Mga friends na puro YABANG ang alam.. thread 2

buti na lang wala akong friend na ganyan kasi pag nagkataon at naglitanya ng expensive... i'll reply back, 'and that's epensive?' hahaha... pang-asar lang.

I usually have high tolerance with FB friends posting their new gadgets, new toys, new collections or whatever new things they have. The only thing that irks me is along the posting of the new gadgets etc., they too post in the description the prices that comes with it. Buti ba sana if someone asked how much was it bought.

naku mga sis yang mga kinaiinisan nyong friends na nagflaflaunt ng anik, maiisip nyo pang humble kapag nabasa nyo mga status netong ka-fb ng bff ko, hahaha yung bff ko usually has a high tolerance sa mga taong mahirap ispelingin so when she complains,  aba e iba na talaga yun, eto yung latest posts nya na nakapag painit ng dugo naming lahat hahahah...

hahahha ewan ko ba jan, actually nagsimula inis diyan ng friend ko nung magpost sya about flood sa pinas, akala ko yung mga nababasa ko dati na thankful dahil wala sila sa pinas e puro hoax lang totoo palang me mga taong ganun, akala mo kung anong narating sa life :-)

she has this post pa, na she don't give her number to ugly people, kasi wala daw namang perfect relationship so kung masasaktan daw sya dun na sa pogi hahahhahha.

parang ako ang nahihiya sa ginawa niya,baka lasing lang o tulog at nanaginip pa, ang kapal lang ng peg.

Food pics -- I'm ok with this. I am a food blogger that's why I understand kung may mga taong nagpo post ng pictures ng food na kinain nila. Ang medyo OVER lang e yung everytime na kumakain sa restaurant and fastfood e magpipicture with the food tapos post agad sa FB. Yung sakin kasi - just the food itself. Hindi na ako kasama. hehe

Travel pics -- I think this is normal naman. I do post all our travel pics sa FB and sa blog ko. =)

Expensive stuff pics -- Parang OA na yata to. Nakakatakot pa kasi baka mamaya e aabangan ka nalang at hahablutin yung cellphone mo kasi alam nila na mamahalin yun. hehe

SELF Portrait -- I'm not really confident na mag post ng solo pic sa FB. hehe Pics lang ng baby ko ang pinopost ko na solo. Yung sakin, minsan lang talaga.

i find it really funny when most people (specially those using SLRs) post digitally enhanced or touched up or edited self-portraits na halos di mo na sila ma-recognize...very frequently! tapos kung makapagpalit ng profile pic, every day or even 2x/day! kalerky! frustrated model/artista? unsubscribe!!!

^^ I am guilty of food pics too, but I post because I find it aesthetically and gastronomically pleasing so I thought I might just share as I like looking thru food pics myself. If pangit yung kuha ko, I don't post, ganun lang. Meron din kasing pati ulam nila sa tanghalian with matching garapon ng blend45 or coco jam ba yun as drinking glass etc. makapag-post lang.

Basta halata naman sa FB may narcissistic personalities e, it caters to them. Although it is also true that it also taps on our own insecurities as well.

Ako, I only post pictures kapag may okasyon, o kaya naman kapag first time ko pumunta sa isang lugar, or first time ko kumain ng isang pagkain or at least first time kumain sa isang new discovered kainan. I also post pictures of new gadgets and collection I have BUT I do not brag - meaning, I do not post how much I got it. If someone asks, I usually answer via PM.

I was guilty of posting self-portrait pics before. Now, I've out-grown it.

yes, facebook is an avenue for socializing and bringing people together, defying distance/geographical boundaries. that's why it's a "social networking" site. pero others naman kasi, they abuse this by constantly flooding everybody's newsfeed with boastful or even irate thoughts, status posts, pictures, check-in's, etcetera. kulang na lang ilagay din pati pag-check in sa kubeta! naman, diba?

kaya nga it's true that they need to think first before they click! in all aspects of posting anything.

Guilty. LOL.    It's not like I deny airbrushing my pictures (I hate pores). I learned photography through self-portraiture I don't see why I shouldn't continue with it. Plus I admit I like to take pictures of myself, not because I'm a frustrated mowdel but because I like to take pictures in general. As long as I'm not tagging my friends and begging them every 2 minutes to "like" or "comment" on every portrait of mine, I don't think I'm offending anyone.

marami din akong kilala sa fb, nagkalat sila. meron naman ako pinsan probinsyano, nakapag abroad pag uwi ng pilipinas aba, kumikinang ang leeg, halos lahat yata ng mga daliri may singsing.. hindi naman ako inggit ayaw ko nga yun eh, mitsa ng buhay yun.. pero sya type nya talaga, nagasikaso ng papers nya sa maynila, sinabihan na namin tanggalin ang mga alahas nya eh sadyang likas na hambog, ayun nahold-up. buti hindi pinatay pero sabi nya muntikan na raw. ayun nadala!

^prunella, love your honesty.  i, too, take pics of myself but only choose one or a few that i feel confident in posting. i'm referring to some of my over-narcissistic fb friends na self-confessed frustrated celebs/models talaga. what's worse is they're asking me to like and comment on their photos (via private message, para di obvious sa iba)! parang gusto ko tuloy tanungin, may sinasalihan kang contest, 'teh?

hahahaha nakakarelate ako sa friend na uutusan kang maglike or comment sa wall post nya nakakaloka yung ganun, may ganyan akong friend dati buti na lang wala na siya sa buhay grabe nakakadrain, maski tulog mang gigising para lang magcomment ako 

ay guilty naman ako sa vanity shots at edit na pic hahah natutuwa kasi ako sa mga emote ng picstitch at instagram yung mga vintage feel na photo and soft focus
