naku  sis,si mango bravo madali talaga matunaw. Di ko masyado type yun.
Masarap also yung mga chocolate cakes dyan sa Chocolat. Fave ko yung Death by Tablea. Fave kasi yan nung isa kong friend na bading. Lagi nya ako kinukulit to buy for our meetings. Si Torta, basta naka-aircon, maghohold naman sya ng ilang hours. Pero mas perfect sya ng 2 hours after buying sa store. medyo matigas kasi sya pag bagong bili.
On the other hand, yung  pagkakastore naman ng parvati sa ultimate cake ng blue toque,medyo panget.Parang maling temperature. Kaya ang pangit ng quality.

Nacurious naman ako kay Mango Bene. Nung bumili kami kanina, cheesecake lang ulit binili namin sa conti's,fave kasi ng hubby ko.

^ fave ko rin Chocolat sis lalo na yung tablea, deep dark classic saka super yummy ng chocolate carrot cake nila!  bahala na ano mabili namin pag nag-MOA if ever. sakto sana 1 cake for long weekend. Haha!

@silverlilac: thanks sis pero mas gusto ko rin kung super lamig yung cake (not necessarily frozen) coz di ko ma-appreciate pag parang room temp lang naka-store ang cake

Last night we ate the cakes i brought home for dessert share kami ng sis ko sa chocnut oreo cheesecake. Sarap papakin ng chocnut on top & yung nasa cheesecake mismo. Akala ko nga the cheesecake was oreo, hindi pala. Yung oreo part is the choco graham base ata. Super tamis nga lang if it's not super cold na. Ang rich ng cheesecake so ang bigat kainin pag mag-isa ka lang hehe. Ayoko lang ang kapal ng whipped cream sa ibabaw. My parents enjoyed the blueberry cheesecake I gave them. Torn ako kahapon if snickers cheesecake or chocnut kukunin ko, but di ko makita yung snickers cheesecake sa display so i ended up ordering chocnut nalang.

Nabasa ko sa dessertcomesfirst na blog, mas masarap daw yung Nutella something cake sa Blue Toque kesa sa The Ultimate.

Waah! I spent P800 on a cake that i didnt like. I dunno why di ko type devil's food cake ng choco kiss cafe. Mas like ko talaga becky's swiss choco and purple oven's choco campfire.

I wanted to give it another try kasi kala ko yung first time ko was a "bad batch" kaya we bought yesterday since dun kami sa UP store nila nag lunch. So we ordered 1 whole and requested them to serve us 3 slices. Sadness kami while eating the 2 slices. Kung pwede lang isoli yung order namin. 

Now im stuck with the 3/4 cake in the ref that i think would turn to stone.

^ masarap naman sya sis (for me ha) i think what makes the other two more special eh may extra sya, i mean hindi lang choco cake + mallow icing like yung sa PO may choco chips & fudge then sa Becky's eh may caramel candies sa middle. Sana pala slices lang binili mo, sayang 1 whole hehe!

So I killed my coffee toffee addiction! I bought the whole small 650-peso cake! Now di ko na sya makain and madami pa sya. Dalhin ko na lang sa clinic. nasawa din ako sa wakas!

Yung devil's food cake ng Choco Kiss, acquired taste.ha!ha! Hindi lahat gusto ang lasa nun. Actually ang masarap na part nun yung chocolate sa middle. Kahit ako,i don't like Devil's Food Cake. Ayoko kasi ng marshmallow icing.Pag Choco Kiss, mas type namin orderin lagi yung Quezo Cake, Chocolate Cheesecake and Sans Rival.

Siguro nga i keep comparing choco kiss cafe's devils food cake sa beckys and purple oven kaya i ganun. I think i should appreciate it on its own. Hehe. I love marshmallow icing pa naman... Im eating 1 slice right now. Its the cake itself ata that i dont like - too dry for me and a little too dense.

Moving on.... Latest discovery ko is caramel* cake from muffins by doris. Ok and mura pa. A little too dense for me but pasado. I think thats how i like my cakes, may konting hangin. 

* ugh. I meant to say custard cake. My bad.

Ako din, yoko muna mag cake after that last slice of devils food. Umay ako.

Last night I tried UCC's rvc slice. Masarap pero namamahalan ako sa kanya. I still love Rosemarie's from eastwood's weekend bazaar. Parang Cukay's lang yung sa UCC.
