^ 2 decisions to make first -- if you're going via the nami shuttle bus (convenient), or if you are going by subway/taxi by yourself. We took the shuttle as it's most convenient. We paid for the fare 2 days before our travel date to secure our seats. Unfortunately, there were no available seats in Insadong on our travel date, so we had to take the bus from Jamsil (far  ), but it was still worth it. I read somewhere that you don't need to visit their office to reserve seats, you can just call instead. That should be more convenient.

- If via Nami Shuttle Bus, proceed to their Insa-dong office, by walking or subway (or Taxi), from Myeongdong. We just walked there from Myeongdong coz the weather was really nice that day. Insa-dong: Jonggak Station, Subway Line 1, Exit 3, Next to Tapgol Park

We somehow had a hard time finding their Insadong office. I dunno if it's just ka-engotan hehe.. It was on the 3rd floor of a small shop building, in the area where small shops are (I think mostly selling souvenirs?). It's almost across starbucks but the entrance is on the side. Once inside, you'll see a signage that has an arrow pointing up/outside (that's how it looked to me, at least hehe). On the left of the signage is an elevator, so just take the elevator to the 3rd floor and you'll see the office.

For me the best way to go to Nami Island is through tour package kasi kung magbus pagdating nyo don ang dami nang tao lalo na kung weekend. Hindi nyo na masyadong maenjoy ang view at kung magpicture taking man kayo ang dami ng tao sa background nyo. Nong nagpunta kami don weekend yon, 8am andon na kami sa Nami Island, nagsnow pa that day kaya tuwang tuwa kami ni hubby. Wala pa din masyadong tao kaya nagkaroon kami ng mahaba habang oras ikutin ang island.
After our Nami Island, diretso na rin kami sa Petite France, no hassle lang din ang byahe namin.

Hi! Me and my mom are planning to travel South Korea around 4 or 5 days. Prefer namin mga 4th or 5th week ng april. We're actually planning to apply for a visa mga 3rd week ng march. Mas gusto kasi namin sigurado. 18 years old pa lang po ako, still a student, and 'di pa nakaka-travel sa ibang country, pero yung mom ko is naka-travel na sya sa isang OECD country and other asian countries na rin. Possible kaya na ma-approve kahit di pa nakakatravel sa ibang bansa? Thank you

Additional question po: saan maganda mamili ng mga murang boots sa seoul? We plan to buy there na lang than here. Sana yung malapit lang sa Myeongdong. Thanks!

^nakabili ako ng boots don sa Hongdae nong nag ikot kami sa Hello Kitty Cafe and Trick Museum.

For the tour package kasama na dyan ang hotel pick up to Nami Island - Little Paris - Lunch then back to Hotel. Kami nagpadrop na lang sa Indayong kasi nagshopping pa kami.

sis travelling_daisy, sa namdaemun market marami. walking distance lang yan from myeongdong. yun nabili ko para sa nagpabili sa kin e 10,000 krw lang. so roughly 400 pesos. ugg-style. as in nag iisa na lang yun kay ahjuma na nagtitinda sa gitna ng daan.

meron din mga tig 30k krw and up. depende sa style at kapal ng fur.

mga sis, baka may maisuggest po kayong ibang guesthouse. fully booked na kasi yung namsan guesthouse. 9days kami magstay pero 7 days lang ang pang tour since alanganin ang oras ng departure at arrival namin.
tanong ko na din po, maisisingit ba ang jeju island sa 9days stay? worry ko lang kasi baka di namin kayanin kung may kasama kaming 1yr old.
1st time namin na hindi magavail ng package kaya nangangapa ako.

hi mga sis , i want to go to korea but im worried about the visa, im working at home lang (online job) so i dont have certificate of employment and itr . anyone here who can help me get those requirements? im willing to spend a little money to complete my documents. also im looking for a travel partner,, wala pa stamp passport ko so im planning to go to hk muna then apply for korean visa
