Mga sis baka pwde ninyo ko matulungan, bakit hindi ako makapag book online? Laging error.  Okey naman lahat na fill up ko naman ng maayos. And pano pag walang credit card san ba ako pwde g mag bayad?

^sis piliin mo nalang yung thru bank. pero need mo bayaran yun within 12 hours ata. Ganun ginawa ko nung nageerror credit card.

neth29, sis pag laging error meaning maraming nagpapa-book, you just have to refresh the page or go back to the homepage.

after you book a flight, you need to transfer the payment before 11:59PM, within the day.

 double book ko international flight, i called their hotline, will take 60days  to refund money
on your debit card.ok lang, at least they will refund the whole amount, hotline service was efficient
and prompt that day.

Ask ko lang mga sis, pwede bang magpachange ng flight time? Same day din naman. May fees pa ba and how much ang ganun?

2. cancellation fee + difference of the fare of your preferred time.

mas mura pa yung magbook ka ng new ticket. hehe

She wont be coming back anymore kasi she learned that she's pregnant. Okay lang ba yun that she was able to use
one leg and the other leg i'll have it refunded?

pwede pero pag ni-refund mo halos wala ka na rin makukuha plus super tagal pa. madami kang bbayara na charges just for a single refund. so better, hayaan na lang maforfeit kesa ma-hassle at mainis ka lang. di naman siguro ganun kalaki un amount ng ticket? may no-show fee yan, may refund fee at processing fee, etc.

I read kasi that if due to sickness or pregnancy, cebu pacific refunds the ticket in full.  Yung sa akin nga
lang nagamit na yung one leg.

yung brother ko before ngka chicken pox, we sent them medical certificate and they refunded in full, promo yung fare.

a few pages back some sisses here refunded kasi they got pregnant.

Yung sa yaya ko kasi one leg nagamit na so I dont know if I can still refund her ticket going back here in manila.

@vain_kixie, I'm pregnant and I was able to refund in full for me and for one companion. Nakalagay
sa med cert ko threatened abortion chorva. Akala ko it will take 30 -45 working days sabi sa
customer service. nagulat na lang ako a few days na nacredit na sa CC ko.

Medyo naparanoid ako sa mga feedback regarding sa baggage handling ng Cebu Pacific. Pwede ko ba hand carry my DSLR (inside camera bag)? Kasama ba siya sa 7kg? And tama bang hindi kasama sa 7kg ang laptop/laptop bag? Thanks!
