko nagutuhan coz kulang sa tapang yung coffee for me )

sis mozilla, regarding taxi to lcct, me mga taxi lines na pwedeng maghatid.  you can have your friend book over 'myteksi', which is more sa KL city center area ang location nila.  she can book online (http://myteksi.com/#/)

going to KWC mall from Imbi station, pwedeng from Imbi, baba ng next station via Monorail (Hang Tua) then lakarin na lang.  malapit lang ang Imbi station and Hang Tua station so pwede din lakarin na rin.

^ di po, hehe....me stand ng famous amos sa mga malls and they do sometimes sell local chocolates there, minsan me beryls din.
