^ sis ang alam ko kasi any liquid, pag ininom natin eh diretso sa bloodstream natin yun kaya mabilis ang effect. pag tablet naman, may effect pa rin yun kaya lang it will take some time kasi pag tablet ininom natin eh maraming dadaanan na process sa katawan natin para makuha natin yung nutrients or whatever na nasa tablet na yun saka ang mga tablet syempre hindi sya kasing-pure ng liquid kasi may binder sya para mabuo at maging tablet. ang liquid, yun na yun talaga walang halo. ako din di ko like mga mapait na ganyan ewan ko kung kakayanin ko hehe

naku muntik ko na maibuga, ang pait. tinakpan ko n lang ilong ko pero ang hirap syempre lunukin.d ko mastraight. haay umpisa pa lang tooo..

i think mas tiisin ko nalang ang pagka bondat parang di ko talaga kakayanin herbs e... baka masayang lang..

mga magkano need ko i allot pag magpa check up ako dun?

mga 300-1000 ang meds sis, pag herbs. di ko lang alam pag tablets.siguro ganon din or mas mura.
ako naman kahit hirap na hirap inumin yung tea titiisin ko n lang kase mas effective daw yun.

mga sis na nakatry na mag take nung herbal meds.. ask ko lang kung anong effect so far sa inyo? hindi ba sya nagcacause ng hyperacidity, lbm or kahit ano? curious lang..

for me wala namang side effect after 2 days ng pagtake ko ng herbs. pati kay hubby wala rin.
carry ko na inumin ng straight, nakakakilig lang after kase mapait talaga

^sis pinakikiramdaman ko nga parang wala e, bukod sa antok ako lagi. kase pag tanghali natutulog ako as in bigat talaga ng ulo ko at kelangan ko itulog pero sa gabi inaantok rin ako agad kahit nagsiesta naman ako. naiihi lang lagi siguro yun ang effect. si hubby ganon rin naiihi pero clear daw ang urine nya kanina as in walang color.

^pag nagtake pala ako nyan baka madoble ang kakaihi ko. normal na kasi sa akin yung madalas umihi, hehe. thank you sis!
