anyway, have you heard of the new san jose builders na parang globe asiatique din. grabe super late ang turn over, tapos di pala sila nagbabayad ng tax or something, tapos yung interest kinukuha pa nila sa mga kumuha sa kanila ng condo unit eh ni 1 floor building wala pa sila magawa. scam talaga sila. grabe

^sa kanila yun condo bldg near GMA-7, meron sila sa taft-pedro gil at meron sila sa fort ha kaya natameme ahente ng beaufort (filinvest) sa tanong ko kasi bentahe nya e millionaires row yun location e tinanong ko ano ginagawa ng NSJ dun. Maganda pwesto nila sa fort kasi.

malaking tao yata behind ng NSJ eh. kuya ko kumuha dati pa dun sa may makati, ayun up to now wala pa rin. pwede ba irefund na lang lahat ng bayad since di naman sila tumupad sa pangako nila tapos ang dami ring reklamo against them

Mga sis, for your information, Beaufort is handled under Filinvest Premier. not NSJ. =)

@prettychestnut, sis naka-indicate sa post ko na filinvest ang beaufort pasensya ka na d kita agad nasagot ngayon lang ako bumalik sa thread. Kahilera ng sunlife bldg yun condo ng NSJ, maganda location kaya baka may mga bumili rin plus mababa presyo.

^may bahay ako sa meadowood (sta lucia) sis. Lupa binili ko ng nov 2004 then pinatayuan ko ng bahay feb 2005 tapos binenta ko ng 2008 nitong 2010 lang nabili dahil d ako nagpa-ahente. Maganda naman location ng meadowood sis, may access ka sis sa aguinaldo highway tapos may gate sa niog at may access ka rin pa-molino blvd. Sa loob ng village nandun na halos lahat ng kailangan water refilling station, bakery, chapel, may very small wet market rin. Pati lpg nakakapagpadeliver ako before doon.

Paglabas mo ng village may meralco office na, pagtawid may SM na.

Sa may dulo ng molino blvd may bago ng hospital, grocery store etc.
 
Ayun nga lang wala pa ako 15 months nag-stay dun bale dun lang kami habang baby pa anak namin.

Malaki masyado na village ang meadowood sis,may matalahib na lugar pa nga ako nakikita dati tapos bihira ko makakita ng roving guards.

Yung water e sa village admin nagbabayad sabay yan sa pag-bill nila ng assoc dues.

Tahimik at walang pasaway na kapitbahay naman ako na nencounter. Hindi rin binaha yun lugar namin dun nung ondoy one of the reasons why binili yun house ko dun sabi nun buyer.

Actually i prefer the place kasi malapit sya sa mga establishments and mas malapit sya sa makati and airport compared sa sta.rosa and dasma cavite..  Pero may i know why niyo binenta yung house nyo dun? How long usually ang travel nyo if you go to makati from there considering the rush hour na?

Hello all.
Update ko lang kayo dun sa case ko, first time buyer ako - the subdivision i really wanted is not by a big developer, parang mga rent to own type lang sya dito sa Imus. The location is super great kaya i really wanted to get a unit, my problem was since hindi well known yung developer, i was hesitant plus i totally had no idea where to go for help. Ngayon, with the help of GT, alam ko na - kaya im passing the information.

Before buying a house, make sure that the developer has a SEC license, meaning legit ba na company yun, you can check here:

or call the SEC hotline

2nd - any developer MUST have a license to sell issued by the HLURB, hindi pwede na reason ang pre-selling, anything that requires you to give money, needs to have a license to sell first. You CALL the HLURB hotline where your development is located, check the contact numbers here:

http://hlurb.gov.ph/

The website is not updated, kaya better to call. Also, sa pag tawag nyo sa kanila, you can ask them what date yung completion ng project, so you can compare the date the developer gave you and yung date sa lisensya nila.

So far, i have done both and happy to report that my developer is legitimate and the subdivision is all go.
Happy house hunting to everyone - mag u-update na lang ako ulit pag may developments p.. next step ko na is to gather my requirements and proceed with my equity. :-)

ngayong january 11, 2013 nakatanngap ako ng tex informing us (their clients) na si ms. chery borbe, ms. donna bolsa and princess borbe ay no longer connected sa PRIMES HOMES SUBD. / LYF HOMES DEV. CORP. the info text came from mr. martin go vp and chief COO. all payments should be done in their BDO accounts. ang office doon pa rin pero wala na daw bayaran doon.

but the payments done before to chery, donna and princess will be acknowledged by the developer as long as the receipts are kept by the clients. so take care of it...

plus knowing that this is a legitimate developer may "peace of mind" tayo

@orangejuice, may property pa ako sa taguig dun kami madalas mag-stay. Mahirap for me sa ganun kalaki na village (meadowood) nakatira tapos walang maid, yaya at driver dahil madalas magtravel mister ko. Yung hirap sa paghahanap ng matinong maid at yaya siguro yung reason kaya better for me ang condo living na lang muna. If may maganda na offer dun sis ok naman ako kasi lot lang binili ko tapos nagpagawa na lang ako.

sisses, any feedback sa Homemark Inc developer ng Green Estate sa Imus?

Finally we have plans na of getting our own place after renting for almost 5 years, that's 8500 per month.

May tripping kami this saturday and I really want kahit townhouse lang, okay na saken yun kasi small family lang naman talaga ang plans namin ni hubby, sakto pa sa budget namin yun house model na gusto ko.

Sana ito na talaga, i heard good reviews about the place.

Wow! saan block ka?
Yeah, nung una medyo kinabahan nga ako, pero we talked to the oweners and ok naman. I paid my last equity last month, hinihintay ko na lang ma complete yung house para ma-investigate and assess na ng pagibig.
Hopefully, ma approve naman yung full amount nung gusto ko i-loan para wala na akong extra cash out ng pera sa developer.
