sis bio, how much did teddy charge you for your wedding setup?

I was able to get a discount from Teddy pero the original quote that he gave me was approximately 360k for church and reception with 450 guests. Then from there, nagmakaawa ako kay Teddy AND fiance. Hahahaha

I have yet to receive my contract pa so I'm not yet sure what will be our final pricing. Keeping my fingers crossed 

Yep, I just have to live with that big guest list and the consequences (aka high costs)! Pero happy talaga ako with Teddy

I am new to this forum (forgive me if may mali ako gawin. LOL). I badly need help in finding Event Stylist. I really really like Gids but by coordinator says that he's not going to accept if my budget is only 70-80K. Super gustong gusto ko [textspeak!] cya everysince. super nadepress ako nung nalaman ko un though di ko pa cya nakakausap personally just my coordinator ang nakipagusap sknya.

 @Triggerhappy i would like to ask where is your wedding? Mine is in Laguna next year.

Hi @Ms. Stress, am new here too! hello! why don't you try other suppliers? my cousin got this group, chaindieventi(look them up in FB) and they were great! you can book them for event styling lang or full coordination. for my cousin sa styling lang kasi hands on na cya sa ibang details.I think their budget was 90k that time for styling, they ended up with 85k, at ang ganda ng gawa nila! magaling sila sa mga themed weddings kasi pareho silang designer by career. hope this helps!

Ms. Stress, that;s weird, when we spoke with Gids before nasa 50k lang quote niya sa amin for reception. We didn't get him but got Mr. Hardinero instead and we paid them 70k for the whole reception for 320 guests. I am picky about the decor and all but i am very happy with the whole set up, everyone thought we got someone super expensive. Super highly recommend them.

Here are the updated rates of Gids:
Reception set up 150k to 160k
Wedding Ceremony 25k to 35k
Entourage Flowers 15k to 25k
Drapings  20k to 30k
Extra Detail 15k to 20k

I'm very surprised with the rates I received from Gids.  Siguro lumalaki narin ulo ng mga wedding suppliers kasi in demand sila ngayon.  Sana meron mag regulate ng suppliers para may professionalism and may control sa pricing.  Hindi pa pala kasama ang drapings sa price na ibibigay niya.  Nung first time namin siya na meet, he was more than 1 hour late.    Nakakalungkot lang, hindi naman din pala siya mura.

^^ OMG 150-250k reception alone? ano siya, helo? i mean he quoted me less than that nun nag inquire ako last year. exag naman siya mag price increase.. we had a misunderstanding that time and hindi na ako binalikan, buti na lang i didn't get him for my wedding.

oo nga halos 100% price increase si gids. over na yan ha! si henry nga 10yrs na in the business never ganyan umakyat ng presyo. to think na lopezes and the ayalas yung regular customers nya.

excited ako for your set up, make sure lang henry mismo andun sa wedding day mo and sets it up. kasi sometimes i heard if he leaves it to his staff, hindi ganun ka ganda. how's your wedding preps?

^yep i specifically told him to be there. he's included in the guest list. bale yung barkada namin owns the shop where henry started so super binilin ng barkada namin na personal nya dapat ayusin yung venue. he's super kalog kaya it easy to work with.

as per wedding preps, eto stop muna lols. will start booking the small suppliers by next year na coz its the holiday season. busy busy! how's married life sis? =)

hi sisses!! share ko lang.our wedding's done and we got Amante Fleurs as our event stylist dahil ang bare ng clubhouse na kinuha namin. we super love him!! for a budgeted wedding like ours na gusto maging maganda pa din ang reception venue, we got more than what we pay for kay mader julius. kami na nahiya kasi feeling namin lugi sya sa amin. so mga mga brides na gusto maging maganda ang reception venue nila without spending too much, I highly recommend Amante Fleurs.

hi sis! sorry, may non-disclosure agreement kami ni mader sa rates eh. pero yung sa nakita kong rate nya sa brochures nya, 20k-30k. wala pa yung wedding pics namin pero you can check his FB account - https://www.facebook.com/amante.fleurs. wala dun yung sa reception namin.di ko natatanong ni mader baka kasi nag-init ulo nya sa caterer namin na nakakastress. hehe

Hi ladies!

Any suggestions for an event stylist that would be around 20-30k lang? Reception lang naman ang papaayos ko kasi yung ceremony sa garden, di na kailangan masyado ng iba pang mga extra. Nahiya naman kasi ako magtanong kasi baka sobrang wala sa budget. I want to know sana the ranges now
