sis ako one pill in the morning with vit C then 2 pills at night pero 1 vit C pa din. try it that way na lang kung nanghihinayang ka sa vit C or sa ineffectiveness ng gluta pag walang booster. i read kasi that vit C helps to keep the gluta from being digested and to keep it in its reduced form. so pag walang booster, mas konti lang yata yung actual na naa-absorb ng body.

hi! pa join,

kakaubos ko lang ng 80 tablets PH, maganda effect sa akin, pinkish glow talga. pero in the first two weeks ang pangit-pangit :(kasi ang daming malalaking pimples ang tumubo sa face ko then yung scar, sobrang laki, parang sa chicken pox, but now ok na. di na masyado visible ang scars.

this is normal since your body is undergoing the detox phase in the first two weeks, and one form of releasing toxins is thru your skin. you just have to drink lots of water and exercise to release toxins from your body, epsom salt bath is recommended as well for those detoxifying their body. in my part, nagpa facial ako para makuha talga yung clogged dirts sa face.

Hey !  first of all i want to say Im a boy. not a sissie ..

kakaregister ko lang and na try ko na po mag readback pero d ko po maintindihan kung saan niyo nabibili yung ph338 ...   may nabasa po ako na mga names ng seller.. pero wala po bng direct link ng site ?  can't find them on google kasi.. thankyou!!

btw  i have a discolouration on my arms dahil sa swimming kaya i tried to use cosmo(1st time) (bought on watsons)  ..pero fail  kasi nag ka pimple breakout lang ako.. kaya inistop ko agad..
