@bibibuy ako din i want to hug you right now! And naiiyak din ako. I can just imagine
[textspeak!] nararamdaman mo. Ang tapang mo din at nakakapag online ka pa. Which means mabilis ka din makakrecover.
[textspeak!] kung ako baka nakahiga nalang ako ng ilang days hindi ako babangon sa sobrang sama ng loob.
Pag isipan mo muna your next steps. Kung anung gagawin mo. Although ang saya saya nga no if you'll upload the video to teach them a lesson haay nako! Eh vivideo video sya sa may asawa eh so pag kumalat sa net at napahiya sya ikaw masama? lesson wag pumatol sa may asawa at wag magmaganda na ivideo ang pangangabit. Pero tama sila in case na magkabalikan kayo can u imagine? Madami makakarecognize sa asawa mo pag nasa labas kayo. And mahihirapan sya magwork.
Pero itago mo lang the video in case you want to file a case against them. Consult a lawyer para alam mo. A female lawyer para mapayuhan ka ng maayos. Haha minsan kasi male lawyers medjo biased sa ganyang issue. Based sa experience ng kakilala ko. (but that's a different story)
@reese
ay ang sad naman! Did you ask him about ra 9262? I research nyo sya mga sis

I read about it sa pinoyexchange and they're talking about it over there. Although diko pa sya na try haha I told my husband about it and he knows nireresearch ko to so in case may mangyare alam nya I'll sue his butt hehe. Anyhoo here are some of the stuff about it that I found online. You can ask your lawyers din to check kung pwede talaga to. Mukang pwede kay bibibuy kasi u have the video and it caused you emotional trauma

"Since concubinage is difficult to prove in court, it is better to file a case of psychological violence under RA 9262
Republic Act 9262 or the "Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act of 2004” has now come to the rescue of women.
Philandering husbands can now be charged criminally even for just ONE incident of marital infidelity under the “psychological violence” provision of RA 9262.
RA 9262 defines psychological violence as:
“acts or omissions causing or likely to cause
mental or emotional suffering of the victim such as but not limited to intimidation, harassment, stalking, damage to property,
public ridicule or humiliation, repeated verbal abuse and marital infidelity. It includes causing or allowing the victim to witness the physical, sexual or psychological abuse of a member of the family to which the victim belongs, or to witness pornography in any form or to witness abusive injury to pets or to unlawful or unwanted deprivation of the right to custody and/or visitation of common children.”
The penalty for "psychological violence" is a minimum of six years up to twelve years of imprisonment."
