Charity Themed Kids Birthday Party

My officemate proposed me this kind of celebration for my turning 3 yo pretty girl. Actually, I dont have plan of celebrating her birthday big time. No big budget also for now coz im planning to save for her 7th bday instead.

Im a bit skeptical if my budget of less than 8k will fit.

Any other ideas aside from Jollibee?

Hi Mommies,

It's been awhile since I last posted due to some unforeseen health issues.  My daughter's 1st birthday is on September 6 and i've made a decision to hold a Charity Birthday Party for her instead of the grand one which I originally planned.  I've decided to have the party at The Child Haus, basically they provide a temporary home for children and adults with cancer who are undergoing medical treatment in different government hospitals in Metro Manila.  Here are the steps i took for the party.  Hope this helps

1.  Contacted Childhaus for coordination with their team of my plans.  I was able to talk to Daydee (4351797/09164252927) and she was very helpful with providing me with the do's and dont's of having a party in their facility.  She also told me to write a letter of intent so I can have the date booked.
2.  Sent an email to Dr. Rachel Rosario (childhaus@yahoo.com) stating my intent to hold my daughter's 1st Birthday Party at their facility.
3.  Upon confirmation, I called Daydee again to confirm my reservation. Here are the things she mentioned to me.
-they do not allow fastfood for the kids and they prefer home cooked meals. 
-They also discourage giving out candies/chocolates for dental reasons  . 
-They allow entertainment (magicians/clowns). 
-They prefer monetary donations to the kid's families instead of toys, I told her that I would still like to give some lootbags for the kids just to make them happy and donate money to their foundation since they can provide receipts and to assure me that the money will be used by the kids for their laboratory tests and pre-chemo requirements.
-  If your schedule falls on a sunday, they are requesting if you can sponsor their Sunday mass held at 11am.  This is normally around P1,000.
-  Food would be for 70-80pax including kids of around 25-30
- They can accommodate 5 round tables for 10 pax but they also have chairs available at their facility.
4.  I booked a caterer (Goldnest Food Catering) .I got the following menu for 80pax
 Pork Belly BBQ
 Chicken Lollipop
 Fish Fillet w/ Tartar sauce
 Stir Fried Veggies in Oyster Sauce
 Pasta Bolognese
 Cream Puff
 Fresh Fruits
5.  Also booked the magician and photographer through Hashtagsph (http://hashtagsph.weebly.com/)

Total Cost:
Caterer - P 25,600
Magician - P2,800
Photographer - P2,500
Prizes and Lootbags for 30 kids - P5,000 (Toys r us)
Mass Sponsorship - P1,000

Hi moms, buhayin ko lang ulit yung thread baka sakali may sumagot.

I am planning for my youngest's first birthday and ito din plan namin. We already did one nung January sa Elsie Gaches in Alabang for my inlaws wedding anniversary. Ang mga tao doon mga may autism so halo halo ang age nila from bata to adult na talaga. Okay naman just a simple kainan with lootbags na ang laman was mga toothpaste, sabon etc kasi yun daw ang need nila and naghire nalang ng clown to entertain din. Evrything went well naman.

Parang gusto ko iconsider and Hospicio since namention na may auditorium sila, I think mas comfy sya since mga kids ang target ko this time though malayo sa amin, baka lang may alam kayo in the south area na parang ganun din, yung tipong may lugar talaga to hold the party para implement ko yung mga plans and ideas, not literally grand pero ang goal ko lang is to make the kids happy and its also better if I can also invite our relatives and friends. Thank you!

we're planning to have a charity themed party for  our lo's 2nd bday. We're thinking of Concordia since maliit lang siya. we were told na 15 kids at most and we might visit this week para check yung place. But does anyone know na within South? Muntinlupa talaga kase kame kaso wala akong alam other than Gaches Village.
