Mga sis, tinitignan ba nung mga consul yung ITR if net loss or net income? Nag net loss kasi yung latest ITR ng bestfriend ko. About sa Bank Certificate, pano naman kung the account was opened last 09-26-2012. Malabo bang bigyan ng visa kapag ganun? Matagal na talaga syang may account sa bank na yon, the problem in na-SNATCH yung friend ko kasama yung cheques nya na may pirma, kaya ginawa nya after that pinaclose yung dati nyang account and then nag-open ng panibago.

Hi mga sis..

Wondering lang if buildings are heated during the cold season (late autumn)? Parang lahat kasi nag aadvertise na may aircon yung guesthouses nila but nobody mentioned na they have heater, too. Or yung aircon ba nila is 2-way? Pwede ba mag choose yun if we want na hot air ang lalabas instead of cold? Just need to make sure na hinde kami naka jacket while sleeping..

^ airport, halos walang aircon akong nafeel.
doota mall, walang aircon at all.

sa mga hostel namin, may ibang temp controller, merong wala. pero super kapal naman ng comforter/blanket. achieve to make us warm. kakauwi ko lang from seoul last oct18.

Tanong nalang muna ako dun sa guesthouse if meron. 3 senior citizens (70s) kc kasama ko at end of November pa punta namin. Hinde mag sisilbi sa kanila na mainit ang katawan only when naka kumot sila hehe.. Maalala mo pa yun hostels na meron temp controller?

^sis lischan, kapag winter na, may mga heater sa mga store/malls/restos even sa mrt meron din. Sa mga guesthouse meron din, try mo sa Namsan Guesthouse, stayed there last Feb (this year).
Mukang makakasabay pa kita, kelan Korea mo?

^^ yung guesthouse namin, not sure if may heather coz summer kami andun. yung floor naman nila is the traditional "ondol"-- parang may heating system yung floor. They have rooms without beds, maglalatag kayo sa floor tapos ma-feel mo yung init nung floor. Yung room naman namin may bed pero heated din yung floor..

haaay gusto ko bumalik! di ko kasi naabutan yung P10 sale ng Cebu Pac abang abang na naman!

Anyone stayed in a traditional hanok house? Nag check ako online, mukhang mahal sila, meron kaya mura nun? Like guesthouse rate?

^ eo sis. Malapit lang sa myeongdong and dun sa papuntang namsan tower:) bait pa ng owner and hindi mahal pero maganda yung rooms.

sa April pa trip namin pero sobrang excited na ko bumalik. hehe. we're 7 in the group. whoah. at ako lead. gudlak sakin sa paghatak sa kanila sa paglalakad. )

anyway, target ko Ann's Guesthouse since 20000 KRW/bed lang yung dorm room nila na good for 8 pax. ang ganda ng facilities. parang mini-condo lang. may kitchen at sariling cr tas may living room pa. attached pa Hongik Uni na subway station.

excited na ko talaga! hehe.

My best friend i have just booked promo fares to incheon for april 28 to may 3, 2013. It's not that cheap pero puwede narin. Kakastress din kasi mag hintay ng super murang promo fares eh. Besides, ok yung sched na nakuha namin. Can't wait to go to seoul! Wish ko lang makakuha kami ng visa.

^ how much kuha mo? Nagbook din kami dun sa promo now na 1488. Okay na rin kasi mukhang malabo naman magka-10php sale ulit soon. Yung date din habol namin. 2nd time ko if ever...

May cherry blossoms ba ng May? Sana meron hehe need to backread, target ko puntahan yung mga di namin na-visit before. Sana ma-grant visa

^wala na yata sis. 2nd-3rd week of April lang daw ang cherry blossoms.

^8800php per head kami sis inclusive of 20 kgs baggage allowance papunta and 30kilos pauwi. Then with seat selector narin.  ok narin for us kasi kung piso fare man almost 6k din aabutin eh kasi expensive talaga fuel surcharge and taxes to incheon. I'm not sa cherry blossoms sis eh. Super excited kami kasi if ever we'll be given a visa, first time namin ng best friend ko dun. 
How's the weather in seoul on the last week of april. I hope it won't be that cold anymore. Carry na ba ng light jacket? Thanks

^ oh okay. Yah naisip nga rin namin almost 6k sa P10.. Kaya nagdecide kami to book na. i don't think it's that cold pa. My friend went there around that time this year, light jacket nalang sya e.

Praying na di magka-prob with visa, excited na ko bumalik! Haaay Lord, please naman makisama ang embassy. Haha!

^how much kuha niyo per head sa tickets sis? Oo nga sana mabigyan din kami ng visa. 2nd time niyo na pala sis so i think ok na yun. 

We're thinking of staying at ibis hotel myeongdong. Medyo mahal nga lang nasa 7k per night pero mukhang ok naman. Can anyone suggest a nice hotel in myeongdong area? 
6 days kami dun. Here are some places that we want to visit. :
Nami island
Lotte world
Everland theme park
Gyeongbokgun palace
N seoul tower observatory and teddy bear museum
Hello kitty cafe in hongdae
Of course, shopping!!! 
I have a computation of the entrances fees for all attractions. A total of 4200 pesos per pax. Including transpo i think 10k pesos is enough na. Am i right sisses?  Thanks!

^ yes myeongdong din. very accessible, about 3-5 mins. walk from the subway and shopping area. it was 70,000KRW ata per night. something like that
