I'd go first with confrontation in a diplomatic way, they are not fortune-tellers, sometimes they really don't know what's on our mind. Sometimes they really don't know what the issue is so we can't expect them to do something about it.

If confrontation doesn't work anymore, he is already aware of what the problem is, then silent treatment would be okay and leave it up to him on how he'll deal with you.

It depends on the situation. If its better to use silent treatment or use confrontation. Sometimes we need to use this kind of treatments, pero IT DEPENDS pa rin. hee hee

When you're mad dapat di ka nagkoconfront.
Pa din one way or another. ako i only confront him kapag clear na yung utak ko. Girls are emotional so if i feel like heavy yung nararamdaman ko, i just cry and keep them to myself. Pero pag nakapag isip na ko, that's the time i confront.

Hahaha.

But I prefer confrontation. Para mas mapagusapan ang problema.

I learned my lesson the hard way.

BF and I both have tempers, lalo na sya. So what we did before whenever we argue is to just not talk, to avoid any confrontation. Sometimes it took weeks bago kami magusap and we live in the same house ha so it was just crazy..

The last argument we had ended up in break up, nagkabalikan naman kami after a few months and we both agreed to talk about our issues if we ever have one again. Pwede naman manahimik lang muna to cool off then when we're both calm, we can start talking like how adult people should.

No to shouting also, I have a daughter ayoko mapick up nya yung ganung ugali someday.

Silent treatment sa umpisa. Then confrontation after few hours. Make sure wag papalampasin ang araw na di kayo nag uusap mapa-friend or lovers :)

Same goes sa ibang situation.

Silent treatment, kasi I get too emotional at times.

Ang rule pa namin, let each other finish muna, bago magcomment. Ayun, effective naman samin yung gantong style, kasi mas nahihimay yung issue at walang issues/points na namimiss. At naiiwasan pa namin yung sigawan/harsh words episodes. (Thank God). Then we have a rule din na after nung confrontation, pag resolved na. That's it na.

And if ever man na sasagot ako pag nagaaway kami, usually masasakit na salita lumalabas sakin, kaya mas pinipili kong manahamik (which he really hates naman) . The last time na nagpadala ako sa galit ko,may nasabi akong di ko dapat sinabi, kaya kami nagbreak :(
