mga sis baka may massuggest kayo na venues within manila or south area na accessible din via public transpo? poolside ceremony tapos indoor (para aircon, hehe) na reception. yun versailles kasi parang walang dumadaan na public transpo dun e.

^Sis, may mga mobile bar ka ba? kasi kung wala naman, I think the 150 is okay na. Oasis bride here too, and currently booked at Verandah. Though 150 guests lang din kami we opted to get Verandah kasi may mga additional kami like mobile bar, candy buffet and we have a band too.
May mga Oasis bride dito na Orchard din and 150 guests din naman and sakto lang naman daw.

Hi sis andee_gurl I gave up my mobile bar kasi hindi ko din sure kung saan ilalagay hehe. Sabi nga nila 150 pax is okay sa Orchard.  I am convincing myself that everything will be alright.  Nagmadali kasi ako magbook dati kasi december wedding kami. Sabi nila dapat agahan ko. Iniisip ko nalang  solemn yung aura kasi sakto lang space for 150. May string quartet ako. And kumuha ako ng events stylist kaso baka lalu sumikip. Madami ako actually iniisip or probably I'm overthinking lang.hehe kelan wedding mo sis?

^^January 16, 2014 ako sis. Hay naku speaking of pagmamdali, ganyan si h2b. haha. I was in the US for a vacation when he booked the venue. Kasi biglang nag open yung bookings ng SSJ so after he booked the church dumiretso na sya sa Oasis. Sabi ko nga sa kanya what if Orchard muna then upgrade nalang later on pag dumami ang guests. Ang reason naman nya e what if pagbook natin sa Orchard e may kumuha na ng Verandah..
So sabi ko sige Verandah na. haha. Orchard is a nice venue sis, siguro ask your caterer and stylist na gawan ng paraan para di masikip. Naisip ko rin kasi medyo smaller ang lobby ng Orchard, e kung dun ko lalagay yung photobooth baka medyo sumikip, kasi Flipbooks kinuha namin.
Sabi ni Jamie kasya nga daw 220, which I doubt. Don't worry too much sis, if wala ka naman add ons I think okay na yun

What I am more concerned of now is sana walang kumuha sa venue namin ng morning. kasi magkakaproblem ako nyan sa set up ng caterer pag nagkataon. AM reception kasi is 'til 2pm e our program will start around 5pm. Our caterer needs at least 5hours to set up so kelangan talaga walang magbook. haha. keeping our fingers crossed...

^sis, what i know is kapag AM event until 1:30pm lang sila allowed then they have to leave na to give way sa PM event to set-up and everything. almost same tayo ng prob sis ako naman is AM. hehe. so, i think ang hirap talagang umalis agad sa venue especially yung guests na maooverwhelm masyado. ako naman ang winiwish ko sana walang magbook ng PM which is i doubt in a way, hehe, but im still hoping since di naman ganon ka-hot yung date namin.

^O nga sis e. Oasis ka rin ba? When's your wedding? Kami weekday wedding pero mahirap umasa na walang interested sa date namin. haha

^no sis, sa Fernwood ako, pero it stated in our contract. so i think almost same lang since 2 events a day sila ng Oasis. hindi rin pwede magovertime since may kasunod. kaya ayun pagkakasyahin na lang namin yung 3 hours reception. pero ok lang din at least we can still go out somewhere parang after party na din. lets keep our hopes alive na lang! haha. ako naman saturday, holiday pa!

Try mo po. Cipriano's Graden, United Hill San Pedro Laguna. Dito ang venue ko last December Garden wedding, madami natuwa sa Venue.
Sobrang accessible siya by public transport. They have website para sa complete information. In house catering nila. malaki yung place. Pavillion is up and down pero hindi aircon pero presko naman. Tapos hindi sila nagsasabay ng ibang occassion so solo ang place. I can show you pictures if you want.

Sis andee_gurl thanks for the insight. Nagbasa nga din ako ng previous thread sa Oasis at tumawag pa ako kay Jaime and sabi naman niya okay daw yung 150 pax dun. Nanood din ako ng vimeo ng mga kasal sa Orchard haha. Kaloka! Andami kong validation. So far okay na ako haha. Wala kasi si h2b dito so I do the brainstorming lol.

By the way sabi ni Jaime, 2 events in a day lang so for sure my limit yung am event to give way for the pm event. Ako I moved my time to 6pm-10pm kasi yung mass ko 4pm naman. 2 churches nga nabook ko eh haha. Adik lang

Ako kasi 5pm yung start kasi 2pm yung mass. Parang super tagal na ng hintay nila if I start at 6pm, cocktails galore sila nun if ever..pero we'll see din if pwede ang 6pm

makikisali na din po ako, anyone here po na alam kung pano ma hire yung Lindenwoods Clubhouse near Susana Heights Muntinlupa? Need ba kaya ng endorsement from home owners? ang dami kasing nag re-reception dun from South kasi accessible pero i can't find any information about the reservation. Gusto sana namin dun mag reception. St. Peregrine Shrine kasi ang church namin.
