Hi mga sis.. Alam ko closed na ang selling of shares. Pero recently nag open sila for limited number lang. I recently got one. Nagmadali nga ako.

I bought it for 250k.

All PDCs - 50k DP, then 10k/month to complete 250k.

Tapos na ang ground breaking. Initially 200k lang sya preselling. After groundbreaking 250k na. Once matayo na sya, 300k na daw.

In 2-3 months start na ang construction. It will take them 18 months to complete. Ambilis diba? joint venture ni Villar kasi.

Ill ask paano pag non medical share ha. You san PM me para I can send you more details how to contact one of the core founders for buying.

Madami na ngang hospital, sulputan everywhere. Kasi, andami ding population. Second densely populated ang Cavite, First is Cebu. Take note. Kaya maganda mag invest dito. hehe.

Hi sis tea97. Unimed hospital (I dont know how will it be called officially) but its along Daanghari, Bacoor. Part owned by Villar.

Pwede naka pangalan sayo ang as stockholder, then dependent ang parents.

Planning on buying one as well kasi major stock holder ang 1st cousin ng father ko... Pero di ko pa natatanong re: sa dividends kaya di pa ako nag aavail.

Main purpose ko of buying is wala ng HMO parents ko. Ako, hubby and baby - lahat may HMO c/o company pero di naman lifetime ang HMO e kaya tingin ko good investment na din siya.

At least in case of emergency di mashado haggard pag may na hospital samen.

paano ang procedure ng pag avail sa ganito? kunwari di pa naitatayo ang hospital? how would you know na may pre-selling of stocks pala sila? saka what to check before investing? i assume may mga SEC permit to sell din dapat ano?

Hi mga sis, Im selling my hospital stock sa Tagaytay Medical Center. I bought it for 300k and Im selling it for only 280k. I live abroad na kasi kaya di ko nagagamit lahat ng benefits. Sayang lang. For me this is a good alternative for Seniors who can no longer be insured due to health issues. They don't ask for medical history or existing medical conditions of the shareholder (not sure if this is for all hospitals).

Pro's:
-Benefits extend not only to stockholder but to his/her dependents as well.
-You may earn through stock value appreciation and dividends.
-Unlike insurance where your coverage is a fixed amount, hospital stock allows you to ride the inflation on medical bills coz you get to lock in on the discounted rates.

Con's:
-Not openly offered to public, this is mostly offered to medical practitioners.
-You enjoy the benefits only once the share is fully paid for.
-Not very liquid.

I think you'll be able to maximize the benefits if the hospital is in your area and it is where you will avail of medical services whenever required. For those who are interested with this, I suggest you do a check if the hospital actually offers quality service and if the doctors are competitive coz that may also determine the growth and profit of the company. Make sure you buy from legitimate broker, or go to the hospital admin directly.

If you are only after the ROI, then it might take time, unless you use the hospital services frequently (but who wants to get sick naman palagi? ). If it is in the pre-selling stage, then there are higher chances of appreciation of the value of the stock once the hospital is operational.

I was offered a stock from a hospital na iko-construct pa lang but I hesistated - lalo na at na involve pa naman sila sa controversy sa isa pang hospital branch na bagong tayo pa lang and the existing stockholders think na niloloko na sila. On investigation the hospital was not registered under SEC for the secondary license in selling stocks.

I even opened a new checking account in preparation for this. Then i read in the news about that.
