Melatonin, epa & dha, azrec clay [textspeak!] mga nabibili ko dyan.  bumili ako ng nature's gate (w/ tea tree oil)  shampoo and conditioner. After using it once nawala ang dandruff ko.
Ano pa kya ang magandang bilhin dito?

@ sis ireneeey: i tried one of their teas(super anti-oxidant) na may caffeine, hindi ako nakakatulog kaagad. now i'm drinking peach detox pag gabi na, it's caffeine-free. :)

parang na-aaddict ako sa healthy options lately. ano po yung ways na makakuha ng green card, aside from the minimum single receipt of 3k na requirement nila? hehe

also, anyone noticed if they carry goji berries and cacao nibs? thanks!

^^ yes, masarap yung hummus dip nila!! Mashado nga lang madami yung nasa isang jar, ang hirap ubusin kaya madali mag molds sa fridge ko :( I also just finished my Solgar Skin, Nails and Hair... mukhang effective sya kasi ang daming nagtatanong sakin bigla ng skin care regimen ko. ;)

Sis ShopaholicInMakati: How much yung Solgar hair, skin and nails supplements nila? Contemplating kung ito or yung other brand yung kukunin ko. And does it also help to fasten hair growth? Haha

I hope mag work to sakin at walang bangag hilo effect pag gising.

I wanted to try sana yung toner ng Derma something (i forgot the brand name)..basta it has Glycolic acid, retinol and papaya enzyme. Around P600 plus siya. Can anyone name the brand? And maganda ba?

^It's Derma E. It's a really good line :) The cleanser, toner and moisturizer really softens the skin and smoothens the skin's texture after a few weeks of use. Of course, iba pa rin effect ng tretinoin, but this is a good alternative for those who cant tolerate tret.

^Not necessary, it's really up to you. But I think it works as a system. If you have better alternatives to the products, eh di mas better. But for me they work best as a line.

The cleanser has glycolic acid and is exfoliating, encouraging proper removal of dead skin cells while also prepping the skin by allowing for better penetration of the products you use after. The toner removes any excess traces of dirt and it also has glycolic acid, again allowing for the better penetration of the retinol moisturizer.
